This is the second time an Uber Eats driver didn’t deliver our food but marked the order as delivered. The worst part is that customer service refused to issue a refund. It’s extremely disappointing to be charged for something we never received. After these experiences, we will never use Uber Eats again.
The saga of the stolen food in Huddersfield England continues almost 24 hours later. I have been emailing constantly and I will not stop hounding customer service until they return my money. I am going to haunt their dreams with messages from morning to night until they can't take any more. I will let you know when I win .
I spent a lot of money with Uber Eats and always get incomplete orders today. I ordered a three-piece spicy chicken combo from Popeyes. I did not get that the Uber driver grabbed the wrong order and was given lots of food that I didn’t order very unsatisfactory last week. I ordered from Filiberto’s in order nachos aren’t nachos were very cold in the wrong toppings the wrong order and was told that I would get a refund but I have not yet to receive the refund unacceptable I believe that Uber Eats is a rip off and they just take people money and then there’s no way that you can get in contact with them only through email it sucks
Trying to get someone to help with customer service is a nightmare. Drivers don’t care about your food at all. I was also missing items and cannot get in touch with anyone because it was used through Instacart. Spent over $100 for crap food that was not as advertised and crap service through the app. NOT worth the “convenience”
There is no such thing like customer service here. Also, the website is just TERRIBLE. Even if this is temporary issue, there shouldn't be a situation where i see SQL exceptions on your site. No contact info, any features other than placing orders are not working, so I assume the backend is just poorly mainained overall.Just terrible, I will not use it ever again.
I have based the review on more than one experience.I have noted, that the measures provided in drinks are almost always less so, if you order a large drink you actually get a medium. I have raised this but it doesn't resolve anything.I have had missing items/ wrong orders and it is difficult to access support, if you do get support it takes up to 48 hours to get the issue resolved.There is a lack of accountability or commitment to customer service.
First of all i sat watching my app as my driver decides to take a break and sit in a residential area for 40 mins whilst my food is going cold. The i get assigned a new driver who pucks up the wrong order and when she realised instead of resolving it just cancelled my order so now after 2 hours with no food i have to wait 10 days for a refund.....what a joke! The restaurant was very appolgetic and said ot happens all the time with Uber.
