Do not buy. I’ve had my S22i bike for about 15 months and it broke. Nordictrack’s warranty is only for a year and they won’t cover anything for the estimated 700$ repair. To make matters even worse, I can’t get reimbursed for my IFIT subscription that I prepared for to January 2025 since I can’t use it anymore. Run away from this brand.
Had 3 months left on warranty, have been asking for covered since incline stopped working. Only used during winter still like new. They respond ask for pictures, videos, then ghost you. I fell for this process 3x now each time they promise to help. I complete everything they ask. Now that my warranty is expired they ask if I want to extend for a fee??? Right pay more to get more of nothingNever buy from Norditrack ever again. What a joke of a company who won't stand behind their product
I recently purchased the exp14i. It really seems like a money grab to force you to buy the Ifit membership which I didn’t want. The custom workout options are almost none. You are unable to setup your own workouts as in you cannot tell the treadmill you want to run a certain distance or run for a certain duration before starting the workout. Which basic treadmills will let you do. The Ifit programs themself are basic and are not advanced enough for a high end runner. It’s nearly impossible to sync your phone/Apple Watch to the machine and you have to pay for the app to do so. I tried to return the Nordic track after only owning it for 24 hours just to be told the return fees would be close to $600 dollars. I would steer clear of this membership based piece of garbage.
Bought the Vault complete over a year ago and did one workout and it kept pausing. So for a 20 minute workout it took 40 minutes. Then I got pregnant so I put a pause on working out. Once I was cleared to workout again kept doing the same thing. Then one day it needed a software update so I updated it, and was never able to turn back on. This doesn't even deserve one star
I bought a treadmill from this company, because maintenance and repairs on such a big piece of equipment is such a concern I got the warranties for extended maintenance and parts and labor. I have had two issues with the fans. They refuse to send anyone out to fix it, they send the parts and make you fix it yourself. The last part they sent to me were just two fans in a box with a recipe and without instructions. There are no videos to replace this part specifically, they just expect you to figure it out, I guess. I emailed them in Dec and they are just (end of March) responding to those emails now. I have called as well and they refused to assist in any other way.I will never purchase from them again, if I was not invested in the ifit app I would sell it and buy peloton. Don't waste your money unless you are prepared to fix these things yourself (which is not possible for me).This may be the worst customer service experience I have ever had and they do not care.
Worse customer service. Spent thousands of dollars on this treadmill. They keep sending out the wrong parts. The treadmill just stops working. You wont get it fixed either. Been waiting over 6 months to use it. Dont waste your money on this company.
Worst experience ever! Nit only the machines making horrible sounds, I just found out that I have been charged $42.36 every month without knowing that I had subscription. I tried to explain to them that I never knew and never used the membership anyhow. They just talked about their company policy and no refund no matter what. Very frustrated. Please be careful with your credit card if they are charging anything extra.
If I could give this company zero or negative stars I would. Read the reviews out there and buy another brand. I didn't even love the treadmill BEFORE it broke three months into us owning it. Customer service is poor, and to need a completely new control board after sporadic use over three months is complete BS and not an unusual issue for this brand. LOOK ELSEWHERE. I have a really expensive piece of garbage in my house and don't wish the same on anyone.
They get zero stars. NordicTrack has done the impossible, they have surpassed (IMHO) Comcast as the company with the worst customer service. They have zero customer service. You simply cannot get a human being. I purchased a Commercial 35 and it's missing a piece. I have created several service episodes, been given a "case #" and receive robotic email telling me someone will reach out to me soon. No response. I will never see this fixed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
I have submitted dozens of emails, tried multiple websites, written to BBB, called many people and I can’t get ANY help with broken treadmill. Even when I finally got a reply in two instances, one was to sell me more and the other person never replied again when I gave them the info they asked for. Their maintenance/warranty and customer service are a total lie. Wouldn’t be shocked to see a class action lawsuit
