Incorrectly framed, then art damaged during reframe

I wish I had read the reviews first. The ordering was simple. I approved a design. When it arrived, it had been done differently than approved. They were great about collecting the piece from me. Almost three weeks later, with no word from them, I reached out to ask about the reframe. It was then I learned that the art was damaged in their studio. (God knows when I would have learned this had I not reached out!) In short, don't trust them with you art. Pay a few extra dollars and go to a professional framing shop.

Jerks around good workers on benefits and lies, lots of lies.

If I was in charge, I’d make sure if I made promises to my employees that I would do ANYTHING to keep them, especially the hard working ones. Framebridge currently does the opposite and tells them one thing and does the other, they love to jerk people around and lie to them to try to hit cheap numbers. They promote people that they know who don’t even remotely deserve the position they got and also aren’t capable of doing the required tasks without everything blowing up in their faces. They give you a paper and congratulate you on getting full time but when it gets to “your big day” they do absolutely nothing different except try to drag it out another month or two after you were supposed to be full time and just keep telling you to wait on it when it was supposed to be theirs. I single handily fixed their broken process, upped the quality of the entire department by myself for even when I’m not there by implementing new techniques and strategies. Saved them hundreds of thousands of dollars in scrap and gave them the keys to the city in acrylic. Had another great idea ready for them to save even more money for when I got my full time, unfortunately that moment never came but the lies sure did.... when I told them I quit before my shift started they wanted me to continue working there so Joey in HR told me they would hire me full time near the beginning of my shift so I agreed to the terms and he also mentioned a seasonal team lead position that I was interested in, I got so excited I was being rewarded for my hard work, just to come in and nothing happen any different, when I asked them about it, Leslie in HR didn’t even know anything about it and they had no plans on making me full time. Yet, they can hire someone who started the same exact day that I did who barely shows up when he’s supposed to and not only does he get full time but gets a higher paying position as well where he doesn’t hardly have to do Jack Shht. You wonder why I’m mad and I quit? That’s why. Oh and after Joey told me they’d take me back any time I wanted to work there, they put me on a no hire back list so I couldn’t come back because I simply left after all the lies. Not to mention all the extra stuff that I had to put up with while working there, like being wrote up for not only something I didn’t do but something that NO ONE even did because it didn’t happen. -an honest review from one of your hardest workers you’ve ever had or will ever have HAD.

Good experience - not the quickest

I have to say I had a fairly good experience with Framebridge. I read some of the negative reviews here (but only after I sent my artwork away and started getting nervous) but everything went smoothly. I float framed a 12" round original artwork. $129.Ordered Sept 15thBox to ship my artwork off Sep 18thI sent it out Sep 20thThey received it Sep 26thI got an email that they unpackaged it Oct 1stI got 'designer's choice' and they sent me 3 frame options Oct 2I chose and they confirmed Oct 3I didn't hear anything by Oct 12 and was getting nervous so I emailed to check on it. They got straight back to me letting me know it was about to be shipped out. It shipped out Oct 14thI got it Oct 18th. Looks great. No issues. So it took a little over a month from when I clicked to order to getting it back. The price is just OK when compared to Michaels/Aaron Bros framing. So if you're in a hurry or want more choice, I'd definitely say go to Michaels. If you just want someone to deal with it and don't care about timing, Framebridge is great. I wish during the framing process I'd get an update or an email to say it would take 11 days so I knew not to get worried.

So very disappointed - do not use Framebridge

Unfortunately, like others on this site, I made the highly regrettable mistake of using Framebridge. The communication was unresponsive and mostly unhelpful, the staff made no creative suggestions beyond grey, white or black frames, they told me the originals were damaged but refused to send a picture of the damage (no iphones at Framebridge??) and then when I finally received the frames the sizes were inconsistent: 2 prints designed to be hung side-by-side now look rather stupid. I strongly encourage you to avoid this service as not worth your time or money. CD in SF

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Like another reviewer, my photograph was not centered in the mat (off by a lot, like 1/4"). Got it back and guess what...still not centered (now off by 1/8") AND there are now two parallel creases running through the photograph, like it was run through some sort of machine or handler.
