Review Time
Had an issue with the drivers seat belt not retracting on my SEAT Alhambra. Phoned W J King SEAT Sidcup and spoke to service Steve, he told me to bring it down so he could see what was wrong. Steve fixed it in just a few minutes, something that had plagued me for months, really pleased, will definitely be getting my Alhambra serviced there
WJ King Group Dartford. The salesmen were very kind however they were not able to authorise a part exchange so we were told to wait for a branch manager.We waited a few hours in the show room to no prevail so were told we would be called before 5pm to finalise details.6:30 I received a call to tell me the manager still hadn't showed and that they would call between 09:30-10am the next day.11am I get a call to state the manager still wasn't available. I stated that we'd been patient and that this was an expensive car and that I felt a little out of sorts by the service. They did not fight to keep the sale after I said i'd look elsewhere.They said they'd action the £100 refund with immediate response. It has been 10 days, I still have no refund, my emails are being ignored and the main department are telling me just to wait for the salesman to respond to emails...They told us themselves that they were quite bored and not busy, the level of service has been lazy and unaccommodating.We went elsewhere, got the same but a better milage car for nearly £2,000 cheaper and the customer service we received elsewhere was phenomenal (a vauxhall dealership not private). I would avoid this company if you're looking to buy a car and would like a nice experience doing so.
Just got my seventh vehicle from Vauxhall’s What can I say That the WJ king at the welling branch are always helpful in all aspects of customer service for there clients And I would always highly recommend to all my family and friends Thanks to the brilliant sales man Wade ansell made it possible
I pay monthly DD for service. Car been serviced twice. First time, after about a month the car engine started juddering. I got a mechanic friend to look at it. A spark plug had been left loose and water got in!! WJ King wanted to charge us to find the problem and fix it. Not their fault apparently. Both times we dropped the car off at 9 but had to wait until after 5pm because they were washing and cleaning the car as part of their customer service. Both times the car had not been cleaned at all. Why offer the service if you are not going to do it and then not give us the car back earlier. I'm waiting to see what else goes wrong in the next couple of months that won't be there fault!!
After phone call explaining my problem i.e. exhaust rattle was offered to see them in the afternoon. Needless to say a new exhaust was needed, contact to obtain same was made. Surprise received a call that my car was ready great as there was the possibility that the following day the job would be completed' So pleased as needed for holiday. I have always used W J. King and appreciate their efficiency - highly recommended
Dreadful! Arranged to view a Peugeot 5008 and was given the postcode for the Vauxhall dealership. Upon arrival we were told that we must have “misheard” the postcode - it was emailed to me, how do you mishear that?! After no apology, they rang the Peugeot dealer to see if they could “still fit our appointment in.” The Peugeot dealership had sold the car we’d come to view and had emailed me to tell me as much - an hour before my appointment! I was then asked if I wanted to visit the Peugeot dealer to see if there was something else I might like! Funnily enough I declined that fantastic offer. I spent over an hour driving to W J King, both kids in the car, 7 month pregnant wife too, in torrential rain to receive the above treatment. I can now say, I wouldn’t buy a free car from WJ King! Avoid this firm. Shame I can’t rate it no stars.
On Monday, I bought a used Suzuki Vitara from W J King in Welling. I couldn’t be more pleased with it and thank you to Wade Ansell for being such a brilliant sales advisor. The whole experience was extremely positive and I was really impressed with how the whole transaction proceeded. I’d highlight the COVID compliant showroom, the part exchange deal and the pre purchase servicing of the car. Thank you Wade for such a great experience. Patricia
