They want you to deposit money into an account to use on the laundry machines. Irritating, but whatever, except they automatically charge google pay when you use th QR code. Basically they rob you of your deposit amount and then without even asking they charge your card too.Edit: No!! It does not help. I used your app to scan the code and it took money out of my debit while keeping the money I already gave you!!! There was no opening a website. It just takes it directly from the card. It did this twice. I deleted your app, because youre thieves. You stole that money!!!
This company is absolutely horrible. If I could give them a zero star rating that would still be too high for them. My apartment complex used them, and had nothing but problems with the machines. So they recently switched. We residents had to use their app to pay for the machines. That is clearly their scam! When the machines were removed, I requested a refund of the remaining balance in my account in order to close the account. Anywhere else, this would be a simple process but not with this company. Refund did not process and I contacted the company by phone and chat about 15 times before finally getting a rep who had me send screenshots of the refund request and that I can’t resubmit because it hasn’t processed. But she isn’t able to refund, she has to send to someone else. And that “someone else” has 2 weeks to reply to her. By that time, I’m at almost a month and still no refund. So I highly doubt I’ll see any money back and fully expect they will continue to lie and say this isn’t the usual case. But other online reviews tell similar stories. As the old adage goes “10,000 men can’t be wrong.” This company has an F with the BBB, and I can totally see why. DO NOT USE THIS CROOKED THIEVING COMPANY!!
Last week I did a 2 loads of laundry at 2 different prices. It cost me $7.50 the previous week, and the next week ( last Thursday in fact) the price went up again ( less than a week later) it went up again to $8.50.After calling them they told me the owner raised the price. Guess what? I spoke with the owner and he didn't have a clue what I was talking about. Turns out CSC is robbing us blind. They are raising the price without speaking with anyone in authority like the owners.
CSC Service Works own an air machine (for filling tires) at the UDF store at the corner of Delta Avenue and Linwood Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio, 45208. After previous times of the machine not working, I decided to try it again this morning (5/5/2024). The machine "ran", as in it made noise, but the nozzle failed to produce any air. I tried it on 4 different bicycle tires and got nothing. I logged onto the website to get a refund and received an error there as well: "Error fetching http headers". I tried 3 times and got nothing.It seems nothing at CSC ServiceWorks actually works.I realize $2.50 isn't going to break my bank, but I think that's how they make their money: provide machines that don't work and a refund / service system that doesn't work either. $2.50 multiplied by thousands of customers can make you a lot of money. If it says CSC ServiceWorks on the machine - go elsewhere.
I am appalled by the numerous negative experiences people have had with this company, many of which mirror my own. It seems that the company is not interested in improving its services. I encountered an issue with two CSC cards that I had loaded. One stopped working between washing and drying two loads of laundry. Fortunately, I had a second card that I was able to load with another $50 in order to complete the drying. However, after three weeks, the second card also stopped working, even though both cards had a balance when loaded. I was instructed by a polite representative to mail the first card in for a refund, but I never received the refund, as the company claimed they did not receive the card. As a result, I did not trust them enough to send in the second defective card. I provided documentation they requested, including screenshots of my credit card statement and email correspondences with the card services department, but the company claimed they did not receive one of the credit card payments and told me that I had to take it up with my bank. My bank is now investigating these transactions and the fact that the cards were stopped by CSC. I believe the company needs to provide a way for both the company and the customer to view the activity on the cards as it is very frustrating for them to ask me about my balance. This lack of transparency is indicative of poor business practices.
You have to give a star and that is Ludacris. Your company should be shut down. You have units in welfare buildings were people can't afford laundry then charge a card fee and then charge almost 3 bucks to wash and dry a load so 6 dollars!!!!!!??? I've been forced to use the machines for almost 4 years it has robbed me countless times including today. The machines smell they are unkempt and never in order. You should be ashamed as a company your all trash and that's facts. You could buy me a washer and dryer with how much the company has ripped me off and who reads stupid ars reviews about laundry machines. My time is wasted doing this but had to share the horror stories of how pathetic and inconsistent your machines are. Never refund never own up to your properties mishaps it's a joke. Shame on the company shame on the owner for not seeing the type of business and unsatisfied customers as they get rich they don't give a damn about us. It's just pathetic such as this bankrupt to be business joke fake plastic the whole 9 should round up every machine and drop them off the edge of a cliff!
Agree with the other terrible reviews. The dryer at my complex only ever seems to get clothes 80% dry, even a small load. I submitted a refund request via the app and it’s over a month with no response. Contacted their customer service via email, and again, no response. And since I have a refund request “pending”, I can’t submit another request for money their machines stole.They claim to be “best-in-class”, and that’s true if their “class” is “how to provide bad service and worse customer service”.My advice, if you have their machines at your complex, however convenient they may be, do yourself a favor and go to a laundry mat or find a different laundry service. Save yourself the headache.
If I could leave zero stars I would. The machines never worked in the first place and it would take forever to get a tech out. There would be an average of 3 out of 15 machines that actually worked. Most would would take your money and leave you wet clothes. Then the company promised new machines for our complex with fancy do your laundry from the app service. What we got was the same junky machines and a pain in the but to try to pay for your laundry. My clothes still don't get dry. How on earth is this company still in business?!
