Wesley from ASKO started shouting when my ASKO job number appeared to have no date associated to it. In the end he told me to contact a service agent direct. And gave me number. Fault is fixable, ASKO wanted to wash hands of it. Maybe just apologise, and suggest a workaround rather than shout and carry on? Then u might deserve a single star?
I have purchased Asko washing machine in Apr 2022 . Spent $3000 thinking I am investing on best appliance( but reality is its worst than my old samsung $600 machine). Its been 4-5 months this machine is giving me problem one after another. Customer care is so rude , not ready to listen to problems and always in rush- when asked can u please listen to problem - they reply we are in rush and cannot listen to your complain. hmmm.... again keeping my patience I asked can I talk to someone else in your team , his reply - no sorry I am working from home. @Asko - Is this how customer care treats your valuable customers?Continuing my conversation - I asked for complain number as my reference - he replied No complain number , he has sent email to his manager( coz I am asking for refund) . Fine , my next question - when Can I expect call back from your manager - I dont know and I dont want to give false promises ....call back if u dont hear from us untill next week ( so @asko , another question - dont you have any SLA by when customer should get reply?) .Seriously this is not what I expected from such a reputed company. THE WORST after sale service?I have been your loyal customer for so long but the kind of after sale experience/service I have faced (your operators are VERY Rude) I will NOT purchase any Asko appliance from now on wards.Sorry Asko you have lost one more customer !!!!!!
This company needs a massive overhaul in customer service. An almost $3000 machine started smoking and leaving melted black residue behind and it’s 12 days before they can send someone to take a look. Which is a long time with two young kids! After a call back this morning to express my disappointment and see if we can get someone out sooner, the ASKO representative hung up on me! This is also after several phone calls to try and get $200 credit voucher advertised when purchased which has still not arrived. I do not recommend their appliances or customer service call centre and would give less stars than 1 if I could.
Actually zero stars, i would stay away from this company. When the product worked it was great. However their customer service team is quite possibly the worst i have experienced. Our dishwasher broke after less than a year ( January 2022) . They were unable to service the dishwasher or obtain spare parts. We were advised to apply for a refund. Which we did. I was advised that the old dishwasher needed to be picked up by ASKO before a refund could be returned. It took months to get the dishwasher picked up, and now i multiple call to ASKO support team to chase up the refund seems to go nowhere . The " Accounts person " who is dealing with this never seems to be in the office when i call and never returns a call. It has been 6 months since this whole saga started and it still isnt resolved. I am awaiting a refund and out of pocked $1200 for an LG dishwasher.
Bought an Asko steam oven. Leaves dirty water onto food from day 1..after 12 months of numerous phone calls and emails with no response from then currently with QCAT.Technicians came out 3 times...told us nothing was wrong in spite of videos we'd taken. Such ignorance and incompetence.Awful non-existent customer service.Shouldn't be in business.
We bought Cook top, oven, combo microwave /oven and dishwasher. We purchased through Good Guys, had great service from them and it all feel apart once Asko got involved!I had to constantly follow up what is happening with my order and when it would be delivered. I was told all in stock, delivery arranged. 1/2 my delivery received and the other 1/2 no one seemed to know what was going on? Also had wrong dishwasher delivered. After several weeks got all my order. Very unsatisfactory experience with asko.
We bought an ASKO washing machine W2084C. After 4 uses the front loading door started to leak water, we contacted ASKO who had it replaced by a local service centre. After 6 washes that door started to leak ????. So I called ASKO again and was told I was number 72 in the cue to speak to a warranty person.... NUMBER 72 !!!!!. They were getting through about 4 people every 30 mins. which means it would take 47 hours for me to get to the front. !!!!. NEVER BUY AN ASKO APPLIANCE.
Asko does nothing but lie about their warranties. My dishwasher has not worked for over 6 months. I am still waiting for the new unit that they promised on 24/4/2022. 9 weeks later I still have no dishwasher. Asko does not respond to emails nor do they answer or return phone calls. DO NOT BUY ASKO!!
I would have given a minus rating if possible. Disgraceful customer service, whilst on hold waiting for hours on several occasions for my call to be answered, I continuously heard how Asko 'pride themselves on their customer service'. The service is non existent and the issue with my faulty appliance has not been rectified and I have had NO communication from Asko and NO response to several emails. DO NOT BUY ASKO PRODUCTS.
