Rip off. The TV is designed to lock you into subscription. Only apps that you can view are those Sky choses. Ryan Air of tv services, eventually there will be a subscription for turning TV on. Ultra HD does not work as wifi receiver not up to fast connection needed. Sound quality not there. Avoid
Watching at pub the England vs All blacks Rugby game and is not watchable due to very poor transmission - waste of money these excessive subscriptions the pub pay for this. Owner is accutely embarrassed - thank goodness he can disappear and make half time breakfast for us.
72 year old ill OAP. Told that despite having Sky HD Box, threatened on two occasions that I would lose my service in August unless I upgraded to a Q box.Gave in, lost all my programmes, including those of great sentiment to find that Sky operators had lied to me. Tried to complain via CISAS but Sky make it impossible to raise a complaint. Engineer couldn’t go on roof to replace the dish so now have one on a pole in the garden as well as the old one and to cap it all, new box was faulty and had to be replaced 3 weeks later. They just wear you down until you do as they say.
With them 6 years n every couple of months within them years, I was forever on phone to them stressed out with the sudden price rise even tho I'd been given a 24 month contract with no price rise during the contract. They are horrible people to deal with.They lie a lot. Send out a letter with an offer deal n when you call them to agree with this deal, they deny it until u send evidence of this offer. They put u on it n following months you've jumped from deal offer which was agreed on contract £43 to 100 n odd pound first month followed by 70 odd pound for how ever long till they decide they won up the monthly price again.Just lies lies lies just to get you on their contract so your not able to leave them till end of contract. N if one of your services ends like your sky internet for example but still got another 8 months left on sky movies n entertainment, you r unable to watch any of those channels unless you take up one of there deals on internet which can range from anything from £35 to 50 odd pounds bringing your monthly payments to well over a hundred pound. N for cheeky of it make you pay more on first month of that contract even tho you had it less than 15 days they won make excuses abt it being from last month to this month even tho your old contract ended in the same month you charge you extra.Yep nope after 6 years of this, I left these cowboys. N that stress I went through with them was gone. Was nice going work n not being stressed by a very often bad news from sky.They r big time scammers n I honestly don't know why any1 still with them when you can clearly see they are not nice people. Just all abt taking your money n tricking you into a contract they had no intentions of keeping on there side. Over 3000 reviews n most rated 1 star.What does that tell you.
I want to begin by expressing my frustration with the incredibly poor customer service I have received. I have been in contact with Sky customer service since last October. After accepting an offer for Sky Glass from a sales advisor, I was shocked to receive a bill with termination charges just a month later, as if I had already left the company. Despite numerous calls, I was continuously pursued for this money until I finally received an apology admitting that it was Sky's mistake. Since then, I have been trying to access Netflix, which is included in my package, but have been repeatedly told that my account is suspended, even though Sky confirmed that it wasn't and acknowledged their error. I have been bounced around from one person to another, promised call backs, and yet no one seems to be addressing my complaint. The final straw was spending 25 minutes on the phone with Jack from customer service tonight, only to be abruptly cut off without the promised call back. ref number i was sent after the call 3407042021 I honestly can not spend another minuet dealing with this. sky has taken my money, not given me the service im paying for, accused me of owing them money and palmed me off continuously. THIS NEED TO BE DEALT WITH AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL NOW.....
This internet provider has the most awful customer service. The internet service is slow slow slow. The connection is on off so much I fall back on my mobile data. They promised this or that but it never happens. They can't provide an adequate service but will not let you terminate the contract without massive costs..so it's wait until the contract ends which is dire
