A company that is set up just to make money off people when they've done nothing wrong. Tescos contactless payment service went down so I had to get my details taken like some others. I was told by the Tesco staff if I paid it straight away I wouldn't have to pay an additional charge but this wasn't to be true. Then I have this service charging me for the payment and then charging additional fees pay day for not paying. No customer service phone number available at the moment to sort this out either. How can you do this to people when they're not at fault?????? It was tescos contactless service that was at fault.
Was not in the country for 6 months. Came home to find 6-7 letters. Accusing me of driving off without paying. The case had already reached moorside legal company. I contacted them and sent them the pictures of my car and the car which was taken by forecourt eye. Big difference on the number plate as my car got Y and the car in forecourt eye image got a V. Still they would not agree and gave me 7 days to pay otherwise I will get a CCJ. Pathetic THIEVES
If I could rate - I would. Received a letter stating I didn’t pay for my petrol of £25.23 on 8th April 2035. However I spent £1.30 in the filling station. I stated the pump I used. I didn’t think anything of it. Today 15th May 2025. I receive a letter regarding this. So over a month later. Nobody in the filling station thought to stop me and say “excuse me that didn’t go through!” Nope they just left it unpaid and now this company is wanting a total of £60!!!…. I thought it was paid. This was the fault of the payment system in the filling station and now I’m being asked to pay this fee. Absolute joke and embarrassment of a company. So when I look online about their fees. It starts at £15 depending how many days you haven’t paid so technically I should be getting charged £25.23 plus £15 meaning £40.23. Where did £60 come from if this is the first I’m hearing about it. So they delay the letter and charge you more and you are totally unaware that your transaction didn’t go through properly and leave the filling station thinking all is good. Absolute joke
Tesco diesel /forecourteye13.5.25 ek12ghn.Went into garage to pay. Got Costa coffee and cigarettes plus diesel.6/6 letter saying not paid diesel.I've used tesco garage for over 20years . I always pay.always have. Attendant usually asks if any fuel. I would always answer truthfully.It makes me feel like a criminal.It takes time to fill coffee and get served.why wasn't diesel added to the bill (I rarely get a receipt.it isnt normally needed) surely the Attendant would notice as she would have to clear transaction before releasing pump to next customer. Not happy being a criminal.
Forecourt eye sent me a letter saying i didn't pay £16 of Diesel on May. Though they have the picture of my car in the petrol station they cannot show i took Diese, or anything else , as matter of fact ( the face of the person in the car seams to wear a dark mask too. I don't have one since the period of covid)....plus my car run only on petrol. I explained them that it is impossible I took Diesel, it would ruin the engine. But they are persistent that i owe them the cost of that Diesel. Now they sent me their final letter saying that they will send the Debit Resolution Agent and i will not be able to buy petrol all over the country until this phantonatic debt is paid. I am not going to shrink as it is a matter of principles. I didn't buy Diesel at all and my car wouldn't run if i used it ( a month already passed since the day i did pass ( probably) there. After all i usually buy petrol in that place. I whish they would do a proper check of the happening, but they do not bother to do a proper check and run on the accusation right away. They are there only to steal money to poor people. Shame yourself Forecourt Eye, you are deplorable and do not have the right to use your muscles to do what is wrong. What you do is openly evil.And just yo make sure, i do not want to get verufied by showing my face or ID, because it seams that nowadays everything needs to be shown to everyone. I lije my privacy and I want to keep it.
I got a letter saying I had not paid for fuel. Ive used this garage regularly for 25 years and never missed paying. I must have been in a rush and distracted as I can see that no payment left my account for the ammount or the day and i can see my image and my car. Of ocurse as i can see i made a mistake I will pay. But to be charged £35 is an absolute travisty. Absolute rip off. This firm should be investigated for extortion. How the heck can they justify £35 admin?!?!
Absolutely disgusting! Yesterday I attempted to pay at pump for fuel, I put my card in and it was accepted up to the amount of £117.19 but there was an issue meaning I had to try again. I did not get any fuel so there was no charge for this. But my second attempt to get fuel failed because, although this has never happened before, the money taken from my first attempt, had not been sent back straight away. This has left me completely screwed now and I need it to be reversed today as this is causing me problems!And as if that wasn't a problem enough, I get the privilege of paying £10 administration fee on top, for something that wasn't my fault!You should be thoroughly ashamed of yourselves!
Just had a letter from these, the picture shows a black Audi filling up with £86.15 unleaded petrol. My car is a black Jaguar XF DIESEL. the attendant even wrote the cars numberplate ending OOB my car ends OCB!.They don't answer the phone it just says no agents available and they don't respond to emails. The police are now dealing with them as scam as it's clearly not me or my car!I'm just ignoring them now and their threats in the post. The garage was no help either!
Sadly I can only go 1 star. They are basically crooks. I got £15 of petrol. My card didn't work due to changing bank accounts. They want £75 from me. No way. This must be illegal. £60 because of a banking error.? I will pay what I'm due. I admit that but will not be paying £60 for that. Total scum. Crooks and robbers.
