Disorganised. Avoid

T4 parking. Our instructions as to where to go for meet and greet were followed to the letter but the person collecting didn't seem to know where we were. Similar confusion on return and wrong phone contact given.Worst of all I asked the company to charge my EV whilst I was away and despite several emails agreeing this in writing they managed not to know anything about it and didn't do it. This caused be an additional delay after a 16 journey to get home. On sending a nice email complaining about their lack of charging my car they have simply not bothered to reply.Avoid this company, the cheaper price isn't worth it.

Don’t use if you have a dash cam

To be honest the man who picked up and dropped my car off, for the most part was nice BUT I specifically asked that they don’t touch my dash cam, and when I got back the SD card was hanging out and bent. The Dash cam was also unplugged and in my cub holder and the dash cam cables hanging. Though the exterior of the car was fine I was still annoyed. Because unless they are hiding stuff why do all of that, I drove to where they parked my car ( as my Mercedes has a inbuilt GPS- so I knew when and where it was parked) , while outside I called the site manager who told me he wasn’t there but that I can email “help at happydaysparking“ email which I did with pictures and I asked they reimburse me as they didn’t have to do all of that. I actually wouldn’t have minded if they simply pressed the erase memory button on camera. Anyways the site manager told me on the phone that they have expensive cars such as Lamborghinis parked, and maintaining security for all cars is important to them. Which sounded like a very silly reply, unless one is hiding something not legal I don’t understand the measures they think they are taking. They didn’t reply to my email. Anyways i used them end of July into august, so very recently- don’t waste your money. Use at your own risk, unplug any dash cam you have. Because I’m big on principles they get a 1 star.

I use happy days on every holiday I go on. I have never had any issue with the service. My car is always returned in good condition.

First time using this company

First time using this company, to be honest I was worried at the beginning specially when travelling with a Baby, the drop off experience started to be a bit stressful,we’ve been told that the location wasn’t the one mentioned on the website! but Ryan make it easy and simple , the pick up was on the time agreed ,so no complain, good service, a really Happy Days Parking

Very easy to deal with, prompt in drop off and not a long wait for pick up. I’ve used Happy Days a few times and never had any problems. Highly recommend.

DONT TRUST

DONT TRUST Memory card from dash cam missing Car dropped back to arrivals at night So had a quick look around car all seemed okDrove home didn’t take any notice of dash cam until a couple of days later it came up with insert memory card Checked hole for card to discover it missing so rang to ask what happened, was told they would get back to me , rang again a week later to be told that didn’t have it and that have no reason to take it out but it’s gone missing between dropping off and when I picked it up, then I was told they disconnect them because of laws and regulations , so was my car parked somewhere it shouldn’t have been as it was dropped off and picked up in the exit lane terminal 3.So not interested in what I’m saying Have used lots of companies at different London airports never had a problem before So it’s your choice if you use this company

Happy Days Parking

The company name isn’t correct apart from the day part. It wasn’t a happy experience but the ammount of time it took to get the car felt like a day. On the happy days parking website it says the parking is quick and easy. It was the complete opposite. The driver was nearly an hour late. They kept on telling us they will be 5 more minutes which it wasn’t. We called up to say we had our luggage and we checked we can pay with card and they explained that we could. We then got called again checking if we had cash which we didn’t and they said we can’t give you your car unless you got your cash. The staff weren’t great either. It was very cold outside so we were absolutely freezing. When they got here we got about 10 seconds to check the car before they left us to pay the tickets.

I would not use this company again as…

I would not use this company again as the service was incredibly poor.When dropping the car off, we phoned 30 minutes before arrival as requested on the website but there was no one to meet us when we arrived. I had to ring them 4 times, each time to be told the drivers were on their way. We ended up waiting 45 minutes and began to worry about being late for our check in.On the way back, we phoned as we landed, only to be told they had no drivers available and ended up waiting over an hour for our car.They also charge you £12 extra to get out of the car park.

Unprofessional

Unprofessional approach from staff and drivers. Worst service I have received from a meet and greet parking at Heathrow, fed this back to the driver and the booking office and had a dismissive response. Apparently not going to the drop off desk and blocking hotel access parking on a pedestrian crossing causing an obstruction to vehicles and pedestrians is good practice!

DO NOT USE - FRAUDULENT!

DO NOT USE! Completely fraudulent company. Poor customers have no idea that they DO NOT HAVE A SAFE SECURE SITE for your vehicles, they in fact PARK them down RESIDENTIAL ROADS and leave them there for days on end. Hence why RECEIPTS AREN’T ISSUED! This happens frequently down my road, leaving no spaces for us residents after coming home from a hard honest day at work, unlike these selfish cowboys. The drivers must think we are stupid. Multiple vehicles parked up with Heathrow short stay tickets inside! Drivers park the cars up, head up to the top of the road and get picked up by another driver and repeat. I seriously urge people not to use this company YOUR CAR WILL NOT BE SAFE! I know residents down my road have even resorted to damaging them in frustration! Do not trust any good reviews, these poor people have no idea where their cars have been dumped whilst they’ve been away ☹️.
