New update to my 5S broke all my apps and no help on the chat.The Chat with a "service" person didn't read my messages and never answered my questions. Keept dodging my questions.Now i can't use my phone at all with no help to find or get...Really dont buy anything from redmagic.gg

No delivery and nearly no response on emails

Ordered three phones at once and I had nothing received. I got an auto-mail because my order, which was created more than two weeks ago, is now completed... Later I got an email that there was an error with the shipping and they will resend the three phones... But again, the tracking status didn't change - There was no shipment at all.Over more than two weeks I sent them five emails, also regarding a EU tax conform invoice. They answered only on the very first email..., which mean there was also no response regarding the shipping status (or the missing shipping).Now I'm opening a conflict ticket on PayPal.

Really good phone company!

Recently bought my phone from RedMagic, the RedMagic 5G, and it's really good, gaming is extremely good and using some emulators it can replace a gaming pc.

I purchased 2 red magic 3s on both…

I purchased 2 red magic 3s on both phones the proximity sensor is broken, both phone freeze pretty often. I tried to resolved this with Red magic so celled customer service - let just say i got nowhere. Lucky i paid with credit card so im in process of claim.

The value for money is great

The value for money is great, the phone is a beast in terms of hardware. Initially the software was a problem, however two updates have arrived and at this moment it is great. It has a great positive point and is the integration with Google, Google keyboard, news and a clean launcher without bringing unnecessary applications installed. From me everything great and I highly recommend it.

The unknown phone that won my heart

Have my red magic 5G since launch and love every bit of it. I got the US version and everything worked fine. Nubia seems to be on there A game with updates every month tweaking and fixing any issues people are having. I'm very happy to take the chance on this phone and leave Samsung and those overpriced phones with less features.

Don't buy anything from them!!!

I have the RedMagic 5g mobile phone, bought it just around 3 months ago. SO yesterday my phone decided it will stop charging, had it plugged in over the night with the original charger and cable and in the morning I had less battery than when I've put it to charge a night before. So it stopped charging and now is dead. If you have any problems, don't even bother to try and contact them, they're usless and they'll be ignoring you. It's not the first time when something goes wrong when buying things from them, I just really wanted one of their phones and until now that costed me just above £900 . My advice to you guys, don't risk it unless you're loaded and you really have nothing to do with your money.

RED MAGIC HOT ROD EUROPE

Ordered on Saturday morning, today (wednesday) and not even shipped. They promised for standard shipping that the processing was 2 days. Shame on them they should upgrade my shipping to priority for their delay.
