Awful quality. Customer service lies.Ordered some clothes, which were terrible quality (and not cheap). Tried to send it back (following instructions given) and had to cover the shipping fees to China, and sent them the tracking number, only for them to say its being "held at customs" for over 3 months. Lost all the money. The lied and said they had issued a 50% refund to my credit card and it didn't appear. They said they had given me store credit. They did not. Then they told me to contact my credit card company(!!!) but refused to provide proof of a refund. Total scam. DO NOT USE
Awful company. Avoid at all costs. The products are nothing like the pictures, awful quality and a terrible return service. I have been waiting for almost 2 months for a refund. Unlike the policy they claim online this has not been easy and I think it is all a total scam.
absolutely they are a scam. If you do not respond for any thing only they keep messaging sorry we didn’t receive the item that I can’t believe it. I’ve been waiting for over three months for my refund still I didn’t get,,when I ordered, they send me wrong item when I want to return back they give me the address. It was to China. I can’t believe it. it cost me half of a amount what I pay for the item. to return it so I want all you be aware of this company they are a scam.
Terrible company! Exactly the same as other reviews! Wish I had looked here first! Clothing received, terrible quality, finally got returns agreed and had to pay over £40 to be returned to China!! This is not made clear on the website! 5 months later and the clothing has just been retired back to me from China. No response from emails sent! UPDATE: I have reached out to you by the email address provided many times but you have stopped replying. Please update me on my refund!
A p1ss taker of an online retailer. Appalling quality products, sizing info that is so far off it’s untrue and a complicated and unreliable returns and refund process. Chinese made clothing parading as couture and European, and returns that never make it back to China because they get stuck in customs, at which point the retailer wriggles out of their returns offer and only refunds less than 50% of the purchase costs. Avoid.
Scammers avoid!!!!!! These send a very poor unwearable item. When I said I wanted to return they offered me 50% refund and keep the unwearable item. I said I’d return for full refund. It cost a lot to post back. Months later they are saying customs are holding it still and keep offering 50% refund now. But they never send the 50% because it’s a scam. They will respond to reviews like this saying they are sorry and they would like us to contact customer services like other reviews but I have been talking to them for months and they haven’t sent me a penny! They are scammers I’ve been trying to get the 50% they keep promising for about 4-5 months now. They are not going to pay it. Learn from my mistake and avoid!
If I can give this company no stars I would. Please avoid! I had purchased a trouser suit in 2 different sizes (as unsure what size I would need). I received the order 3 weeks later however, both came in the same size which was far too big. the company did refund me for one of the trouser suits as this was their mistake after sending proof of this. I then requested a return for the second trouser suit which cost £49.99. I was informed I was required to mark “returns”clearly on package which I did. It cost me £25 to return the item as I was not aware I was ordering from China. 2 months passed and I reached out as had not received anything. The package had been held at customs in China and the company have basically said this is not there problem and offering me 50% of my order and a further 50% off voucher should I wish to shop with them again. So I am £50 out of pocket! Terrible customer service!
Scam alert….Avoid at all costs, do not buy from this company, If I could give no stars I would!!!! I ordered and returned in June , paid £30 for tracked items and I’m still waiting nearly 4 months later for the refund. They send out rubbish quality shirts…I’ve bought better in Primark for a fraction of the cost. The address of the business is for the UK but it’s actually exported from china. They allow returns at your expense knowing full well it will go into customs in china and be held there indefinitely. Even when I was writing out the address I was doubtful as the only recognisable line was Room 101 (anyone remember it)!!!!? They reply from customer services, pretend to help but they’re actually no help at all. It’s a scam. Rubbish quality, rubbish company avoid avoid avoid!!
