Tesco had a issue with there…

Tesco had a issue with there contactless payment system and because I had no physical card I was written up for one of these forecourteye reports. Phoned them up straight away and they confirmed the issues and removed the admin fee. Very polite staff.

Worst company imaginable

Pure ridiculous. Tesco staff at 6:30 in the morning commissioned the pumpTo put fuel in stood there filling only vechicle in for court. Went in and bought drink. Pinged the contactless. Didn’t even know the staff hadn’t put the fuel on. Duediligance staff without a brain cell. No help from customer service untill reasonable on a pay day for the working man. Beyond shocking system and procedures to help. Who even gets a job there is complete and utter waste of contribution to society. Go get a job where you actually contribute

Theft

I arrived at Tesco forecourt to buy petrol. At the first pump, my card was declined, I tried another then a third, because I chose to pay the cashier. My card was declined each time. The reason was that Forecourteye had emptied my current account of all available cash. Even when I arrived home I could not pay the bill. This is the second time this has happened. This is out and out theft. They applied a £4 surcharge which is an almost 27% surcharge which Forecourteye call an admin fee. They have done no admin, their computer system has added the surcharge in a split second. If the surcharge is taken over a 12 month period it would be over 9,700% interest, but because they call it an admin fee, they can get away with it and not cause the FSA to investigate. Their site states that no admin fee is charged if the payment is made within the first 24 hours. That time is not up until after 17:00 today. I spoke to an uneducated robot who just wanted to cut me off. It ended up with me telling him I would see them in court. Tesco is not the only company doing this. Asda also uses Forecourteye. I will never use a Tesco forecourt ever again. I was lucky I had bought my groceries before otherwise they would have taken £120 as Asda did once to me.

Bloodsuckers

An awful Company to deal with but they advertise to their "Clients" who are the big petrol retailers a 5:1 return on every £ they give Forecourt! More profits.I have used the local Shell garage in Henfield, W Sussex for the last 43 years and in September went in to fill my wifes car with petrol. Like many others I thought I had paid using my card and CCTV image clearly shows me trying to pay. Attendant said it was OK and I left. However Forecourt contacted me 3 weeks later and said I drove off without paying and had to pay immediately plus a £35 admin charge. Immediately wrote back and said I was unaware of not paying and please update my account to show fuel charge less their admin fee as it was not my fault.Reply was pay up or else further action, Wrote back enclosing a cheque and Forecourt response was no thanks and I also found out the admin fee had gone up.I am 75 years old with blood pressure and heart lssues and can really do without this.Their Customer Service is 0/10 their customer consideration is minus 500/10 and they are a cold, inefficient mob to deal with.My relationship with the local garage and Shell is OVER and I take every opportunity to tell friends and relatives NEVER to use a Shell garage as they use these bloodsuckers.PS. The admin fee has now risen to £120!!

Shocking

Shocking! I would leave 0 stars if I could. I was left unable to pay for my fuel due to an issue with my bank card / bank. 2 days later the fuel was paid for in full.2 weeks later I receive a very threatening letter demanding payment and an additional £60 admin fee. I obviously called this company up only to be put through to a very rude man, despite me giving him the reference number on the letter he had no idea what I was referring too, he said the debt was settled and when I asked if I could have some type of confirmation of this via email, letter he simply said no and then hung up on me.

Went to fuel up at the Shell Garage on…

Went to fuel up at the Shell Garage on London Road, High Wycombe. Exactly 4 weeks later, I had a letter stating I drove off without paying, yet there is a picture of me at the till paying. When checking my bank, the money hadn't gone through. The cashier didn't even tell me the payment was declined! I went to speak to the manager at the garage and they said to speak to forecourt eye, which I did and was greeted by disgusting customer service. They basically told me it was my fault for not checking and hung up the phone. I'm never using Shell again.

Vile company is forecourt eye customer…

Vile company is forecourt eye customer support, they would not listen to my reasons as the BP app did not take payment for £16 topping up to fill my tank to full. I was always willing to pay for the fuel amount, but they said payments would increase if I did not pay by midnight. No customer support and would not listen, just had to pay for the fuel and the admin fee, disgraceful service

If I could give Forecourt Eye zero…

If I could give Forecourt Eye zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute disgrace—completely unprofessional, unregulated, and utterly incompetent from top to bottom. They operate more like a cowboy outfit than a legitimate business. No transparency, no qualifications, and certainly no customer service to speak of. When you do manage to get a response, it’s dismissive, unhelpful, and borderline hostile. Seems to be run by the same two blokes from a bedsit; both are sexist and ‘talk down to the lady’. Only capable of 2 réponses, One begins ‘as I have ADVISED’ you, and the other involved putting the phone down. Seem to think they have it all covered by stating in the intro ‘you have to pay, we will hang up’. I had sent numerous emails to which they are not replying. What’s even more concerning is the way they seem to operate hand-in-hand with Shell staff—this has all the signs of an insider setup. It raises serious questions about the integrity of their operations and whether they’re more interested in extorting money than enforcing anything fairly. There’s zero oversight, no proper appeals process, and they appear to rely on intimidation tactics rather than facts or evidence. It’s shocking that a company like this is allowed to operate, let alone handle sensitive consumer information.Save yourself the stress—avoid any petrol station using Forecourt Eye. Their presence alone should be a red flag.I have now got my lawyers involved because as far as I am concerned, they have illegally scammed me of £75.As other reviewers have said, Shell have been just as dismissive and unhelpful and I believe it to be an inside scam between the two.

Right bunch of shbags

Despite trying to extort money and threatened consequences , would not accept my car is white when photo was of black car, Very strange that angle of photo was all wrong and finger over photo to obscure driver. Police and shell informed of suspected insider fraud job. Forecourt eye then escalated to debt collection agency. Shell company also hopeless. Still no apologies or compensation for stress and inconvenience
