I had the worst experience with this company. I spent over £200 on work clothes and when they arrived they were like rags. I continued to be ignored by customer support and finally received messages offering store credit only (absolute joke). I eventually got them to give me a return address and it turns out it had to go to china (shocker). I had to spend £40 on returning the clothes and they still didn’t refund and instead said clothes were stuck at customs and that’s not their problem. They offered store credit for their rags yet again instead of refund. I had to report them to by bank to finally get my refund. Horrible experience and worst customer support I’ve ever dealt with. Absolute scam of a company.
Goods were not delivered and when I contacted them they said delivery had been attempted. Tracker did not state this. A full refund would not be given as a 25% re-stocking fee would deducted. I asked for proof of return of the goods which they haven't done as I suspect the courier has lost the order. Email conversation is still ongoing.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - ITS A SCAM. The product did not look anything like the advert. It was cheap, tacky and small. I paid £36 and it was worth 50p and when I complained they offered me 30% or said I could return the jacket to China recorded, however this would be costly. I therefore got £10.80 of my money back. They did respond to my e mails promptly and I did get the refund within a few days. However, be warned the goods are nothing like the adverts. In all honesty I feel scammed.
I can't believe I feel for this scam. The product quality is appalling and massively overpriced. The returns process is ridiculously overcomplicated in a deliberate attempt to get me to keep an item which cost £50, looks absolutely nothing like the image and probably cost less than £1 to produce.
Stay away from. This company ordered dress it was only £36 but trying to return it to them is a nightmare no returns label got to print one yourself and post to send back ftom UK IS £19.30 untracked £22 if tracked not worth it. Won't be ordering again that's for sure. And it took 5 weeks for the dress to arrive.
KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!This bunch of scam artists still owe me my refund of £88.91 from some dresses I returned (by tracked postage) on the 12th July!!! They’re trying to tell me that they’re stuck in customs, and they’ve offered me 50% of my original payment back! No way-I want the whole amount I paid.SERIOUSLY-DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND ORDER FROM A REPUTABLE UK COMPANY-OR YOU’LL GET STUNG!!!Let’s now wait for the usual “please reach out to us at…” I have done-repeatedly-to no avail.
Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!! This has been the worst ever online shopping experience I have ever had. Chelsea Boots looked great and were described as ‘leather’. Paid my really hard earned money….then had to chase delivery as it took over 5 weeks and the tracking details showed the package was stuck in some Chinese port!!!!They arrived in a loose bag. No box…and wait for this!!!…….they were plastic!!!!Contacted them. No refund. Terrible, criminal service. Wow. I was and am still raging 😡 Utterly disgusting and had completely turned me off buying online from any retailer that is not UK based and well known.
Cheap & Nasty quality. Advertised as 3-4 business days for delivery. It took 16 days and when it arrived it was cheap and nasty. Item was £50 with £5 discount. It was not even the quality that would cost £5-7 from Shein. Asked to return item and I have to pay return fee. Terrible quality and service. AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!
Do not order from this company. They are not based in the uk they deliver from Hong Kong. Quality of t shirts was very poor fabric was polyester not cotton . Not worth the price I paid. Too much to send back even if you request a refund. Will not be ordering again
