Review Time
I really don't know where to start. Evri is such an unreliable parcel delivery company, on 3 occasions i have taken a days holiday for a delivery coming through Evri and each occasion I get the message that the driver wasn't able to deliver the parcels because of BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH
evri lost my parcel when it was next day delivery, tried to get in contact with them several times and i was ignored 2 weeks later still don’t have my parcel between them and footasylum where i ordered from the whole experience has been so unprofessional and neither have dealt with it
Received email informing me of status of my delivery. Next I received a text message informing me there was a delay due to address being incorrect. The message directed me to respond by clicking a link and entering my correct address telephone and email contact after entering these details I was informed I would have to make a payment and at that point I exited and deleted the SMS as it was obviously a scam. The scammer could only have acquired my contact and delivery details via an EVRI data breach. I still haven’t received my parcel despite assurances from EVRI and they are now no longer responding to my messages. This company lives up to it’s reputation as being unreliable and their customer care team is not fit for purpose
A few different companies my partner and I get deliveries from use Evri. The delivery driver consistently delivers to the wrong location which is another building separate from our compound. It doesn’t matter how many delivery instructions, pictures, feedback, and complaints we give, it keeps on happening. This leads to a poor experience each time we get a delivery, as we have to wait outside a building and ask a resident to let us in. We spoke to our neighbours and it happens to them as well. This causes us, and the other building’s residents significant stress, since they keep on having to let strangers into their building. This raises significant issues with the delivery process, feedback process, and review process.

Absolutely appalling system, both for customers and retailers. There is NO means of contacting them directly, you either get a chat bot, which is one of those doesn't allow you to ask specific questions but only acts on information it wants you to give them, so for details of a delivery it will only take the tracking number, postcode etc, then point you back to the tracking details that are already provided, WE wanted to ask why a parcel had been returned after just one delivery attempt but were unable to do so, The only other option is to phone them, which is a bot-controlled callback system so again it's completely impossible to contact them. Absolutely eery "contact us" link on the website points you back to the chat or phone option, even if you try to find their complaints procedure. I know you're busy, Evri, with millions of parcels to deliver every day but it's totally unacceptable to deliberately prevent people from contacting you with a "free text" question that WE want to ask, not an FAQ that you assume we're looking for.
when i used their service to get delivery my parcel , they lost it in the local locker and i didn't found my parcel and there was witness he is staff from that local shop and there was also CCTV but when i contacted them with my proofs of photos , they made me wait for at least two weeks and then vinted contacted me evri said i got my parcel so they proceed the payment but i already told them to investigate when i opened my compartment there was only other people envelop parcel from royal mail it is strong proof and they said they couldn't do anything so why did they stretched me out to wait that long and acted like they were doing it. i only got final result when i contacted them , they were not even bother to contact me nor take their responsibility. i lost my money worth of 16 pound which is a lot for student.
