I ordered a washing machine a week ago and was given a specific delivery date. I waited in all day, only for it to never arrive. When I called to find out where it was, I was told it was actually out of stock—no email, no notification, nothing. Customer service was a disaster. I spoke to Ben, who was dismissive, unsupportive, and made me feel completely ignored. I eventually asked for a refund out of frustration. When I called back 5 minutes later, another advisor told me she couldn't help because a refund was "already in progress," yet I still haven't received a confirmation email for that either. Truly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Avoid buying directly from their website.
I placed and paid for an order that was supposed to be available in mid-September. When I followed up at the end of December, I learned that my order had not been processed. I was promised expedited delivery by January 8th, but now it's January 11th and I still haven't received my item.
The delivery time was initially set for 5 days as the item had to come from a specific source. I decided to order directly and was ready to pay an additional fee. Delivery was confirmed for day 2, but by the end of that day, there was no update or tracking information. After reaching out, I learned the delivery was pushed to day 6. I expressed my disappointment since the website indicated a 1-3 day delivery timeframe, but the customer service was unsympathetic. Next time, I will choose to shop at the retailer!
The customer service experience has been truly unacceptable. After paying a significant amount for a service, I was informed that the payment had not gone through due to a system error. Despite being told it was their fault, I received a debt collection notice with additional charges. After numerous calls, I was told I still owed the original amount, which I paid, but was promised the extra charge would be resolved.
