No one use turbo tax debit card or…

No one use turbo tax debit card or account and routing system. It’s a scam. My girlfriend just had the worst experience ever. They will send you another card without approval. Your app will say you have this much money on your card, yet you can’t use it. Then when you call their customer service, they’re the most brain dead service reps I’ve ever spoken to. They don’t speak English and don’t understand anything. They will charge you $15 for another card, when you already have a card that they refuse to activate. The company is a scam. And are so terrible and are terrible people. Do not use this company to receive money on.

F YOU TURBOTAX!!

NO TURBO TAX!!! Oh, so since I was a STUDENT and have a student loan, you are forcing me to upgrade my tax package and pay you $60 dollars so that I can deduct my student loan interest? That is some serious bull. I've been using Turbo tax for the last four years, but never again. I'm literally sitting at my computer crying over how a company could be so freaking callous and evil. I already owe over $20,000 in student loans, and I MIGHT get a $1000 deductible based on my interest paid on those loans last year, but you want to scoop $60 dollars off the top? Seriously? F YOU.

This is the worst service ever …

This is the worst service ever please dont ignore this review Turbo tax will not get on the phones there emails happen to be down and they are keeping my money in there account meanwhile each month they steal some claiming fees just let me take my fuc'n money. They never sent my card out and i'm not the only one I have a relative going threw the same thing. When I call the automated system claim my information doesn't match so they wont let me speak to a live person. Me and my children haven't eaten in two days while my income taxes and covid relief money sits in turbo tax account and nobody will help. Two fuc'n days we haven't eaten and im fuc'n sueing.

Needed to file my 2019 tax refund so i…

Needed to file my 2019 tax refund so i could get the stimulus money and i purchased turbo tax self employed because I had to in order to file. Ended up finding my 2018 tax return which i needed to proceed to get my stimulus money. Called to get my money back from turbo tax and they stole my money. Will not give it back. Dont use them

For the record I have used Turbo Tax…

For the record I have used Turbo Tax for at least 15 years and up till this year I have been very happy with the product. I have always used the Deluxe version of the software where I would get my Federal and State taxes submitted for $0 dollars. And if I needed another State Tax return (for a Child) I would have to pay for the State but not the Federal. This Year I had to pay for both for myself - Not a way to keep your Customers Happy - I am sensing a little Greed on Turbo Taxes Part since we are in a Lock Down. Its a shame but I am going to have to look into other options for next year - Thanks Turbo Tax for forgetting why we use you - convenience and value (since you forgot)

I would not even give them 1 star but I have to mark something. Tried them for the first time this year. Terrible service, please do not use them at any cost. They do not have any CPA's that check your work to make sure that it is right like they claim. You cannot get anyone on the phone that can give you any answers and they cannot check anything with the IRS for you. My return ended up in the IRS error department and I have heard nothing since. No letter, nothing at all. You can not get any answers over the phone from the IRS either. Turbo Tax got their money but try calling them to ask questions or have them check on your return for you. Not going to happen. A customer service representative will answer and cannot help you. Now I have to make an appointment with the IRS when COVID-19 is over to find out what happened to my tax return. Never, ever again. You can believe that any positive reviews are paid for by TurboTax. Companies can buy positive reviews and post them in case you did not know that. Read the thousands and thousands of bad reviews from real people that used their service!

TurboTax and Greendot stole my 2017…

TurboTax and Greendot stole my 2017 refund. TurboTax took their payment out but I never received the balance for my refund. Both companies keep giving me the runaround blaming the other company. It’s like a amateur version of good cop bad cop. It’s now 2020 and despite TurboTax getting their portion of my refund for payment I have not received one dime! The TurboTax supervisor says she is aware of the problems with Greendot yet Turbotzx continues to partner with them. It’s clear TurboTax/Intuit are complicit.

WORST TAX SERVICE EVER

WORST TAX SERVICE EVER! This is unbelievable. I filed on February 8th and was estimated to get my return on February 29th. It is now April 17th, and I have received nothing. I tried to use customer support online and over the phone, and they never even let me speak to a representative. The robot hung up on me four times when I was trying to get help saying I was not being specific enough. I tried to find a place to leave a review on their website, and they even make THAT impossible. DO NOT use Turbotax!!

John G is the rudest agent I have ever spoken with!!

I have been using Turbo Tax the last three years with no issues, so normally I would be giving them a higher rating. This one star review is specific to the beyond horrible customer service agent I spoke with this morning by the name of John G!I called this morning to confirm that Turbo Tax had the correct direct deposit information, since IRS states they do not have my bank information. He was beyond rude stating that I need to call IRS or Intuit card services. When I asked the simple question of why I would need to contact card services. Since I pay turbo tax and provide them with my direct deposit information when filing my tax return. He then in the rudest tone I have ever heard from a customer service agent stated “if you don’t want to call customer service then don’t.” This still did not answer my question and for what I pay to file taxes with turbo tax getting basic information shouldn’t be a problem. He had no interest in my issue or anything I had to say, which is very sad since he earns his paycheck by taking customer calls. I understand times are tough and stressful right now for everyone. However it’s shocking that he is not great full for the job security of customers calling in. A lot of people are out of work, and would jump at the chance to be at work earning wages. His disrespectful tone and comments were a very bad representation of Turbo Tax. As a customer service agent you are paid to take care of customers. Not verbally abuse them and ignore their basic questions.Note to turbo tax: This is the one bad apple that could destroy the whole bunch. With John G’s tone and demeanor he is going to end up costing you money and customers. Guaranteed their are lots of qualified individuals who would do the job a lot better and take pride in their work.At the end of the call I asked for his first name, this is so I could have a record of who I spoke with in case I had to call back. He went silent and then hung up on me. Usually when someone is confident in the information they are providing, they having no issue providing their first name.The biggest shock to me is when I called back to get my original question answered. I was advised that John G had notated my account that the call had dropped. That is a 100% falsification of company records. I have never in my life had a call drop as soon as I ask a employee for their name. In most call centers this is a serious offense that leads to termination. If I had to speak with John G again I would no longer use turbo tax due to the horrible treatment. It’s already bad enough they add extra fees and constantly trying to sell additional service during the entire process of filing a tax return.
