Horrible customer service. Can't get anyone on the phone and if you do, you get the runaround while they promise to fix things and do NOTHING!!!Cancelled my appointment via voicemail and changed what I asked for WITHOUT SPEAKING TO ME FIRST!! Good luck finding anyone who cares. I'd rather pay the $1500 to purchase what I need.
I stand by this review. Trust pilot sent me a message saying that the company thinks I reviewed wrong company , and I inadvertently agreed. They are going to remove this review in error. This company is the worst !!!!October 13,2025This company is terrible. Laundry room washers and dryers do not operate properly 50% of the time . The app is ridiculously bad when trying to report outages and requests for refunds . Send them an email for service and they don’t respond for two weeks. Companies really don’t care about people these days , all they care about is taking as much money as they can scrape from you . Disgusting
If you see their logo, run away from there unless you want to learn the worst experience of your life. Their dryers will ruin your clothes, and the washing machines will give you an error when you pay. In the worst case, they just don't wash your clothes well.
3 times washer stopped in middle of cycle had to move to next washer tried to get refund B.S. Let me warn you machines are set to default small load cold water so you only get bad wash. "Deceptive" Often no hot water although you paid for it. This company needs to be sued for like a million dollars to get their attention.I advise just go to a laundromat with an attendant so you don't get repeatedly screwed. They offered me a refund after my post but no way keep your ill gotten gains, just to much hassle.

CSC is an army of professional con men & women from admin personnel to the technicians in the field; all trained and instructed to collectively sabotage equipment so it constantly needs maintenance and provide the worst customers service telling customers lies & dishonest information, and consistently never keeping their word. They are a contract equipment service provider and service many apartment buildings' laundry equipment and they are MASTERS OF DECEPTION. Nothing is as it seems with CSC ServiceWorks. You've been warned.
They also do gas station air pumps. The one I went to wasn't working, and of course I can't get a refund from the gas station because it's not their equipment. Why can't I look up the machine id online? Why can't they just automatically refund me because the machine was reported as broken by the gas station (why didn't the gas station put a sign on the machine is anybody's guess)? And why can't they disable the machine remotely when it is reported as malfunctioning? I'm not driving 45 minutes away to get the machine id for a refund for a $2.50 charge. What a scam operation.
The Washing Machine was operating properly so ..Jerry came out to fix it....Well, he did very go job at it within 30 min ...He has been always helpful in fixing the problem in a timely manner...808 East La Palma Drive..he has very social skills also..indeed..
