Great Support in Resolving My Balance Issue

I spoke with a representative today about my outstanding balance, which had accumulated due to a transfer without my consent. It took six months to revert back after numerous hassles, phone calls, and emails. It was very stressful! I had been with my previous provider for 30 years without any issues. I'm so relieved to be back with them. The representative helped me adjust my tariffs, reduced my bill, organized payments, and scheduled a smart meter change for my new heat pump tariff—all in one call. I'm incredibly grateful for the support I received.

Extremely frustrating experience

I had a terrible experience trying to assist my relative with a top-up over the phone. I had to call four different numbers to get it done. I strongly recommend avoiding this service; I couldn't even create an account to manage the top-up. Steer clear of this company!

Great Support Experience

I contacted the company today to submit my meter reading and to ask about my increased bill. I only waited about three minutes for my call to be addressed. The representative I spoke with was incredibly helpful and efficient. After sharing the meter reading, she promptly adjusted the bill back to the usual amount. Having been a customer for nearly 16 years, I continue to be very satisfied with their service.

The representative provided excellent assistance and was very effective. They addressed my question and clarified how the change in the direct debit amount was determined. Disappointing customer service experience

Customer service has been unsatisfactory. I've been waiting for an explanation since October. I've received two emails last year and one today, but still no resolution regarding my complaint. It seems there's no formal response. Don't waste your time, as they show little concern for customers. I've switched to another provider, which is much better.
