Review Time
All went well and no complaints at all. I had been a bit concerned at some of the negative reviews, so called the family run company. It's easy these days to let a small niggle become a major complaint and adversely affect a business. I put my trust in them and was more than satisfied. We shall certainly use Happy Days again.
ONE HAPPY CUSTOMERI’ve been using Happy Days since they first started. Always good service. Always apologise if they are late. Ryan is just the best. Professional, helpful and courteous. It’s not easy to coordinate between many terminals and many customers needing pick up and drop off. Came here to leave a good review and was quite shocked to read people’s bad reviews. Wow! For waiting a little bit. There are two wars happening in the world! Anyway, just wanted to send HAPPY DAYS PARKING some love ♥️ and say THANK YOU for your service.
I have been a loyal customer of Happy Days Parking for the past couple of years, and I can't speak highly enough about their services. Throughout my time using their facilities, I have consistently experienced outstanding service, convenience, and reliability.In the past, I have arrived late on a few occasions, and Happy Days Parking has always been accommodating and understanding. Their staff is always friendly and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.I've read some of the negative reviews, and honestly, some customers do tend to exaggerate or misrepresent their experiences. Please don't be deterred by those few negative comments. You can take my word for it: Happy Days Parking is a trustworthy and dependable company.If you're looking for a parking service that you can rely on, I highly recommend Happy Days Parking. You won't be disappointed.
Had to wait for driver at LHR T5 on pick up for 25 minutes - event at 9pm. There was a used CapriSun fruit drink pouch left on the back seat. The radio was fiddled with requiring us to re-programme. Expect faster service and more respect for our property.
Dropped my car at Heathrow at the appointed spot, the person coming to pick it up was late and could not find us, despite being where we were told to wait. She apologised and gave the excuse that she was quite flustered because it was her sons exam the following day! On pick up I called when we got our bags,10.30am on a Tuesday so no traffic issues. I was told there were no drivers for 10 minutes and could I have a coffee and wait 10 mins? After 10 mins we went to the ca park and waited another 10 mins, called and there were still no drivers and the woman answering the phone said it was not her fault, she was just the controller.....not sure who would take responsibility other than a controller, clue being in the title! Basically someone turned up 45 minutes after I had first called.
Terrible service.We booked online to have meet & greet at Heathrow and all was looking good. On the day, we called the company to inform them that we are 30 min away from the airport and the person who answered told us that the driver coming to collect our car is stuck on traffic and a bit delayed. In fact, the driver arrived 45 min later than booked and the worst was that was unable to provide any form of identification. The driver claimed that she has no Id with her, or maybe she just did not want to show it, which is equally strange. I called back the company to ask them to identify the driver, and they confirmed the driver is a female driver and that she has no Id on her. I had to choose between missing my flight or giving away my car to a stranger. The person on the phone assured me that all is legal and that I have the confirmation for the booking on my email which is enough to confirm that they collected my car.I left the car and they the return was on time when I came back from my holiday.However, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
DO NOT USE!! Cowboys!! I wish I had checked the reviews before using them. Like so many we too had a really bad experience with Happy Days Meet & Greet. We booked through BookingFHR.com that have great reviews...but they use third parties...namely Happy Days. Unfortunately I didn't pick up on that on my email confirmation. Firstly we were 23 min late and had to pay £20 to have the driver come back to meet us...they obviously bank on the fact that you need them to take the car off you because you are catching a flight and are time restricted. When we returned from our Holiday they delivered our car with a dent on it. When I called them the next day to complain the man on the phone was so rude, and kept shouting over me so I could hardly get a word in. Awful....It was almost like he was expecting my call because as soon as I started talking he talked and shouted over me. They of course claim the dent was there at pick up and provided pictures with date and time showing the dent. With todays technology you can just download software that allows you to change the date and time on pictures with ease, but because we didn't take pictures before handing over the car, it is our word against them. So infuriating that they time and time gets away with it. I see on the reviews that I'm not the only one this has happened to. If you end up using them protect yourself and take a video/pictures of the car with the driver in it before handing your car over to them.
IF I COULD GIVE MINUS STARS I WOULD. BOOKED THROUGH COMPAREYOURPARKING.CO.UK AND CHOSE HAPPY DAYS. ON ARRIVAL THEY DENIED THE BOOKING. THERE WERE NO SIGNS AND THE PARKING DID NOT EXIST. THIS WAS AT 0500 hrs AND I HAD TO CATCH A FLIGHT TO CHICAGO AT0830hrs.ABSOLUTE PANIC SET IN BUT LUCKY TO FIND SPOT AT PURPLE PARKING. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER AND I WOULD NEVER USE THIS TYPE OF BOOKING AGAIN.
DO NOT USE. APPALLING SERVICE Nothing happy or good to say about this service. Most people use meet & greet for speed/convenience. Drop off service was abismal. Kept calling to confirm arrival 30 mins ahead as instructed. No answer. When they finally did answer it was a 30min wait before being able to hand keys over (to apparently the owner who promised a better service on return). Return flight arrival time given in advance. I even texted the owner in advance to say I’d landed. Called for return of car and told driver will be there in2 mins. Great. Got a call back to say driver will be there in 15 mins. Driver arrived 35 mins later. Female driver, who couldn’t even work out how to switch the car off or put it into park mode. Terrible service. I will never ever use this unprofessional outfit ever again. Book if you feel like wasting money. I’d have got my car quicker if I’d booked it inna further away car park with a shuttle bus service.
