Whatever you do don't waste your money in those phones, I bought a RedMagic 10S Pro and sux.Battery drain way to fast and I don't use it in gaming almost not at all. Maybe 30 minutes maximum per day. When charging it heats up, burns literally can't hold it in hand. I feel like this phone was used before because it's not giving a new quality phone.Performance is fine but definitely not worth the money! tbh I want my money back!
I ordered a Red Magic Astra tablet on July 15th (order number RMGEU70454).Due to a small mistake in the shipping address (missing postal code), the package could not be delivered and was returned to sender around July 20th (tracking number: 00340434799845002606).Since then, I have contacted Red Magic support almost daily. Each time I receive the same response: "Your case has been escalated, please wait."It has been more than two weeks, and still no real update, solution, or action.I paid for the product in full and do not want a refund — I want the product I ordered to be resent to the correct address.If I do not receive a clear response within 48 hours, I will open a dispute through my payment provider and make this case public.Extremely disappointed with the level of service.
Stop buying they're products. The phones are faulty and they're support will not help you. I waste 3 weeks explain to them my Bluetooth is not working. And I got 15 email's with apologies we do our best. Yea they doing they best to avoid customers. The phone's are faulty and they know that. They don't take return or replace the phone. Scammers.
I sent my RedMagic 8 Pro to their official repair center under case number ZTE0003067 in early June 2025.After weeks of silence, unclear communication, and conflicting responses, they finally admitted the device was out of warranty and said they would return it unrepaired.That was days ago.Still no shipment, no tracking number, and no clear deadline.I informed them I am traveling on July 15th, yet no urgency from their side.I will escalate this legally if my phone is not returned in time.Totally unacceptable service for a premium gaming brand.
I bought a Phone last month on the 29th of May. The phone returned to the sender due wrong delivery address.Since then I kept asking for an update and I keep receiving the same useless and annoying message that they understand my frustration but no one take any actions.Extremely bad Customer Service and extremely bad management.
Brilliant bit of kit for the money. The 9s Pro which I sold recently, was very smart and well designed. The camera performance was certainly good enough for my needs and I would say very good indeed. The gaming area allows tweaks to performance etc.Overall phone performance again was very good.The main criticism is the fact that Redmagic do not seem to update the software very often if at all. If you are using the phone for banking etc., then I would expect at least the security patches to be updated. I'd had zero updates since the phone was new so I decided to sell. I'd definitely have another one if Redmagic decide to keep the software updated for at least a couple of years.
I want to warn everyone—don’t buy RedMagic phones. I had a terrible experience with their support. I reached out multiple times for warranty help on my RedMagic 8 Pro (with all the proof—IMEI, registered warranty, etc.), and they just ignored me. No solution. It’s sad to see a company with such good hardware care so little about customers. Save yourself the stress and choose a brand that respects buyers.
I bought a REDMAGIC 10 phone on the official website with the protective shell and screen.The reception was very fast and the phone is of good quality. On the other hand, after 4 days of use, all it took was a small shock from the front (let go a bit roughly on the screen side) to break the protective shell and the device's screen.I went back to the sales department, who told me there was nothing they could do for me, that the screen protector wasn't designed to protect the screen, but simply to prevent scratches. In short, it's a quality phone as long as it's safe.The glass is quite expensive for a layer of plastic, and so is the protective shell with cooling system. (The most expensive).So I'm getting away with a 300 euro repair, excluding tax, to change the screen, i.e. half the price of the screen.
