I would give zero stars if possible

I would give zero stars if possible, for Mercedes Warrington, Mercedes UK and Mercedes financial services. Bought a new A Class in September 2018 and started experiencing problems with the satnav and mp3 connection. Car went in 3 times, the issue was never resolved, I was told there was an update expected, which kept getting put back. I first stated that I wanted to reject the car to be told it was working within 'agreed parameters'. Totally unhappy with the service I received, long story short, I took my complaint to the financial ombudsman and they found in my favour. The car has been collected today and put an end to 12 months fighting with Mercedes, totally shoddy way to deal with customers. I'll never buy another Mercedes as long as I live after the way I have been treated.

CARBON MONOXIDE POISIONING........Mercedes Benz In Milton Keynes customer assistance. I leased a Mercedes E220 AMG Line Coupe 2018 which was leaking fumes in to the passenger cabin. Raised a complaint in December 2018 and still to today they have not accepted liability. Awful service and customer care. The negligence from Mercedes has caused me and my family so much suffering and I would strongly recommend anyone not to purchase or lease a Mercedes and spend their money with another manufacturer who cares for their customers.

Worse service every I’m actually so out of from buying another Mercedes due to the poor service provided by them. How can you book a customer for 9 and not check the car till 3pm. Reason is I done a drop of they have the right too check until 5. Meaning not fix the car in a day and leave it there. This has always been the case with Mercedes service

Mercedes Mobilo or Mercedes connect A totally Deceptive Service

Mercedes Mobilo or Mercedes connect is a scam. You are made to beleive assistance is prompt. It’s a joke. It took them six hours to get me moving after a flat tyre!! I was left stranded from approximately 6.30 pm to 1.30 am. It’s a disgrace and very contrary to what you are made to believe when you purchase a new Mercedes car. Total scam. Will never ever use again.

Very poor service at MB Walthamcross

Very poor service at MB Walthamcross. DO NOT book your car for service at this branch.Booked my car for A service with a warning light on the dashboard, when I picked the car, the fault still on the dashboard and they wanted me to pay £200 for diagnosis.I even wonder if they done the oil change because when I picked the car I checked the oil by taking the dipstick and it was very black. Also the car was not clean properly, inside and out was still dirty.I reported these issues to the service person and also try to phone the service manager he never returned my call.I will not book my car this retailer again.

Bought a GLC 63s 100k car and the car crabs / skips at low speed, Mercedes know about the issue and do nothing to resolve, there advise is buy winter tyres, even though it happens in summer. So they expect you to spend another 1k resolving there issue, appalling brand with appalling quality buy brands that care, never had an issue with Audi or Landrover

A Good name spoiled by the retailers - Dont buy their used cars

Having owned used BMW and Audi cars since years, I decided to get a Mercedes approved used car ( 2016 C AMG) in Nov 2018. Absolutely bad decision !!. Episode 1 - The screen washer pump stopped in a couple of months and I had to get it replaced at a cost as the service people told me it was my fault and I must have used a cheap screen wash. ( Note - Mercedes can be easily ruined by a screen wash). Not to mention that it came with a full tank of screen wash and I did not fill in myself.Episode 2 - The car started leaking diesel on the day of my first service. I towed the car to the retailer ( Leeds Stratstone) and my nightmare began. I was not updated properly for 3 days and was told that it seemed like a Rodent damage. They also mentioned that it seemed from a previous Rodent damage repair. ( Note - The "approved" used car was already damaged when they sold it to me at a premium) . I park my wife's Suzuki in the same drive way and the Rodents seemed to have a taste for a Mercedes rather than a Suzuki !! After multiple requests, they sent me 4 photos of the damage, and I have not had a proper update since the last 10 working days. I don't know what is wrong and what they are doing with my car. Absolutely pathetic and rubbish service. I trusted this brand name so much, but have been completely deceived by the people who should have cared for the brand.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Booked a car maintenance service and a courtesy car 3 weeks in advance. On arrival I have been told that they can’t provide me with the courtesy car. They offered me to keep driving my car and hey will sort out this issue as soon as possible and will call me within the next few days when to drop off my car and take the courtesy car. Been offered a discount on service, but because I have a service care plan and paying by direct debit, I will not get a discount. So I carried on driving and waited for a call... after one week nobody have contacted me so I decided to give them a call and find out what was the situation. The person on the phone told me that already two persons have looked at my issue and he couldn’t understand why none of them didn’t gave me a call... and he offered me to make a new booking. I have declined and asked to speak to the manager, because I have been told that they will sort out this for me within the next few days. The manager was too busy and couldn’t call me on that day, so on the next day I called them again, and same thing again... manager is busy and he will give me a call later. Guess what, no call... so again, I had to call them... just before the closing time I managed to speak to the manager. Nothing was sorted out, he offered to me a time slot after 2 days. But still no courtesy car available. He wasn’t sure, are they will do the service straight away or it will be later on that day and I will have to get a taxi home. I agreed cos my car needed that service asap.Arrived at the dealer on time at agreed time, they said that they will do the service straight away, so I waited there. After the two hours of waiting, they have finished, dropped me the paperwork and the car key, “all done” they said. A bit like a kwick fit experience... no apologies about the issue. I have waisted two days of my work, and couldn’t make any plans. So what’s the reason to book your service in advance for a guaranteed courtesy car? Felt like I wasn’t welcome there. Ignorant service. Very disappointed with the service provided by the Mercedes Benz of Cambridge.

Worse service and don’t care about customer safety!

Brilliant service when they see you interested in buying a car. But after they’ve made the sale and taken your money, service rapidly declines.Bought an C63 AMG thinking I may get quality service and no inconvenience but since the day I drove out of the dealership, I was no longer an important customer for them.In the past 3 visual health checks, Mercedes have noted I have a leaking shock absorber. I have on top of that, reported that my suspension is not stable enough. Mercedes have not done anything in regards to this. They promise that they will change it under warranty but that’s as far as they go with it.So when my suspension collapses whilst driving what are they going to say then?What’s worse is that I have a red light on my dash saying that there is a malfunction with the restraint system. I booked it into Mercedes to investigate and sort this issue out and what was done? Nothing at all.This light causes my air bags and all safety issues to be disabled until that issue is sorted out.Mercedes have given me my car back, not done or checked anything at all with that light still there on my dash.This just shows that Mercedes are willing to give me my car back with no safety features enabled. I could have a crash tomorrow and the airbags will not deploy. They have given my car back knowing that this is the case. Just shows that they don’t care about the safety of the customer. Why buy a car from a ‘reputable’ company when they don’t care about the customer or their well being?This is the worst service I have ever received in my life and if I knew that this is customer service I would get after buying such a expensive car, I would have never even looked at Mercedes.
