Vile company, that don’t care about the reasons behind the transaction failing, and despite being the petrol stations fault you just get the same moronic and robotic response from the call handler. These companies should be regulated by the government, as they charge disproportionate admin fees that cannot be justified.
This is my first Trustpilot review, but I felt compelled to create an account to speak about my experience with Forecourteye. For context, I previously had an incident whereby a family member was driving my vehicle and did unfortunately forget to pay. That incident was settled and paid in full. I recently received another letter claiming that I made off without paying, at the same garage. I scanned the QR code to find two CCTV images, one showed my car parked at the pump entirely on its own, and the subsequent screenshot showed a car of the same colour with someone else actually filling up, but with a completely different registration plate, shape and make. The letter did not clearly set out any formal appeals process if an allegation is disputed. I would suggest that they rectify this immediately if mistakes like this are to happen, and going by the reviews here, it seems to have happened before. I then contacted them via their website to outline the error, only for their response to be that the garage claimed the vehicle was correct because it had happened before. It took a subsequent email with a fully annotated screenshot outlining the difference in the cars to mark the case as closed.I would hope that in future, such incidents are reviewed more in-depth and independently of any other incidents, to avoid these errors. Especially to receive letters mentioning debt resolution agencies causes a lot of unnecessary stress and could make certain individuals pressured to pay without fully understanding how to challenge the claim.
Rang up to pay within 5 minutes of the transaction, as I had left my wallet at home. Was told at the petrol station if I paid within 24 hours they would be no charge. Got charged £15 admin charge. The member of staff on the phone was so rude and abrubt and did not listen to what I was saying.
Always a tricky one debt collection as it's a triggers anger and frustration in many of us. After many weeks of back an forth proving that the alleged £20.50 fuel wasn't paid for actually was by proof of receipt fore court eye then passed this to another debt collection company totaling now over £300 for their mistake 🤬🤬. Now their denying all knowledge and didn't even have the courtesy to let me know the debt cancelled non&void. I can kinda of reconcile how this sort of headache happens, however being lied to by forecourt eye manager Steve and then having to deal with Aron the rudest "customer" advisor I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
I would give a zero but it's not an option. My husband paid in the petrol station shop but they charged him for the wrong pump number. Forecourteye sent a letter demanding money, I checked and my husband had paid the petrol station. I provided proof that he had paid but there had been an error by the petrol staff - they say that's the customer's fault. I did get them to acknowledge that they were requesting the wrong amount and they then said how much I'd have to pay. I've been trying to pay them since 30 December 2025 but the payment system is showing the wrong amount. I've been chasing them to amend the figure and they've now added another admin fee on as I've not paid them.I've threatened to take it further and pointed out how appalling their customer service is and that it's their mistake that's causing the delay in payment. They just keep adding admin fees on.Completely crooks.
Received Notification that my plate was recorded as having not paid for fuel in Southampton - I live over 400 miles away ! - Reviewed evidence further to scanning QR code on Forecourteye letter - My Plate had been cloned ! - Contacted Police and DVLA forwarded details - Forecourteye closed the case immediately - all within two days of receiving the letter. Excellent communications and service.
I received a letter from ForecourtEye stating that I drove away without paying for my fuel from Tesco Esso Express, Stanmore, HA7 1JN. It looks as though it was a problem with the machine as I put my bank card in and verified my pin - this is shown on one of the pics they have sent. I was unaware the payment had not been taken. I contacted Tesco via their WhatsApp helpline. Said I would like to pay for the fuel directly and am not willing to pay the £35 “admin” fee to ForecourtEye as this was not my mistake but a tech problem at the petrol pump. They contacted ForecourtEye and had the admin fee removed. Result! Thanks to the terrible reviews on here I did not bother trying to interact with ForecourtEye directly.
I had a very unpleasant experience with Forecourt Eye today over a genuine accidental fuel underpayment of £10.19. The petrol station manager acknowledged the oversight, but Forecourt Eye refused to consider this, and spoke to me in a facetious, intimidating, and unhelpful way.I explained I hadn’t received their initial letter due to living away from my address and asked to pay the fairer, lower amount admin fee but they didn’t care. Their approach felt rude, dismissive, and focused on extracting money rather than resolving issues fairly.
