THEY WONT REFUND ME EVEN THO THEY SAY THEY WILL I JUST HAVE TO WAIT 3 TO 15 BUISSNESSS DAYS...ANS WHEN THEY HAVD PASSED I ASK WHERE IS MY REFUND ON 1000+ EURO THEY REPLY THE POSTAL SERVICE SAYS PARCEL HAS BEEN DELIVERED YES!! WITHV A MISSING PHONE AND A MISSSING CHARGER. THIS IS BACK IN 2024 NOVEMBER!!!!!!! IM GOING TO COURT IM GOING TO SUE. I HAVE FULL VIDEO PROOF OF OPENING THE PACKAGE!!! THEY ARE GONA PAY MORE THAN 1000+ EURO I WANT 100.000 EURO FOR THEM PHUCKING MY CHRISTMAS UP MY NEW YEAR AND LIEING AND KEEPING ME WAITING LIKE A IDIOT !!!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Broken Promises and No Shipment

I placed an order with REDMAGIC on July 28, 2025, as part of their Early Bird campaign. Since then, I have received multiple promises from customer support stating that the product would be shipped — first within 5 business days, then within 1–3 business days.As of today (August 12, 2025), I have received neither a tracking number nor confirmation of shipment.Worse yet, every response from support has been a copy-paste template with vague reassurances and no actual follow-up or resolution.I’ve waited over two weeks, sent multiple emails, and even received conflicting information (such as a shipping date of August 30th, then back to 1–3 days). This is completely unacceptable from a brand that markets itself as premium and gamer-focused.What REDMAGIC needs to improve:Provide real, timely updates — not just scripted responsesRespect shipping deadlines they commit toDeliver promised gifts and campaign benefits (such as Early Bird bonuses)Empower customer service teams to give actual solutions will be sharing this experience publicly to help other buyers make an informed decision.

No refund for returned phone

Returned the phone more than a month.Contacted them many time still no refund

Their refund policy is illegal

Their refund policy goes against German law which is in use when buying from Germany. They won't take back headphones a few days after arrival. According to German law I don't even need a reason to send it back in the first 14 days, but they demand one. I told them that the app is not good also the battery life is pretty bad. They refuse to take them back even than I pay the shipping fee. Won't buy anything from Redmagic again. Stay away.

Avoid!!!!

Avoid buying from them. Their customer service team does not even speak english and they are using pre-written scripts or just simply ignore you and you won't hear back from them.They are not helping you with any issue you have.Sadly as they are a Chinese company there's not much we can do against this thief, liar company.If you really want a redmagic device, chose a 3rd party seller.

Bought the red magic 10 pro so far it's been an amazing phone. Nice display super fast charging. design looks great.

There devices would actually be…

There devices would actually be perfection if only for one thing. I am not sure why they throttle or decrease the antenna power for there devices. There thing is gaming devices and for a good gaming device you need a very fast connection. I know putting the antenna setting on high can drain the battery and create heat. The thing is they should let the customer choose the setting they want. Just like they have diablo setting in red magic 9 and 10. Let the customer choose and give them a warning before they activate. Throttling the antenna power for a device makes it pretty much useless.

I am shock with the amount of negative reviews feedbacks from people no wonder their on website doesn't want to show any of their products they are selling nor their prices ?Why is that they don't want to disclose, looks and sounds fishy. Unprofessional ?

Terrible costumer service, missing package

I ordered a RedMagic 10 Pro before Christmas and hasn't been delivered. I never received the smartphone, on the tracking is just a photo with a box in front of a door, I've sent numerous emails to RedMagic customer service and I always get the same reply, that is under investigation, it's been more than 3 weeks, I haven't received my phone and no refund either, if something goes wrong be prepared to get support equal to 0. Please stay away from them if you don't want to lose your money.

Outrageous £25 shipping charge

Outrageous £25 shipping charge! From UK warehouse to UK! For a 30g stylus pen that was £70 to start with. No way were they going to waive it.I reluctantly paid the charge as my son had specifically asked for it as an Xmas present. However, there's no way I'd ever do business with these sharks again. From reading the other reviews on here, it seems I'm not alone. This company is one to avoid, no matter how seductive their products might look.
