STAY AWAY FROM THE BEXLEYHEATH SHOP! Had several challenges with their service. Bought the service plan which includes fixing of tyre punctures, but they were "never able to find a problem", so had to end up paying a private shop. My car monitor still glitches (but nothing seems to come up when they check) and the final straw was when they returned my car yesterday after whole day service DIRTY (when cleaning is supposed to be included). Highly disappointing and awaiting my refund!
Not even a response from this place absolutely disgusting!!!! Avoid at all costs, not even the dealer principal could be bothered!!! Never again !!!!! Husband and i bought our 3rd Hyandai from this dealership in Dec 19, called in Nov 2020, for a service on 9th Jan, then on 5th Jan(late afternoon), get a call to say they not servicing dealership and car needs to go elesewhere!! why asked why they advised lost Hyandai licence in 5 Dec, why has it taken a month to call us to advise this, and you call us 4 days before the service, now we have to take extra day off work to sort this...... its a joke dont buy from here!!!! We never will again
Bought a seat Leon from the bromley branch. It was advertised as having parking sensors and the adviser (Eliott) confirmed it 3x in person. Also mentioning why the price was inclusive of this. I brought the car home only to find out there is no parking sensors. They had already take my money at this point. Promptly went back and was promised some form of compensation. After two years of complaints, I was fobbed off completely. It is actually illegal and immoral to sell a car not as advertised. Please stay far from them!
Just purchased a new vehicle from Steve at Rochester. Fantastic service, Steve took the time to listen to what we wanted and not try to sell us anything other than that, made a refreshing change. Would definitely recommend. Thrilled with our new car too!
I have received the most appalling service from sales consultant Mark. Whilst my car was in for MOT and service I asked if a member of the sales team could value my car. This was in the morning I had to call around 2pm to see if this had been done yet, and I was told not yet but a sales consultant would call me.I was not asked on the phone if I had an idea what car I wanted, I told Mark which car I was interested in. I was provided with the quotes for the car but unfortunately, the car wasn't at Gravesend, it was at the Rochester branch. I was told Gravesend was unable to get the car down until after the weekend. When I told Mark I was going to Rochester anyway he responds with. They won't let you test drive it I don't want you to go there and see it as they will want to sell you the car!I went anyway to view the car at Rochester and as it turns out it was not what I was looking for. After a nice conversation with the sales team there we are to locate me a different car that was more what I was looking for. This car was located on Welling. I Phoned Mark and told him I wanted to view this car instead, I was told by Mark that I could not view the car until next weekend. Mark did not recommend any other cars or talk about what sort of car I was after.After further searching there was a car at Bromley branch that seemed to be great. I went to Bromley to view the car and it was just what I wanted. I spoke with Steve the sales consultant and also the sales manager who both agrees as they had the car it made more sense for them to sell me the car rather than it being collected by Gravesend and me to go there to purchase the car.I then phones the Gravesend branch to cancel the car viewing I had booked. I then went to the branch to collect my car from Its MOT and service. This is when things went from bad to worse. After collecting my car I was told they were unable to cancel the car viewing over the phone and Mark would have to speak to me first.Mark came over and asked why I had cancelled the viewing because he has already got the car even though I was told I could not see it until the following weekend. I explained I had purchased a car from a different branch. Mark then went into interrogation mode where he spoke to me on a tone of voice there was very arrogant and mild level of aggression. Where he told me that it was a problem that I had chosen to purchase a car from.a different branch then he demanded to know which sales consultant sold me the car and continued to press home the point that he should have sold me the car from Bromley.To be made to feel like I was in the wrong for purchasing a car from another branch and to speak to me like this was completely unprofessional. I have had several issues with this branch over the years and this has been the worst experience and I will not be attending the Gravesend branch ever again
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!If you get your car serviced here, your car will be left up the road somewhere, not at the garage!They leave your car in the streets where they can get damaged and also disgruntle locals. I don't know any other car garage that do this. It's appalling. They do not care about the car owners nor the locals. Very unhelpful staff. They genuinely do not care. Would not recommend anyone visits here. Do yourself a favour and go to a decent dealership!
I was always a fan of WJ King, their service department used to be very good but recently their service and repair department prices have become unreasonable.Firstly the cost of an annual service is now getting ridiculous, my last service from WJ King for a mid range family car cost £290. The next day I contacted another large local garage who said their cost of a full service was £122.Secondly they always seem to add unnecessary repairs to bump up the bill. Last year my car passed its MOT without issues but WJ King advised the brakes were close to being on the limit, this is despite the vehicle only having done 3600 miles since the brakes were last changed. This year I got stung for additional advised part replacements totalling close to £400, after paying for the part replacements I found later discovered one of the parts had already been replaced two years earlier and was still under a 4 year guarantee. Added to this they cheekily added a £2.90 charge for PPE, surely it's a companies obligation to cover its staff PPE and not to pass the cost on the the end customer. I used to trust WJ King when it came to servicing a repairs but now it seems they're just bumping up the cost of bills with unnecessary repairs and trading on past customer loyalty. I have used WJ King for well over a decade but after this last bad experience of being overcharged this is the last time I will use them.
11 year old Hyundi i10 car used by a 72 year old retired doctor. Has mileage of 13000 in 11 years. I regularly do full service and MOT every year with WJ King Garage. I am a very careful Weekend driver of age 72. W J King Garage has become crooked by doing unnecessary change of tyres, changing wipers; just to add to the final bill. You have been warned.
Absolutely appalling customer service from this company. I purchased a new Vauxhall Corsa on 1 SEP and having chased them up several times as I hadn't received the log book I contacted the DVLA only to find out they had registered the car to an address that I hadn't lived at for 2 years. All the documentation I have is for my correct address but they decided to register it at a fraudulent address. When I contacted them to ask for an official complaint they were not interested, havnt even apologised, just a disgrace
Look at all these shocking reviews. I hope Suzuki GB read through these.Took my Suzuki to them for a couple of warranty faults. Did not do the job properly & one fault is worse than ever. Do not answer On Line messages & the service department do not call you back. If I could leave no stars I would. They will not be putting their hands on my car again!
