these people will rip and scam out of the customer's pockets at the customer's expense do not order anything from these people they do not do any refunds under any circumstances and they can even go a mile further and steal the customer's identity to commit fraud
$62.38AU shipping costs to Australia for cheap substandard products. I bought 3 small massage sticks and paid exorbitant shipping costs, I could of canceled my order but would then have to pay $$$ for canceling and end up with nothing at all. Very poor service, they have excuse for everything that goes wrong. They bury information about their charges in mountain of writings nobody reads. I would never buy from these people again.
Randomness of the china markets which however got better lately - the share of items with correonding size or any of its other parameters got bigger. Still many disputes opened and still im a bit afraid to order somwthing valuable deapite of the low pricing
I bought a product on Taobao and the seller send me a wrong one. I wanted to get the product as soon as possible so I bought the wrong part again, but the seller send me the wrong part a second time. I wrote a bad review and he blackmailed me that he would send me the product (that I payed for twice) with no more extra costs, if I change the review. I did that then he told me that I am a naive ***. Probably he was right with that xD Anyways since the guy obviously cheated me I thought customer support might help me, but they were incredible unprofessional too. After some efforts the customer support told me that the seller isn't answering them anymore, so they can't do anything. I am waiting now since 5 weeks for either the product that I payed for or a refund, but I already gave up on both.The only thing I can do now is give you guys a good advice.NEVER BUY SOMETHING ON TAOBAO!
Whilst numerous products were listed as available 5k+ in stock I kept getting canceled orders. Tried other products same deal.Have been trying to get my money back for a few weeks now(it's stored as credit on the website after a canceled order). Sadly they stopped replying to my e-mails.
Bought a set of DVD from a guy in Hong Kong. Item apparently was shipped from China but get stuck with the courier for some reason. They considered the transaction completed in the meantime. I query Taobao, and they said they won't look at it any longer. They asked me to contact seller. Seller asked me to contact the courier and "advised" me that next time before I buy, I should check that the item can be shipped to Australia (that's where I live). I called the courier and they said will ship back to buyer. Buyer said he will refund once he has the item back. Then nothing! I contacted buyer and he won't reply to me anymore. After going through a lot of trouble, no DVD, no refund! I am staying with eBay, much safer. (Taobao, if you are listening, the transaction no is 1634537856295871.)
