I thought they were brilliant until a time that a very shady Marske by the Sea restaurant on their books (Multan Tandoori) failed to deliver paid for food

Having requested a refund at the time, and on the same night, and the following day, I received No communication in response, and No Refund.

I asked again a week later, giving them time to respond and process the refund... but still nothing.

It is now more than a month since this happened and I have been forced to contact support yet again, and now they say, we can't refund two days after the order date has passed.

Um, NO, that's not how this works at all!!

Absolute scammers, Diabolical Service!

Stay Away from Uber Eats, and use a more reliable delivery service provider like JustEat.

Got home late tonight having been away in a Country where you can get food 24-7 could not find anywhere local for delivery but google suggested downloading UberEats. They were advising a few places open for delivery. Spent a eternity entering my details and ordering food to No avail...I have steered clear of these delivery apps prefering to order direct, but I was hungry and I bit the bullet ordering £35 of Kebabs for - 2! LOL! No joy at all. Save yourself the effort & make a sandwich. Never again.

I'm complaining about the recurring charges that have been showing up on my bank account each month for "Uber One"—11 charges total—since last year. The Uber team has repeatedly informed me that I do not have an "UBER ONE" subscription, but they are still charging me each month. They repeatedly assert that the subscription has been cancelled; however, they have yet to reimburse the payments or provide a response from their team when I have enquired about this issue. I've had enough of their service. Membership cancellation is not an option on their app. Customer service is really poor.

So be careful when you use their service; by default, they will subscribe you without your permission.

If you end up in a scenario that no drivers will collect the food, there is zero ability to cancel the order without being charged. Customer service agents will keep asking you to wait longer and longer, despite the fact that you'll miss your normal meal time and the food will be cold. A horrendous business that should be avoided.

They didn’t allow it.i requested a refund, they wouldn’t allow it until maximum time limit. Once time limit was reached they still tried to get me to accept a pizza that was two hours old. Who is ok with waiting for two hours for a pizza? No. I will never use Uber Eats again.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from this Popeyes location. My chicken sandwich was soggy and overloaded with mayonnaise, making it inedible. The fries were cold and hard, as if they had been sitting out for an extended period of time.

This experience did not meet basic quality standards. Based on this visit, I do not feel confident returning to this location. I would appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be addressed.

Ordered McDonald’s the order arrived after a cancellation driver and a new driver collected it. half of the items missing and the food stone cold and completely inedible. Received a €2 refund where I don’t know how they came up with that as the amount of food missing was substantially more than that. Cannot talk to anybody on Uber and they have closed the complaint. So frustrating I will never order from this company again.

Before this the order I made prior the driver refused to deliver, and they still have the cheek to charge. Terrible service, better off using Just eat or deliveroo. Absolute joke
