They don't show the price or the minimum ammount when you order from them. And it costed me 17 francs the delivery alone! I contacted them and they said they have increased the price. But not why it is not displayed because who would order, then!? I don't get how these companies are let to operate like scammers on the market.

I ordered chicken biryani and fries .The food arrived within 30 mins ,which was impressive .The biryani was well seasoned and flavourful ,though slightly oily. The fries were still warm and crispy ,packaging was secure with no spills .Overall it was a good experience but reducing the oil in biryani would make it perfect

I’ve been using Uber Eats, and it’s been super convenient. The app is easy to use, delivery times are usually accurate, and I love having so many food options late at night while studying. Overall, a reliable service that makes busy days a lot easier! ⭐

Customer Service was polite, but not helpful. Also did not seem to care that my Uber Eats biker might have gotten hit by a car.
I reached out because I wanted a refund for it being late, but I was also very concerned because my Uber eats biker’s location was not moving for 30 minutes. The restaurant was 10 minutes drive from my house and the app said it was picked up 37 minutes before I requested more information and eventually cancellation

I canceled my order and was not given a refund because I didn’t wait a full hour. I asked her if I waited to receive the food would I have gotten a refund if it was freezing cold and she said no.
They do not seem to care about their bikers/drivers and I do not understand how I do not get a refund if I receive ice cold food or know that the food was picked up 40 minutes ago and I still haven’t received it

Just terrible customer service. Food didn't arrive. I told them that evening. They say they can't help. You argue for days until they start saying its been over 48 hours so too late for refund. My bank gets me my money back. Now the uber app is asking for the payment again before I can use the app again! And still the customer service are failing to help, they don't understand my issue. I don't think they understand English or they're bots. I'm done with this company forever

This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional support experiences I have ever encountered.

For an extended period of time, I have been trying to resolve a simple VAT verification issue. I have carefully followed all instructions and uploaded the exact official document requested (the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises screenshot including all required sections).

Despite fully complying with the requirements, the system keeps rejecting my document without providing any specific reason.

Even more concerning is the behavior of the support team. Every time I reach out for assistance, the conversation is closed without resolving the issue. My messages are marked as “no response needed,” even though the problem remains completely unresolved.

This demonstrates a serious lack of accountability and responsibility. Instead of properly reviewing my case or clearly explaining what is missing, I repeatedly receive generic responses and automatic case closures.

Closing customer conversations without solving the issue is not acceptable for a professional platform. I expect transparency, proper manual review when necessary, and clear communication.

This experience has significantly damaged my trust in the support system.

Very disappointing.

Apparently I need to log in 35 times per order and type in 35 codes within 5 seconds that take 35 seconds to be sent to me.
I don't know what crackhead you have working there, but they suck at their job, to the MAX.
I'll tip you.
Get your shirts in order.

If I could put zero stars I would. I placed an order and the restaurant stated it was ready to pick up. The driver was almost there when he got cancelled. The other driver was miles away. I eventually got my order almost an hour later and the food was stone cold. Uber eats thinks by giving me a £2 refund is acceptable and warrants what happened. I definitely won’t be ordering anything again. Disgrace of a company like people have money to throw away.

Ordered from KFC Doncaster Lakeside at 14:03 via Uber Eats. £50 order. Only a small child’s portion

Ordered from KFC Doncaster Lakeside at 14:03 via Uber Eats. £50 order. Only a small child’s portion arrived — the main bucket completely missing.

Driver told us he “just needed the PIN”, we gave it in good faith assuming he was returning the incomplete order. Uber Eats now refusing refund because the PIN was given.

Tried calling the branch four times — no answer. Website support not working. This is the third issue we’ve had with Ubereats.. taking money and gellting the wrong order or half an order

Please can someone contact us urgently to resolve this?
