Why I chose Alex Neilan

I had seen Alex Neilan TSD on line many times but never went any further than watching. This man is so passionate about helping women just like myself. I took the plunge and contacted Alex. Possibly the best decision I have done. It is not just about losing weight, Alex does live cast each morning giving great insight into many areas. He has real people talking through their journey, showing us true results. There is so much support from his 70 strong staff, in all areas that are there for your mind as well as your body. You do not get this with any other program. TSD is the real deal. You certainly won't regret joining Alex Neilan and his fantastic team

more than a diet plan definitely life changing giving you tools and skills to deal with all life can

The support from Alex and the team is totally life changing, they are genuine and very supportive. Alex is very generous with his time and his knowledge. I never struggled with my weight until after menopause when it started going up and life became increasingly busy with family and work. Alex popped up in my search a few times, I did check the HCPC register he is a registered Dietician but it was 6 months before I was brave enough to send a message. Something I will never regret. I did a 12 week programme and lost 15Kg that was in Jan 2021 . At the start the amount of information can be overwhelming, however with the support of your 1-1 coach /meal plan/exercise and the other information you progress at your own rate.It is sustainable, the weight has remained off, I still linked in with the support group but life became very challenging in 2023 with family illness and deaths and I was taking on more caring roles and I and was becoming exhausted and starting to struggle. Alex reached out to me and I joined the Elite Physique programme in Jan 2024. I had access to so many experts from psychology. /menopause /sleep /counselling /physio and with my 1-1 coach Fra . I learned how to prioritise my work load/ improve my self talk and not be so hard onmyself. and with Fra's support understanding what was in my control and what is not, has made life easier. "Control the Controlables" The programme is not a quick fix you do have to work at it to find what works for you it is individualised you get lots of information and tools/skills to use. Some I found were better than others and that is the joy of the programme you take from it what works for you. It is about looking after yourself first so that you are in a better place both physically and mentally to be able to deal with life's challenges and still be able support others. My Life is still busy but I am much more content, happier, and less stressed. The key is planning the weekly food plan/ exercise plan and always review the to do's - but still have guilt free me time. One of Alex's saying is "you cant pour from an empty jug" - so you need to look after yourself first or you will have nothing left to give.

Well what can I say!!

Well what can I say!!! I’ve had a lovely chat with Alex to whom I quite opened up about my health, my desire to look and feel good, to live longer and enjoy my life! I’m 65 over weight and fighting hard. After a lengthy chat and disclosure he was kind enough to introduce their you tube channel where I can watch and see what others have achieved! He then went further to GIVE me FREE access to several courses that I can take part in and learn from. I’m to feed back to them with any query and of any positives I personally take. This is such a wonderful thing to do for a woman struggling to be the best version of myself. I will enjoy learning from what seems a pretty comprehensive list. It will be my new bedtime reading (😂)Thank you all so much I’ve never been given anything like this ever.

Please don't be sceptical

I contacted Alex via messenger and he seemed genuinely interested in my journey. I haven't been able to work for over 4 years due to a spine injury and fibromyalgia so I don't have spare money. Alex gave me a link to access the course for free which was extremely generous and kind. I was still a little sceptical but he's great, a really down-to-earth chap that has the knowledge and skills to support you. He's very encouraging and appreciates that life carries on and gives you the information and tips to navigate it all. I’m excited to follow what he has said and look forward to a healthier future. Thanks so much.

I feel very grateful to receive such a quality package for free. I was impressed that Alex readily took time out at the weekend to help. I am so looking forward to going more deeply into the programme. In a field that has become so complex it’s really special to be with a very grounded rich and quality method. Thank you so much🙏

A big win on the scales and a huge step into happiness. Empowering and joyful.

I joined The Sports dietician 'Sustainable Change programme' in June 2025. I'm 63 and have multiple sclerosis. I didn't realise how down I had got about my weight and reduced mobility (not due to MS). My weight had yo-yoed for 20 years since menopause. I thought I ate healthily, but I could not sustain any weight loss which was now really hammering my confidence. After menopause I had gone from a size 12, to a size 14 and I was now pushing 16. I could see where it was going. It really got me down and I no longer liked photos of myself or how I looked in clothes.I didn’t attribute increased aches and pains to the extra weight my joints were carrying. I thought that the aches and pains were natural aging and that I had to accept this depressing outlook ahead of retirement. I thought the awful life-limiting fatigue I was getting was all down to multiple sclerosis. The pain was preventing me doing sports I loved, and that led to more weight gain.At first contact with the Sustainable Weight Loss programme I didn’t sign up. I couldn’t understand why it was so hard to lose weight when I was cycling daily, doing yoga and eating fairly healthily for MS. I realise I had downplayed the impact of the extra weight on my health. I wasn’t feeling good about myself and needed help. I was ready to admit that I couldn’t lose the weight on my own. After 8 weeks of starting the Sustainable Change Programme the debilitating MS fatigue I had been struggling with for 2 years had greatly reduced due to an excellent tailored weekly food plan and strength training 3 times a weekly. I felt optimistic about my condition for the first time in years. I think the food plan the dieticians prepared for me sorted my IBS as it is low fodmap.I've also lost 4kg and I can eat food I enjoy. And I'm still losing weight, something I didn't manage to do on my own for over 20 years when my weight was in constant yo-yo There is so much support, especially from my individual coach Shiobra. I speak to her several times a week. She answers my questions, tweaks my food plan, and gets physio and psychological support for me when I need it. She celebrates my successes and encourages me all the time. Nothing is too much for her. Your coach comes with this 12 week paid programme. The Sustainable Change programme is carefully designed for your success (it has a 98% success rate) and it constantly improves based on client data and feedback. Added to your coach is invaluable mindset and psychological training. It really helps you focus on your goals and what’s important to you, and what will work for you as an individual. Sustainable Change is holistic, well thought out and tailored to you if you pay for personal coaching. The cost is the same as an annual mid-range holiday abroad. I decided to go for it and ditch getting a replacement dental implant (costs more gave me a lot of grief when it failed). I have absolutely no regrets. For me it’s already money well spent. The support from the inner circle Facebook group from other clients when you post is absolutely amazing and free. There are also 4 free live sessions every Monday to Thursday full of tips and strategies for success from Alex (the founder) every week, and free exercise classes from Mish.I wish everyone had access to a programme like this. It so hard to do this on your own. I think people don’t realise and blame themselves. My friends are commenting how glowing and vibrant I am. It’s because I’m feeling optimistic and much happier in myself. I’m now looking forward to being healthy and active in retirement in spite of MS. The Sustainable change programme goes far beyond just dealing with what the scales say. It is empowering and pragmatic and I feel so much happier and confident. I'm so much stronger in body and mind than I thought I could be and my joints ache much less. If you make the commitment and trust the process you are sure to succeed in making your transformation sustainable as 98% of their clients do.

"TSD or Mobility scooter 🤔 .

"TSD or Mobility scooter 🤔 .. I chose TSD and I'm grateful 🙏 ...I was on a seaglass collecting solo holiday in Scarborough , and after a day of struggling to walk any distance to reach the best beaches , I was in my Airbnb , refelecting on how I could make my beachcombing breaks easier for me . I have a spinal condition which makes walking very uncomfortable, and have a back full of metal and the extra weight that has been creeping on especially over the past few years certainly makes it worse . Light bulb moment - I'll get a mobility scooter ... all of a sudden Alex popped into my Facebook feed.10 light bulbs went off , and I clicked the link and very shortly thereafter I was on the phone toAlex ... to cut a long story short , I joined TSD.Money spend on improving my health , mobility, fitness and general well being was certainly far more appealing than getting a mobility scooter.I had HUGE initial doubts and fears about the costs , but I kept in mind the alternative.. so that soon abated .There is so much support and encouragement , and my meal plans were worked around my celiac and my personal likes and dislikes .I've been pleasantly surprised by my motivation (most of the time) and have taken up swimming again which is so helpful for my back .I have a personal coach , Fra , who helps me , and has kept me going through recent illness and injury . Tristan the physio has given me an exercise program suitable for my spinal condition , and Alex educates and encourages with his morning lives. I have lost 6 kg so far on my journey , with more to lose , but it’s not a race . This is a program for Sustainable weight loss , and incremental gain in knowledge . If you’re on the fence , the only thing you have to lose is weight and low self confidence , so go for it
