I order 3 packages is already been a month still no delivery is been stuck out of delivery for very long time and always say my address is incorrect. And then i order i new one they come very fast and why my old order still not delivered still saying out of delivery I contacted customer service they always say i need to wait for what i saw the tracking is was very close to my house like 15 minute still cant deliver my something that simple how the hell do they keep missing bruh how the hell do i put the wrong adddress when i put on the map they show my house why the hell is my address is wrong so i dont recommend this company o whatever I try to ask nicely but made me very mad since i been waiting for a month
I genuinely wonder how some companies manage to get registered when they clearly lack the skills and expertise required to function properly. I placed a bulk order that was divided among different logistics companies. Every other company has delivered their part of the shipment without any issues — except Cainiao.Cainiao has marked my package as “unsuccessful delivery” for reasons known to them. I have contacted their support several times to confirm my address, which is completely correct. Despite this, the delivery was attempted in Perth Amboy, about 20 miles from where it was supposed to be delivered.This level of incompetence is unacceptable. If there were an option for zero stars, they would have earned it.
I ORDERED A BUNCH OF STUFF ON ALIEXPRESS IN AUGUST, BUT THE COURIER FAILED TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE TO ME AND I HAD TO CALL THEM EVERY WEEK FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS GET THEM TO REDELIVER MY PACKAGE! AND THEY FINALLY RESCHEDULE MY REDELIVERY 2 MONTHS LATER AFTER THE LAST DELIVERY. BUT THEN THEY DELIVER MY PACKAGE OVER THE WEEKEND WHICH I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM NOT TO DO AS THE OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED. BUT THEN THE COURIER INPUTTED THE DELIVERY STATUS WRONG AND MARKED IT AS DELIVERED. WHEN I CAME TO THE OFFICE THE NEXT DAY, I FOUND NO PACKAGE IN THE BUILDING AND EVEN CONTACTED OUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM AND THEY FOUND NO PACKAGE AS NO ONE WAS IN THE BUILDING OVER THE WEEKEND. I CONTACTED CAINIAO'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY INVESTIGATED MY CASE AND FOUND THAT THE CARRIER ACTUALLY LOST MY PACKAGE! THEY GAVE ME A PROOF OF LOST PACKAGE FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE! I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND FROM ALIEXPRESS TO REFUND ME FOR MY LOST PACKAGE WHICH CONTAINED LIKE 6 DIFFERENT ORDER IDS AND I HAVE TO GET REFUNDS FOR EACH ONE OF THEM! BUT THEY ARE ALL DENIED EVEN THOUGH I'VE GIVEN ALIEXPRESS THE PROOF OF LOST PACKAGE BECAUSE THE CARRIER MARKED MY PACKAGED AS DELIVERED WHEN IT WASN'T! ALL THIS FRUSTRATION IS DUE TO CAINIAO'S INCOMPETENCE! THEY ARE THE WORST COURIER SERVICES EVER! DO NO RECOMMEND USING THEM!
The worst, they don’t sent notification / email that package is out for delivery of failed to be delivered. The agent I chatted with tried to make me believe that my email is incorrect, when simply they don’t do their job !They have decided to return my package because they claims that delivery has failed however i haven’t even been notified that package is delivered .
STAY AWAY FROM cainiao.com!!! SCAMMER ALERTShipment was promised over eight weeks ago because of the wrong address? Yeah right! Most Awful delivery service in US. The driver is going to some other st for delivery, marked it failed twice. It’s been one week calling them, providing my phone number in case they need, delivery instructions but the driver marking it failed again. The customer agents are completely awful and UNPROFESSIONAL. This is a nightmare service if you need any additional help. You are lucky if you get your package. This is my third time having the same delivery issues. I am done ordering now. Gross company, wish I can give negative stars🤮🤮🤮
They were unable to deliver my package. I have verified my adddress to them multiple times but they never try to deliver again. My package has been stuck from 2 months and I never received an update from them. They also not providing me a document for not delivery of my item
