Excellent customer service by Lisa at Nuna - we lost the adapter to connect our bassinet to the Nuna Triv buggy and with a new baby coming in a week we were desperate to replace it. We called Nuna and they were happy to send us one as a gesture of goodwill, even though we would have paid for it happily - they were quick to answer the phone (no long queues with endless music!), send a follow up email and sort us out. Above and beyond my expectations!
I wrote to Nuna to buy some replacement parts for my Nuna Pipa Next. Lisa wrote back to me promptly and arranged for the parts to be sent free of charge as a goodwill gesture. It was such amazing customer service and I am really impressed with Nuna!
Amazing Service!We’ve got a Nuna Mixx Stroller and we just bought a new Nuna Pip Urbn Car Seat. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the right adaptors and impossible to find it on any websites. I reach out the customer support and after sending photos, references and invoices, they kindly sent me the right adaptors as spare parts. Thank you so so much. We love the Nuna products and we are more than happy to see such a good will gesture. Thanks again to Ella!
Nuna have been absolutely amazing there bundle set I brought from John Lewis but they were still happy to help us as there was no adapter for car sets to go on the pram. I ordered the wrong one twice and returned got refunded on both products with no issue. To find out the item I need cannot be ordered they have sent it to me as good will!! My baby girl loves her pram and car seat and I would definitely recommend this make and model. Thank you for being so helpful and qwick responses.
Purchased the nuna Demi grow back in 2020 when I had my son with the intention of using it as a double pram when we had our next baby. That time has come and when we have gone to purchase the sibling seat, they advised that there will be no stock until August… AUGUST. I am writing this in April.. and have been looking since feb/march. what shall I do now.. carry my son on my shoulders? Whilst I did love the pram, this is very inconvenient for anyone needing the sibling seat! We can’t choose when we’re going to have another baby.. Ha! When I contacted customer service to see if this was correct from all retailers, they did in fact confirm this with sarcasm and an absolute lack of empathy when I explained my son is autistic and vital we needed one for him for his safety. Trust me, I’d love it if he was able to walk safely and independently! We will now be looking at alternative double prams and throwing out our Nuna. Unfortunately would not recommend going forward.
Nuna is a brilliant company. The products are high quality, easy to use and durable. But a real-stand out is their customer service. I had an issue with buying a pram from a 3rd party supplier and it not coming with a set of adapters, and Nuna were so helpful in providing a solution. Also a shout-out to Ella in their CS team who went above and beyond for me. Highly recommended.
I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and assistance I received when trying to inquire about purchasing your stroller and car seat products. Despite reaching out through various ways, including direct messages on Instagram and email, I faced significant challenges in receiving the assistance needed.Upon learning that the retail stores mentioned on the website were temporarily closed, I sought assistance through the website and by email. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response until I left a comment on the Instagram page. It was only then that I heard back from the service manager, who directed me to the website.I want to highlight that I had already informed the company by email that the stores listed on the website were closed. Despite this, the service manager claimed not to know of any alternative stores. As a customer, I expected better assistance, especially from a service manager. If the stores are closed, that should be updated in the website to inform customers and provide the latest information on the website since the website indicates it has been last updated in 2019. This experience has left me very disappointed, as I had hoped for much better assistance and support. I believe that a company's customer service is a crucial aspect of its reputation, and my interaction with Nuna Company has been far from satisfactory.My negative experience makes me not recommend Nuna Company to others until improvements are made in their customer service.
Have a few Nuna products, started with our newborn in a Nuna Arra Next car seat which we thought was fab. When he outgrew it we moved on to the Nuna Todl Next, which again we think is a brilliant car seat. When we came to need a travel cot we went for the Nuna Senna Aire, which has been one of our best purchases to date - love it! Don’t have any bad words to say about this brand. Recently had to contact customer services with a query about our car seat, cannot believe how good the level of service was. Absolutely brilliant. Has made me want to buy a Nuna Mixx pushchair now 🤣
Very poor Nuna EU customer service. I have sent them a product request on 05Jan via official request form on their website and I did get automatic e-mail responce from Nuna in case I have any other questions to contact them via e-mail. No one answered my request in the first place so I've sent an e-mail after 15 days to ask whats going on. No answer so far and that was 10 days ago. I am deeply dissapointed how they treat their customers. I have so many Nuna products and I always loved design and quality of Nuna but the customer service is very poor and unprofessional.*Edit: Thank you Nuna UK for really fast feedback (within 2 h) which actually led to imediate responce from Nuna EU. A mistake can happen to anyone and this is a great example how you can learn and grow just by keeping up with your customers and their reviews.Good job Nuna!
I purchased the Nuna TRES LX car seat during my pregnancy but could not find an isofix or car seat base compatible with it because it already has an integrated base. I tried to return this because this style has now been discontinued but the very rude customer support that I received informed me that I cannot return it because the product range has been discontinued. So now I am stuck with a car seat that cannot be fitted with any car seat base when I desperately need to rotate it for my baby. I have shared this negative experience with some very high influential creators online and sure to say I hope people don't make the mistake I made and purchase from Nuna as they are super unhelpful when it comes to getting any kind of replacement or help whatsoever. Furthermore I am not sure as to why they produced a product and then decided to just discontinue it when I had purchased it so recently prior to them doing so.
