I have a commercial NordicTrack treadmill. The consul iFit tablet stopped working. The whole consul needs to be replaced. It is under warranty. I called NordicTrack. They said that the part is not in their warehouse. They do not know when it will be in the warehouse. I will just have to call and check on it, this is very disappointing when you pay this much for treadmill and expect to have good customer service you cannot talk to anybody beyond the person who answers the phone when you call back to check on it and you give your case number that is also useless information because you have to start from the beginning again with your model number serial number and go through the whole ordeal again to only find out that they do not know when the part will be in the warehouse. Their warehouse apparently has issues also they do not know when it’s going to be there and cannot give you any idea. There is no management or supervisor that she can speak with , also, this treadmill is less than three years old. I use it to train. I have sweated on it as it’s meant to be used and sweat it on there is rust on the speakers there’s rust on the side panels and yet this is after I also clean it off after each used two prior to this treadmill I had a pro-form and I thought that I would upgrade to a Nordic track. The pro-form was still in working condition when I got rid of it that was a big mistake , I will never ever buy a Nordic track again. Do not purchase a Nordic track bad customer service poorly made product.
I bought the commercial X32 treadmill back in November 2021. By July 2022 the display started having an issue. The machine was still under full warranty. They send out a new wiring kit, which didn’t fix the issue. They have replaced the display 4 times and the machine still isn’t fixed. I talked with them today and they are sending out a 5th display but now the labor warranty is expired and they say I have to pay for a tech to come out even though this whole issue started when the machine was under full warranty. I have not been able to use my machine for 9 months.
My S21i bike has been nothing but trouble. I have had techs out multiple times and the bike still doesn't work properly. The last tech replaced my monitor again and this time, took my fan with them. Nordictrack told me it took me too long to notice this and so the cost of replacing the fan is entirely on me.
Terrible service. Yes, their equipment is nice, but once it breaks down, good luck getting help. I have had my treadmill for less than 3 years. The console stopped working so the belt doesn't move anymore. Part was ordered. Four days go by without a tracking number that the part has been sent. Called customer service and the console is on backorder for a month! Customer service never mentioned this until I called and ASKED. Also, when your paying for a monthly program and you cannot even use your equipment for over a month is frustrating.
I bought the proform 22 bike. First bike was faulty and it took 6 weeks for a replacement and to get that I had to make many many calls and send numerous emails, it was at the point of requesting a full refund that I was dealt with properly, even then it was another 2 weeks before I got the relacement. The replacement works well and leads me to question why my first bike was so faulty? The second bike was obviously for the american market (from the paperwork) which leads me to wonder if the UK bikes are more problematic?. The software is temperamental and I have had to do factory resets by sticking a pin in the hole on the left a number of times. That does eventually work but if you have same problem persevere. Overall I am now happy and the bike and IFIT are good.
Do not buy from them...We researched for months before buying a treadmill - wanting to buy something that would last a long time since both my husband and I regularly run (we both train for triathlon). We loved the 1750 commercial treadmill, but it didn't last longer than 2 years. Unfortunately, it was ONE MONTH outside of the 24 month warranty, and NordicTrack will not help us after attempting to contact them multiple times. We've tried replacing the control board and so many other things. The treadmill will just stop in the middle of a run. It's so dangerous. Completely useless after less than 850 miles of use. I was pregnant and postpartum for the majority of the time, so it was just my husband using it.
I have never been more disappointed and frustrated than I have with this company. I run 4 to 5 days a week. My treadmill console stopped working on 12/22/22. It took me two weeks to finally get ahold of a human to get a replacement ordered. 45 days later the replacement came. I was told it would be 2 weeks. When replacing the console the new console connector did not match my connector so i had to once again spend another week trying to get this resolved. My second replacement was ordered 2/22/23. It still hasn’t come. I have sent several emails with no responses. How are you claiming to be the leader in anything when you obviously only care about your new purchases. If anyone knows how I can resolve this I am all ears
