CSC is a total scam company. Their washers are always broken and they never fix them, the dryers are useless, and they raise the rates to ridiculous prices with no prior warning. Don’t link your bank info to their app because you’ll wake up to find that *someone* has used it to make unauthorized wire transfers of your money. My building has tried to break our contract with them because of their terrible customer service and multiple breaches of contract and they promised to sue us for “lost revenue”, the cost of moving their machines, and court costs! They are exploitative and money hungry and out of the 8 washers at my building maybe only 1 is fully working at any given time.
We had a 5 year contract with CSC. They installed the equipment incorrectly and then blamed the HOA that the venting was not correct. Their card readers mysteriously stopped working and they repeatedly blamed the Internet connection when their credit card processor went out of business. The contract was so loose, they did NOTHING to repair machines. We had machines that were down for 8+ MONTHS. We had 15 washers and 15 dryers. At one point, we had 4 working washers and 5 working driers. They blamed COVID for not being able to get parts. Nothing was ever put in writing. Their customer service was useless. Management repeatedly lied to us and made promises they had no intention of fulfilling. The service was so bad in the last 2 years of the contract, a sign was put up in the laundry room to use their equipment at your own risk. They wanted us to pay to terminate the contract because they would not release us from it due to their poor performance. It's too bad you have to give them 1 star to write a review because they don't deserve. They should get zero stars.
By reading all these reviews everyone has gone thru the same issues how long will it be before they can permanently shut this business down. I've complained several times about these washers and dryers and never get a response but as soon as you call these sucker's then they acting like there doing good business when that's definitely not the case they suck so take your money elsewhere unless you like giving it away to washers and dryers that will never get fixed
UPDATE - Washing still not fixed. The water inside now looks like a 6th grade science experiment gone wrong. Zero sense of urgency to fix broken machines. No major issues with the app but.... CSC ServiceWorks is slow to respond to service requests. We only have three washers and three dryers in my small apartment complex but one of the washers has been out of service 3 times recently and is currently filled with (stinky) water yet again. I sent a request a week ago. The nearby laundromat is looking like the much better option.
Have had the absolute worst experience with this company. We tried to start the machine 4 times only to have a message pop up that it was unable to be started or process our payment. On the fifth try it finally worked, however whilst the machine wouldn’t begin they had no trouble taking the money from my account despite the message appearing saying payment was unable to be processed. I then emailed the company in October to explain the situation, sent them proof of payment being taken 4 additional times. Have received emails back and forth requesting that different actions needed to be taken by me, did each of them immediately. Then stopped hearing from them altogether. Finally heard from them again in early December after sending an email to take it further and now here we are on the 19th of December still yet to receive a refund and instead just receive an email to request the refund on the app even though I have said countless times that this will not work. Hence, me emailing in the first place. Absolutely appalling service and company. Cannot believe that still after 3 months no resolution has been reached and barely get an email response from them to fix the problem. I will be taking this further. All I can recommend is DO NOT use this company, save yourself the trouble. I have them the benefit of the doubt and have been nothing but disappointed.
My bank and I have determined that all the tire air machines, ice vending kiosks and just about anything else that has charged my credit card but provided no product or service, and displayed phone numbers that either don’t answer or take messages and never respond, are this same sleazy nest of thieves.
Landlords, stay far away from this company!! They make it impossible to get out of their contracts. You have to write in a cancellation request no more than 6 months before the contract is supposed to end. You'll have someone contact you promising the service will get better and if you decline and ask to move forward with the cancellation, they ignore all emails and tell you to email them the month it expires. They'll leave their system in your building and refuse to pick it up. Update: I included the email CSC provided below and of course got no response. At this point we have to bring in our legal team to get them to remove their equipment. Save yourself the hassle and money and STAY AWAY from CSC
What is wrong with this company? Everything. Their criminal negligence and outright dishonesty has led to a multi-million dollar class action lawsuit being filed against them in an attempt to hold them accountable for their multiple breaches of contract.Companies like this, those who troll customers with fake reviews (proven) and glittery videos of how great they are, need to be forced into either cleaning up their act or closing down.Be warned - NO ONE has had a good experience with CSC GO, no one.
I will be cancelling all services and machines for this property I manage in Chicago, IL. I have been waiting 3 months for someone to register my card kiosk so that I can make service requests. I've needed cards loaded into the machine and have made multiple requests. I have put in multiple services requests for multiple reasons, and when I call to check the status of the service requests, I am told parts are needed and I have to wait for the order of parts(weeks). How would the technician know which parts are needed if they never arrived? This laundry room requires key access that the technician does not have and there were NO calls made for entry. When I call to inquire, a new service request is created which does not help. Worst customer service ever.
