Review Time
This is the second vacuum I've had to purchase and return due to issues. The first one had a stuck part, and getting customer service to address it was a hassle. The second vacuum's attachment failed after just a couple of uses, and reaching customer service took days of waiting on hold. When I finally got through, I was told I needed to contact a service center far from my home, which was not equipped to help. This has made the warranty practically useless, and the repeated failures and poor service have left me very disappointed.
I have been waiting since October for my coffee machine to be repaired. The engineers seem to lack knowledge, and appointments have been canceled due to parts being unavailable. I'm very disappointed and now have to wait until January for another appointment.
The system requires me to give at least one star, but even one star is far too generous for this company.My wife ordered a tumble dryer and a washing machine online on 13 November, with delivery scheduled for 8 December. On that day, only the tumble dryer was delivered. The washing machine did not arrive.Because the dryer could not be installed without the washing machine, it was left in our hallway, blocking access for our family. We had no choice but to wait for the washing machine to be delivered.Throughout this entire process, customer service has been one-sided. You have to chase them constantly, and they never proactively update you. Phone calls are extremely difficult to get through, and emails are simply not answered at all. The whole experience has been extremely stressful.Eventually, they confirmed that the washing machine would be delivered today. I stayed at home all day waiting. No delivery vehicle arrived, no one rang the doorbell, and no one knocked on the door. Despite this, the delivery status was suddenly changed to “cancelled – no one home” and rescheduled to 29 December.This is completely unacceptable and impossible for us to accept. No delivery attempt was made.At this point, we no longer want the product. We want a refund and we just want this nightmare to end as soon as possible.
There is no such thing as customer service for Meile. Technician order me a cleaning cartridge and intense clean powder. They have charged me for these thing but I have not received them. Have been trying for over a week to talk with someone on the form and submitted several online request. On hold for HOURS AND HOURS over the past week and no responce to emails.
Bought a Miele washing machine and tumbledryer. Getting the accessories has just been a nightmare. Regret ever buying the machines and would not recommend buying Miele appliances to anyone. We have the machines just over a year and we only managed to get an order from Miele once. They took money for the last attempted delivery - months later no sign of it. We had to buy it again and a month later they have no re-ordered it 3 times.
We purchase Miele wash-machine , we are not rich so we do not buying cheep product. Miele is know as the best. We were very happy with wash-machine, unfortunately stop working in 13 years. When we call Miele we were quite surprised. Firstly we were told they need to check IF? Service is available in our area? ..and than we have to wait 8 days? (it looks like Miele is quite busy with the repairs these days?)Mile's on line info:OUR MIELE TECHNICIANS AND SELECTED SERVICE AGENTS ARE REPRESENTED THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY AND CAN BE AT YOUR HOME WITHIN A VERY SHORT TIME.So it wasn't what we expected, but no other choice? So we agreed. Then it seemed to me that the interest in the conversation with me had surprisingly changed. I was informed in detail about the ALL cost of Miele service! This part of conversation was detailed and really on Miele top high level.After 8 days, we received a message that the technician would not arrive. No apology just message we call you back back.We are very unhappy this is not acceptable, not from very top line appliances company. So, be ashamed, Miele.After receiving Miele replay we got a call and promise repair technician call back HE DID NOT so we call again Miele and were told or service was canceled and NO explanation for that, we were told all process must start again. JUST UNBELIEVABLE ??BRAVO MIELE !!!!!!!
I booked for a repair to my washing machine. I had to wait over two weeks for an engineer. The day arrived but not the engineer. No answer when I tried to ring the service department. In the end I used the chat option to discover Miele had my card details and booking but no date had been entered for the visit. For a company with a good reputation for its products, this department is a huge let down.
I ordered a new washing machine to replace my old one after paying more than 400 pounds in repairs in May. I phone them after I ordered online and they called me saying I needed another model so they place my order again. For the first order it took more than a month to get the money back and I had to call the customer service on a daily basis and they were telling me they were passing my request to the finance department. After I got the money back I get an email from them saying I owe them 180 pounds from May…! I was shocked as I obviously paid already everything back then and it was actually way more than 180 pounds. The installation was another nightmare so I book stacked installation and the first guys couldn’t do it because they couldn’t lift the dryer ( what were they expecting with stacked installation??) second company provided by Miele came and couldn’t do it for the same reason and notice the stacking wasn’t done properly. I am obviously aware it is not done properly as the dryer clearly pops out of the enclosure. Called Miele again and they say the second installer who is the best will get in touch to do a double appliance stacked installation. 2 weeks passed and still no news and if I call the installer company they tell me to call Miele. I never been though something like this in my life and I am honestly quite worry as I got children and pets running around with this dryer popping out and the stacking not done properly. I am getting insane over this. Dear friends please go for Bosh, AEG.. anything but MIELE! The worse customer service on earth and keep me in this unsafe situation as well they do t care
I’ve purchased a Miele cordless pro vacuum cleaner from John Lewis but within the 2 years I’ve had it, the suction on the vacuum wasn’t the same. When u have carpet n wooden floor the brush doesn’t have the suction it loses it power so It when repair four times within the two years I’ve had it.. in August 2025 n Nov 2025. DPD courier picked up my vacuum gave them the WHOLE vacuum then I get the repair company saying I’ve only packed the big brush. (Why would I just send a brush).. I get a delivery from DPD today n they sent my brush NO VACUUM. What the hell is going on, I want my vacuum back., I’m waiting for a manager to call me back. I want my vacuum back this is absolutely ridiculous. Would I ever get a Miele again NEVER.. I thought coz u pay for what u get but seriously £800 on vacuum. Someone has my vacuum n I want it back.
