Review Time
Sent back smart watch for repair as is still in warranty. They don't repair these and cannot replace as they've now discontinued the watch. Offered a ser of buds (I already have) or a partial voucher to spend at their shop. After explaining the consumer goods act, I've now been met with a wall of silence. I've sent numerous emails for a response, and nothing. Repair company still have my watch and I'm without a replacement so effectively out of £149 for nothing to show. As a customer for at least 8years, I'm disappointed with the abysmal customer service and my experience for the first time I've ever reached out with an issue.
Bought Finlands first oneplus open. Screens gets stucked randomly that volume bar stucks to screen. Have been tense email change with customer "support". Failure comes extremely randomly, provided all asked info. Now I should have also video of failure, even thou SS I managed to take. No wish to solve problem, just trying to delay answers as long as possible. Apparently service and customer support is unknown to oneplus. Had several top of the line models already and only 9 pro survived 2 yrs without warranty.
I would highly recommend AVOIDING this companies products, especially their mobile phones. Recently bought a new one plus 11 5g. Due to a drop,my screen became unresponsive. No phone repair shop will deal with one plus, why? Don't know ! so I went about getting one plus themselves to repair it. Needed to provide them with imei number, obviously due to phone not working,I couldn't get the number ( most other phone companies print that number on the sim cartridge) there's is NO IMEI number printed on the phone either.One plus simply said they can't help me,simply didn't care. So a brand new 1,000 euro phone is now useless.The phone repair shops work ith every other brand but NOT one plus, so buyer beware .....you will have no support
I purchased a phone from OnePlus online (I have bought their phones each year since 2016). Within 2 days the phone started to glitch and would not open app's/camera etc. I called them to ask to have it repaired. They explained to me that there was a faulty batch and the best they could offer would be either a refund or a replacement (which would take 10 days) so I opted for the refund. I sent it back to them recorded delivery and received an email from them on 9 Nov telling me my refund would be sent in 5-6 working days. I waited 8 working days to then contact and ask about the refund, I was passed to numerous departments and was eventually told on 25 Nov that my refund request was being escalated and to wait another 5 working days. They then asked me for photos of the phone when I posted it. I explained that I cannot go back in time to take said pictures but can provide a Post office receipt and the original email telling me that all was in order. Since then I have called and emailed on numerous occasions and have been told my refund would be with me no later than 1 Dec. I called today to make them aware that I STILL have not gotten the refund and that this has now been one whole month that they have had my money. I was told that they would leave a 'personal note' on my file for someone to get back to me. I am genuinely at the end of my tether. It is £599, That's 3 months worth of energy bills that I just cannot afford to be without. Absolutely appalled by their customer service and will NEVER purchase from them again.As soon as I get to the 8 week mandatory timeline to complain to Ofcom, I will be filing a report with them!
OnePlus 11 phone arrived on October 12th. On Oct 30th, a green line appeared, the display started to flicker and disappear, making the phone unusable. I've called customer support 4 times trying to reach a supervisor because I am beyond the 15 days and was told by Andrew, Andy, Lydia and Sarah nothing could be done. I was promised by each that a supervisor would call me but that never happened. Worst customer service experience. I basically have a very expensive paper weight.
I ordered one plus Nord 3 on 28th of october.delivery on 6th of November.but as time got closer I could not track my phone.so I contacted one plus customer support.furst few emails were them trying to convince me I wasn't doing something right.then they requested full shipping address which I provided but they already had.this went on and on.eventually a full week after I started emailing them they eventually said it was not even shipped because my address was an issue.oh and in that week I was also informed that I didn't know my own address as there was no street listed or house number and basically I didn't know where o lived.so now armed with information that it wasn't even shipped I demanded to know when it would be shipped.and that I'd the last o have heard from them and that was three days ago.i have asked repeatedly when will it be delivered to a absolutely no reply and now have emailed cancelling order and demanding refund to Also no reply.so will be firstly getting my credit card company to deal with them the consumer watchdog.itsl the fact that it took an entire week of lies before they even mentioned anything about address being the issue and now absolute since since I mentioned refund.not my first experience with purchasing from them but will certainly be my last.
