Will never purchase a Mercedes again

Will never purchase a Mercedes again, service plan is a total rip off! I cant fault the dealership. However i will never give Mercedes another penny. Be warned of the administration charges, total rip off! Good bye Mercedes hello Land Rover.

Never lease, they will kill you with hand-back charges

The hand-back process left a very sour taste in my mouth. I have been a long standing MB customer with several leased vehicles and no problems. Then ... they have employed BCA to manage this who to my opinion invented faults on my car after picking it up. They want to charge extortionate amounts for simple scratches which we know cost them peanuts using the "smart" repair system. And, because they couldn't get their act together on picking up my car on time they charged me excess time on the lease. I will never lease from MB or from a company using BCA ever again.

Do not buy from Stratstone Mercedes Wakefield

Do not buy from here No other way to say this apart from, buying from this dealership has been the worst experience of my life. I have finally been able to break free after rejecting my faulty vehicle under the consumer rights act. Constant lies, failure to deliver and false promises. Car was 3 weeks late and arrived faulty in feb 2019 (it was brand new). In service 6 times / 11 days over 10 months with no fix, offered a replacement that was 2 years older, 20,000 more miles and would’ve cost me over £5000 more. But was told it was a ‘great deal.’ They also seem to implement a bribery system where they give you free stuff in exchange for good feedback.... but oh wait they don’t actually give you anything that is promised. (I was offered alloy cover that never got given). The feedback pays their bonuses apparently. I made 56 phone calls to the dealership equating to 3 hours on the phone trying to make contact. Attempts were also made to contact Stratstone customer service which was also met with rude staff and incompetence. I had a faulty car which didn’t seem to warrant proper inspection or fix - aside from software updates. Even once the head office agreed the rejection, I was told I needed to return a good will gesture payment I received for the poor service, because I was returning the car. I was also told I’d get a great deal on a new car for the inconvenience - fast forward to me receiving an email for a £33k brand new car... which again was ‘an amazing offer’. This was nearly double the budget I told them. This dealership will seek to be the best in the world until they have your money. Once the ££ in the bank they will not pay you an ounce of respect or resolve issues. Phone doesn’t get answered, get patronised and fobbed off and your intelligence insulted. Staff lie to you, and those who do seem decent tell you it’s a terribly run dealership. The car that Mercedes accepted as faulty is back on the forecourt ready for the next customer to make a mistake, LR19HRO, FYI. This dealership will take your money for a defective product then refuse to acknowledge you thereafter. Please please PLEASE avoid for the sake of your stress levels, mental and physical health, your time and money.

Worst Possible Customer Service...EVER

I have been a BMW driver for many years. For the first time I tried a 2 year contract hire on a GLE. Can't fault the car but cannot be more disappointed in the complete lack of customer service. Average waiting times on the MBFS customer service number have never been less than 30 mins and that's not the worst part. That begins when you get through to someone. Always passing the buck to the colleague that has magically now "left the company"!! Email after email and call after call... absolutely no resolution to the most simple request.I have cut short my lease and now signed a new contract for a new BMW again. To be honest, there is not a lot that separates these cars technically anymore... it's down to driver preference. So it all comes down to customer service, which should be a given when driving such premium cars. In my several years with BMW, I cannot find one fault to pick in their response to any request and would get a 10/10 from me. Mercedes on the other hand are the worst experience I have ever had. Real shame as such good cars are being let down by some utterly incompetent bums behind phones!!WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO MERCEDES AGAIN!

Mercedesme, the app that hardly connects

Mercedes Benz service is the worst I have seen in my so many years. The Mercedes me app never connects. I badly needed to start the car remotely before dropping my son to school on the cold days. The app didn’t work even once and constantly I got the message “Try again”. Contacting customer service did t help either. Even after 3 months Mercedes is not helping resolve this issue. It looks like Mercedes hardly cares for its customers even after charging premium. I never had any issue with Lexus and feel frustrated with it’s lackluster attitude to customer problems

Mercedes Caterham very poor service

Mercedes Caterham very poor service, bought a £28000 how which had loads of missing tools, First aid kit fire kit and locking wheel nut. The have refused to provide the missing bits, just giving me the run around. Two of the staff agreed to provide the tools but then backtracked and got another person to make excuses. They will promise you everything to get a sale and then renege on the promise. Best stay clear of this company

Mercedes Liverpool awful service and rip off merchants. £535 for service and didn’t even have the decency to clean it properly with new scratches wasn’t there before . Was advised I would get a free valet but still waiting .

Dreadful service.Mercedes finance have sent email to my partner despite my request not to. They have been unhelpful and obstructive. I regret buying a mercedes from them. They are very unhelpful.
