Extortion

I will not give a full review here as it is similar to most. Simply put, the teller said my payment had been approved and left me to leave the forecourt without calling me back. I have then been subjected to the extortionate processes of this company. I have paid as it will cost a lot more than £35 to fight the admin fee. Disgusting company ethos.

had a letter saying I hadn't paid £10.06 of diesel. I don't even use diesel! picture of my car yes at 10.42 and a random picture of a receipt with the time saying 11.10. either very useless or criminals.

Paying extra £35 admin fee for cashiers fault

I am a regular customer in the ESSO petrol pump in Connaught road, Brookwood and apparently I have ran away without paying £20.03 worth of fuel. I bought a can of coke through the window before paying as it was night time and the cashier said I have paid for everything. I also have a bank statement where it says I have been charged only £1.40 for a can of coke. Now I cannot reach Forecourt eye and the ESSO staff are not helpful at all. It was their chasiers fault and now I have to pay extra £35.

Ripped off for £35 !!

Pulled into Tesco’s garage in Penzance. Decided to se the pay at pump facility. Put my card in the slot, PIN number and was told to take fuel. Which i did, you can’t take fuel unless your card has cleared security. When i was full i replaced the nozzle, jumped in the van and left. Now apparently i was involved in an incident?? The only incident is I’m being ripped off for £35. I really want to challenge this company, its there machine that’s at fault. It took a pound off my card which shows i tried to pay!!

Shell petrol station, Monmouth.My dad bought petrol and a newspaper then went in to pay for it on his card. He didn't get a receipt, so he didn't realise payment had only been taken for the newspaper. Almost 12 months later, we received a forecourteye fine for non payment of fuel. We quickly paid the fuel costs plus forecourteye fees, as we didn't want the charges to escalate. Reading the reviews on here show other people have also been a victim of these charges, with the garages only charging for the cheaper item and passing over the unpaid fuel charge to forecourteye so they can add additional extortionate fees. I have used my local Shell garage for over 30 years, but I have lost all trust in them now and will never use them again. If you use a petrol station that's controlled by forecourteye, please make sure you get a receipt for all fuel purchases and keep them for at least 12 months.

Rip off company I went into Tesco…

Rip off company I went into Tesco express on Monday 10th feb 2025 bought some goods £15-75!p and fuel £20.02p paid casheier which I thought was for fuel and goods never had a till receipt went in three day later they said I never paid £20-02p for Fuel this was defiantly an over site by cashier so I paid the outstanding Fuel money but they wanted £35 on top for the pleasure of paying I go into Tesco in Warmley 5 times a week at least Forecourt Eye Ltd is a total Rip off company , Shame on you Tesco's , I’ve paid for court eye Ltd £55-02 for £20-02 of Fuel today on 13th Feb 2025

They charge me for the fuel £20 plus and admin fee just because thier cashier forgot to charge me for fuel at that day and only charge for the snacks i bought this company sucks

After being accused of a non payment of…

After being accused of a non payment of fuel by card at a garage my partner had never been to, this company changed the name of the station and the time the incident took place. Firstly they sent unclear photos of our car and receipt, which we investigated and then they sent a clear copy of a receipt which we pointed out that it says he paid cash. After numerous emails and a lot of intimidation they are dropping the case, as we stated that it was getting ridiculous and we were going to the trading ombudsmen. If anyone gets anything from this company please check all the information and get as much evidence as possible. It has been an absolute nightmare!!

Hi, I would like to report forecourt eye which is debt collection agency based in Leeds and above mentioned address in the beginning.I fuelled up my car at the one of MFG own petrol station based in Mirfield Dewsbury on the above mentioned date, but when I went to pay I realised the barclys payment services were down (Its all over the news) and was not working, So I called from the site to the barclys then and there but the waiting time was over an hour and had to go to work however, I stayed on site for almost over half an hour to see if I can sort this and make payment, but unfortunately did not, So I spoke to the guy on counter and ask if I can come back next day and make payment. But unfortunately he refused and said you will have to fill the form, to which I insist can I not come back and make a payment, He said Yes you can but you have to fill the form, So I innocently filled the form and also given all the requested infromation, To this point I did not know that I am giving my information to the Debt collection agency and never come across something like this before where the company submit the company information straight away to the debt collection agency, and its not like I ran away form the Spot, I actually offered different method of payment. After filling all this form I left the site ad about waiting in queue for over a hour finally I spoke to the barclys executive and he assured everything will be fine i short time of period.Very next day as I promised I went back to the same petrol station and I offer payment in by card again however, the counter guy refused to take the payment and said and I quote " Sorry I cant take payment as even if i do it will still show online that you have not paid, So wait for the letter or email and pay online. Also I dont know how to take payment online". So I left the site and as advised decided to wait.I received the email from fourecourt eye saying you have to pay extra £60 admin fees on top of the £15 which is the original amount, So I went back to the site again next day ad said I am willing to pay the cash, but like previously the same guy efused to take the payment, So now I have offered all available payment method to MFG but they are the one who refuse to take payment.So I Decided to speak to this company who sent me letter, However the company do not work over the weekend and since I work full time never got chance to speak to the company, So today I took a day off from work to which I have lost over £139.00 which is my daily income.However, upon ringing fourcourt eye I found out that on the other hand people who are sitting are not there to help but they there for being sarcastic, rude, very unempathetic and provocative goons and gangsters.Once I called the company they person who answered the phone after 13.5 minutes was straight to the interruption and won't let me talk or explain the situation, So I had to ask to stop, once I start talking she started interrupting again, and without empathy for going through all the hassle even after trying to make payment she very rudely said " I know what you are trying to do here, Your are trying to wave of the fees and that is not happening here". I was completely shocked the way she handled the query. Throughout the call conversation she kept repeating her self that its not happening, and kept over talking, not only that she said no one else from our team will talk to you in future, which really p##D me off, why would you talk like that, and paint everything in black and white or trying to paint community in black and white not directly but indirectly..?Why I have to suffer and have to go through of all this hassle due to the issue of 3rd party, I offered all the other alternatives but if the MFG does not have trained people where is my fault?Note: Every single other people who reviewed this company just so you know - This company works with Motor fuel group based in Herefordshire, I would recon... to complain them as well so they know what sort of nobs they have given contracts to.

Driving off????????

I was initially being accused of driving off without paying. But now they are saying that i did go in and pay but the payment didnt go through.But the best thing is, the so called offence was at a petrol station I have never been to, miles from my home.The pictures they sent of my car and receipt are blurred so there are no clear indication of my reg number or surroundings or the declined transaction.At first I thought it was a scam with the first two letters, so I threw them. I have received a final demand letter and I will not be paying for something I didnt do. Please be careful everyone if you receive anything from this company.
