Placed an order it was cancelled £47.42 yet here we are a week in! NO refund nothing. I’ve reached out and just got provide us with the details?? It says cancelled what do I need to provide. I’ve had no communication back for 3 days they are just ignoring my requests. Appalling customer service

Scammed out of £102 groceries missing and no refund received!

My Uber Eats grocery order worth £102 never arrived and I was not given a refund. Support has been rude, unhelpful and repeatedly ignored the evidence I provided. They closed my case as resolved with no action taken and the app even deleted my conversation. I paid for nothing and they refuse to fix their mistake. This has been an awful experience.

Stole from me and refuse to return my money

I had possibly the worst experience I have ever had as a customer.TL;DRPlaced an order at one price with discount code.Was charged more than double that amount.Customer service have refused to provide a resolution and no longer reply to my polite requests for my complaint to be escalated.Search reviews for "discount", this has happened to lots of users.I placed an order for a grocery delivery with a £15 off voucher that they have been ramming down my throat for at least a year. I finally decided I would give it a try.My basket was filled and the final total with the £15 discount and the promotions on the products came to £12.61 (Or somewhere in that region). I confirmed my order and thought that would be the final payment amount or possibly with a slight adjustment if any items were unavailable.After the order had been delivered the total had more than doubled to £26.34! With the £15 discount applied!All of the individual promotional discounts had been disregarded despite all of them being shown on the order confirmation page where the final total was £12.61.I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed the total would be adjusted once the money had finally come out of my account. That did not happen.Each time I contacted them I got a different person and they each sent me the receipt and marked the problem as "resolved". I've kept at them to actually investigate my problem rather than disregard and treat me like a simpleton who can't read a receipt!I will be cancelling my Uber One membership and never using Uber Eats again. I advise other people to do the same. Seek out any of their competitors as they are all better than this mess of a company.

Uber Eats - JUST BLOODY HORRIBLE!!!!!got here…

Partly because my FOOD NEVER got here but just try to get through to ANYONE to help. Just find a number or two sayyyy on google. Now as a customer trying to get some sort of assistance solving your issue. An international company that quizzes callers then hangs up on them without helping.JUST BLOODY HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Closed help desk ticket without resolution

Received a $30 gift card via email. When I went to redeem it, it said it was already redeemed. I reached out to UberEats support to find out what happened to the gift card. The first person I chatted with had to transfer me to another department. It then took the other department over two weeks to respond. And their response was "sorry, can't help you" and closed the ticket. After reopening it twice, they came back and said your gift card was redeemed on an account with the name Emily and I should check with my friends and family if they redeemed it. I do not know any Emily's and no one else in my family uses UberEats. When I tried to reply, I found that they had permanently closed the ticket. They obviously don't care about trying to help the customer and are only about getting tickets marked as closed. Horrible customer service.

Delivery driver didn't get my address /…

Delivery driver didn't get my address / house number even though it's on the app - and was really upset and angry over being sent in circles (honestly? rightfully so). Food was missing from the order. Nothing really went right, and you can't put in a complaint because their automated response system uses AI, so nothing gets looked in to properly.

Uber Eats driver didn't deliver our food & marked as delivered....

This is the second time an Uber Eats driver didn’t deliver our food but marked the order as delivered. The worst part is that customer service refused to issue a refund. It’s extremely disappointing to be charged for something we never received. After these experiences, we will never use Uber Eats again.
