What a horrible company

What a horrible company ! Agreed a sale with Harry Cooke and put deposit down , said he would give us a reg number so the new car could be taxed , never bothered and then called to apologise AFTER the agreed delivery date, said he would give us a new date but never called , we cancelled the new car and emailed him requesting return of our deposit , which has been totally ignored so had to dispute with the bank for no receipt of goods.Sham company who secure a new car sale , totally ignoring you afterwards and expecting you to run after them … not this customer , go to a proper company for your new car not these clowns

Toyota Aylesbury. Deposit put on car. Spoke to sales person, agreed time to go see the car and purchase, bought train ticket, and on the morning of visit got a call saying they won’t sell the car. Clearly they sold the car to someone else regardless. Very very unprofessional and poor service. Still now waiting for my refund. And was told we won’t refund train tickets. I can see why there are so many negative comments around here the company doesn’t care about customer service at all.

A W F U L !

A W F U L !! A V O I D!!I cannot fathom how this Toyota franchise have utterly ruined the Toyota customer service brand. It used to be legendary however Steven Eagell are quite possibly the worst ever. We have tried and failed twice to book a service, each time the automated website allows the booking only for the branch to cancel it. It is the epitome of awful CX.If I could rate a zero it would be too high....Buying a car? AVOID THIS LOT.....

Useless! Frustration with Booking System – Inaccurate Availability

I've attempted to book a service three times via the app and calendar, only to receive a call each time saying the appointment needs to be changed or cancelled.It’s incredibly frustrating to rely on a booking calendar that doesn't reflect live or accurate availability. If the system isn’t up to date, it defeats the purpose of offering self-service scheduling and causes unnecessary delays and confusion.

Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer service! I am so impressed with the service I have received when my Toyota Prius developed a serious Coolant/Exhaust issue. Zed was able to get my Diagnostic Check to happen in a timely way and then provided me with a detailed breakdown of the problem and a timeline for resolving it. He arranged for a courtesy car to support us to go on our holiday and do our school run and normal activities. This issue could have ruined our holiday and caused us considerable inconvenience while a part is sourced and the repair carried out. However, thanks to Zed's outstanding customer service, appreciation of our circumstances and organisational abilities we will be inconvenienced as little as possible. Hopefully the repair will be carried out as soon as possible and our car back on the road, but I am satisfied that Steven Eagell have done all they can to support us and I would not hesitate to recommend their dealership based on my recent experience.

MISINFORMATION...

After being a long term customer of the Ipswich dealership I have been left quite disappointed after my last purchase... the deal I got on my latest car was good but the sales person who dealt with me failed to bring to my attention that I would still be required to carry on paying off the negative equity loan that was separate to the main financial agreement of my previous car i have now traded in.. I was under the impression all outstanding finance would of been settled on trade in..this was not the case and I have to partially continue paying for a car I no longer own on top of my new financial agreement which as you can imagine is not ideal if I was aware of this i would never of took on my current car the dealership have since talked there way out of this and offered me a free service with the next car i purchase from them..not the car i literally bought from them 3 weeks ago!...Needless to say I will be using a completely different dealership further a field when i get my next car..its such a shame that they couldn't simply explain about the outstanding finance that would continue after taking on another car i have no choice other than to struggle to pay more than i expected for the foreseeable future...

Efficient, helpful & friendly team; good value

Efficient, helpful & friendly team. They couldn't replace wheel arch liner at time of service as they had ordered the wrong liner, so fitted it today, a week later: all done in 20 minutes, they made me a coffee while I waited, and didn't charge me for labour as I had had to bring the car in. Service & MOT were done well last week too - including collecting & returning the car to me.

Poor service toyota Cambridge

booked car Mot 3 weeks ago with replacement car at toyota cambridge i turn up for Mot on april 10 to be told no replacement car - i had to wait in showroom and had to cancel my other work appointments rude behaviour by staff with no robot like speech ( they must be practicing this speech) - cant do anything about this she threatened to cancel the Mot and taking advantage that my car Mot runs out on april 14 this is the third time they have done this - 2 times replacement cars cancelled either on the day or day before this will be last time i will come to toyota Cambridge

Wow, the dealership really stands out, for the wrong reasons!

I left a short negative review on Google and was asked to send an official complaint to feedback at steveneagell email address, but I have not received any response whatsoever. So, I am also putting my email here so it is not a waste of time for me.I bought a car last November and have had quite a disappointing experience with Steven Eagle Toyota Cambridge described below. I really regret buying a car from them. Toyota makes great cars, but the experience this dealership creates around it is so difficult and frustrating that it just doesn’t feel worth it.Here are details of my experience:Paid a £500 deposit to reserve a car listed on your website, was assured quick delivery, but faced repeated delays and poor updates.The car’s price was raised by around £900 online and wasn't marked as reserved. When the car arrived, I was casually asked to pay the higher price. Quite strange and unprofessional!!! But I firmly refused. It felt like they were just testing me—if I agreed to pay more, sure, why not! Car arrived with multiple scratches and swirl marks that couldn't be seen from online photos. Promised fixes but did not get them eventually!Initially received only partial service history. Requested PDFs but received scanned printed copies of two services only.Incorrectly claimed the service book was in the car; it wasn't, causing further delays and confusion.The full service history I received after purchasing the car showed some issues with the boot!I pre-paid £808 for the service—which I was told includes a courtesy car and car wash, effective marketing that convinced me to choose this option—but didn't receive either! To be fair, I was told on the day that a courtesy car needed advance booking, which wasn't communicated to me initially. Overall, the prepaid service cost ended up higher than if I'd booked the same service on the day. I arrived on time at 5:30 to pick up the car. I waited there for half an hour with no explanation. After that, when I politely asked for an estimate of how much longer I should wait, I experienced rude and unhelpful behaviour (just saying, "You should wait, and we will let you know."). I had to wait another half an hour, which I used to write the negative review.Overall, I feel like I don't want to walk into the dealership again.
