if you can survive without sim card you…

if you can survive without sim card you should chose that one rather then go to lycamobile.they have worst customer service with false information and lack professional approach to provide services its been 1 week and i made 15 calls to customer service and send 4 emails in a week with no trace and every time we go in loop and back to start after a call.the worst customer experience i ever had with any company not limit to telecom company but as whole.The service is not restored yet even after a call and the time mentioned before that they will restore. Just to mentioned that service is no available since last Saturday and even after all these emails and calls still no luck .

Horrible experience and customer…

Horrible experience and customer service that doesn’t answer messages/calls nor solve problems. I bought an eSIM to travel in Italy and it simply doesn’t work despite registration and confirmation of activation via SMS. There are better options in the market. STAY AWAY

Do not give this company your money!

Do not give this company your money!They failed to provide a eSIM and after contested them they advised a refund would be processed after a month I contact them again and then was told I would not be given a refund. After a lot of back and forth I was advise a refund would be processed. A month later nothing and they refuse to respond to emails.Extremely poor customer care and daylight robbery.

I called support

I called support. The guy who answered said he didn't understand what I was saying. I gave him the sim card ID, phone number. He said that the phone numbers were invalid and that he did not understand my English. I speak very good English with an accent. I probably don't speak Indian English and that's why he didn't understand.Very disappointed with their services.

Very Poor Customer Service and Unresolved Refund Issue

I had a terrible experience with this company’s customer service regarding an ESIM purchase. Two months ago, I ordered an ESIM that wasn’t registered. When I called customer service, they told me the purchase had failed due to a system error, and I needed to place a new order, with the assurance that I’d be refunded for the first one.However, the next day, both ESIMs were activated! I’ve been in touch with customer service multiple times, and they promised to refund the purchase and monthly fees, but to date, nothing has been refunded. Instead, they continue to deduct fees.This is completely unacceptable, and I feel like I’ve been ignored despite multiple emails and calls. I’m very disappointed in how this issue was handled, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

Very poor CX

I bought I Lycamobile esim yesterday. This morning I used the chat to contact their customer service.I tried to register the esim to be able to use it. Unfortunately, the system would not accept my passport. On my iPad the image was completely distorted and the iPhone kept saying “something’s gone wrong. Please try again.” No matter how many times I tried it would not work.I was asked by the agent to submit a proof of the error and a copy of a valid passport by email. Fast forward a few hours, no feedback. I reached out again and I was told to keep trying to register every hour!!! I don’t think I have ever heard a more absurd piece of advice! The response to my email can come within 24 hours! When I will no longer need the esim as I will be leaving Italy. Cost — 9.99 euros. Time — a couple of hours lost.

DO NOT PURCHASE

DO NOT PURCHASE. Two Australian tourists brought 100gb 30 day sims, as soon as we arrived at Heathrow airport. worked amazing for about 14 days then completely shuts off, both of us experienced this only a couple days apart. Their customer service numbers, email and live chats are not even reachable after multiple attempts. As two girls travelling overseas without a useful phone is extremely unsafe. Super disappointed.
