Company Gains Revenue At The Expense Of Residence And Unethical Management That Refused To Reinvest

What I wrote to customer I have made multiple request that a dedicated service technician visit our Greystar apartment community. I want to speak to a district manager that manages the machines on this property. Half of our machines do not work and the dryers do not dry. This unethical company is robbing people on a fixed income with an abuse of technology that isn’t reinvesting in its operations. I will be speaking to the Greystar property management team about this pervasive issue. I want a refund of $20.00 . A credit needs to be issued on my accounts (removed).com. I have spent three hours of my morning going from floor to floor and seeing other residents to the same in search for an operable machine. I hope that with enough bad reviews that you r owner will get off the beach in the sand and take a look at this lazy management and make a real difference in the world without robbing people. We just want our closed washed. I am posting a review next and I look forward to hearing from the district manager.

Terrible Maintenance Wait Times

I have a service request for dryer 404-HFL in our apartment complex that I logged a month ago. The machine has not yet been repaired and the ticket still shows as being 'on the technicians schedule'. I called customer service a couple of days ago and after waiting on the phone for 20+ minutes I spoke to a customer service agent and they said they would try and get a technician out in a day or two but so far nothing has happened.Service Request Confirmation: Q13480942Logged: 04/12/24UPDATE: In response to the comment from CSC Service Works - property maintenance cleaned out all the ducts last week - but the dryer is still not generating any heat.

scam alert!

what an embarrassment of a “company.” the machines in my building have been broken on and off consistently for months. trying to call “customer service” is a joke considering they use an AI feature and it’s impossible to reach a human. if you do manage to get the number for “real” customer service, good luck! select the option as a customer and be prepared to be on hold for an hour just to speak with someone who doesn’t speak english. or, select the option as a property owner and get connected to a human in record time! shocking! it’s almost like they don’t care about their customers (spoiler alert: they don’t!) i’ve requested maintenance and refunds multiple times only to get no response. this is a disgusting and predatory company that refuses to do the absolute bare minimum. they also don’t take the time to read feedback and instead choose to use canned language that include their, once again useless, customer service email. i’ve requested service multiple times since 3/18 for a broken dryer and customer service stated they would be there to fix it by 3/25 “at the latest.” it is currently 4/10 and the machine is still broken. since they tend to not read reviews i’ll just add their pathetic response to the end of this review as a little test. csc, do NOT respond to this complaint with the following: “Thank you for publishing a review for CSC ServiceWorks. We take pride in ensuring our customers receive the Best-in-Class customer service. It sounds like CSC missed the mark with your personal experience. On behalf of the company, I would like to assist you in improving your customer experience. Unacceptable Service

My building STRATFORD HOUSE machines been offline for 6 months now. I put in over 10 service requests and still nothing is resolved. I was told we need a new HUB in April and after that customer service stopped responding to my messages. Still cant wash clothes so I have to go to the laundromat. I still have money on my CSC GO mobile app that I can’t even use. Horrible is a understatement.

The worst company ever

This is the worst company ever. Same like the rest of the comments. I have reported several times their machines for service, and the person that they sent are not fixing anything. For example, 123-HWP is one of them, and this machine smells like mold and burn, but they are not doing anything to fix it.

They do not maintain the machines well…

They do not maintain the machines well and make it next to impossible to get a refund by saying one thing on line and something els on app.There is no way to appeal a denied refund when the person handling it will not escalate up the ladder.

Do not use this company!!! It is horrible. Would give it no stars if I could.Washers and Dryers in our complex are disgusting.Trying to get new card after moving to new apts with this company.Between my husband and I called at least 10 times over 6 months. Still no replacement card. Don't use their machines - my daughter said there is so much dirt and hair in areas between washing/driers. Not in lint traps. Most frustrating company ever. Got so many different results every time they called. We need to get apartment complexes to get rid of this company. So bad. Date of experience provided is one of 10+ as I mentioned.

Service was bad enough before they went digital

Service was bad enough before they went digital, but now there is very little -- no, there is no service provided at all. Our machines cannot be found on the portal and quarters can no longer be used because the cash boxes are stuffed full. Right, they don't even show up for the money. They bought the company we had for years and they don't have a lot of competition. Now, out of 10 washers and dryers, only 3 of the washers and half the dryers have been usable for 6 months or more. They respond to nothing. I am director of our HOA and desperately looking for alternatives. Our contract ends this year and we will not be renewing.

The apartment complex I live in has…

The apartment complex I live in has been using CSC for a couple years and I've personally had numerous issues with the service, from machines not working properly or taking my money and the machines not activating at all. Last week I added 20$ to my account wallet. I did one load of wash and dry spending 4$. Earlier today I was getting ready to do a couple loads of wash. I opened the app and it had apparently logged me out of my account, which has never happened before. After getting back in it said I only have 1.75 in my wallet. It also said that the room is offline. When I looked at the transaction history the most recent date is from may of 2022. I might have had 2 accounts so I tried logging in a different way but then there's absolutely no funds in my wallet for that profile. So apparently my 16$ is lost somewhere and I don't even know if I'll get it back. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I highly advise anyone to avoid this company if you truly value your time and money. With the type of economy we are living in right now it's very important for a lot of people to make their finances stretch as much as possible, so losing money is not a risk worth taking.

Should be zero rating you have a room…

Should be zero rating you have a room full of machines and the only way you can use the machines is through the app the problem with that is the app won’t link to the location I’ve tried Bluetooth setting I’ve tried QR code I’ve deleted the app reinstalled it and created another account and I still can’t get it to link with the app I want someone to explain to me how your app is so busted you can’t even set the location up correctly so that you can steal from your consumers in the meantime thank you fuc you BYE
