Review Time
This is the worst possible laundry company you can put in your building. Their smart phone app rarely works. When you are trying to use it will suddenly stop working many times keeping you from adding drying time and making you pay for an unneeded full cycle. They have no customer service, and it is impossible to talk to a live person. They are also famous for not giving refunds for their app's mistakes. If your board is considering using this company for your laundry rooms, please do not let them sign a contract! Bett er to take your clothes to the river and beat them on a rock than use CSC Go!!!!!
Machines not starting but being charged for a load has happened to me before, and when I complained for a month and finally they refunded me for it. BUT, the entire system is a scam. You need to add money in the app "wallet" to be able to use it, and they have recently started enforcing a minimum 5$ transfer from credit card, and a penalty fee for any amount less than 10$. When I was about to move out of student housing, I still had money in my wallet and there was no way to take it back. If I wanted to do a major load of laundry just to use that balance, I'd still have to transfer another 5$ to cover the last 0.75 amount. There's no way to get your money back, why can't they just let people pay from their card every time?!
Unreliable service and unprofessional company. From my experience, this happens a lot: Washing machines don't start but takes your money. Water doesn't drain and leaves clothes in water, refund system doesn't acknowledge original requests preventing ability to submit new requests (leaving the first pending). If the machines weren't the only ones in our building, I would never use this company again. Absolutely terrible.
they still havent repaired the machines a month after i put in multiple service requests. its the 3rd time in a year the washer and dryer are out of order. the contract bars me from calling a local company to repair the machines. cscsw shouldnt be allowed to hold repairs hostage for whatever reason
My landlord maintains 12 washers and 12 dryers from csc. 11 of the washers flat out do not run and have not run for 6 months. CSC has ignored our service requests. I cannot express strongly enough how incompetent these people are.
I requested a refund on 2/9/25. After three calls and three months it's still the same lies- wait 10-12 business days for the refund. Their card load machine is a joke - it'll sure take your money but won't credit it to your card. The machines are junk and are always breaking down. They are NOT accredited with BBB and I'm sure it's because they are so horrible. We'll see if I actually get my refund after having to wait another week. Ridiculous situation when you live somewhere you're forced to use such a garbage company.
Great at taking your money, on the app and even per quarter! Horrible at service requests and refunds!!! Went 3 months without a working dryer and once they FINALLY fixed the heating element to DRY your clothes the dryer door would NOT stay closed and it would have to be run a minimum of 2 times to dry your clothes and have NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND!!!
