Nuvio is my first experience with a chiller. I had an ice bath already and enjoyed it, but I got tired of always having to get ice and wasn’t sure that the temperature was low enough to be effective. The Nuvio chiller has been amazing at helping my bath to maintain a low temperature! I love that it is portable. I have used it outside and inside! When I had an issue and needed help from customer service, they were quick and consistent in communication until my issue was resolved! It took them less than a month to figure out what I needed and patiently walked with me throughout the process!Thank you for a great product from a great company!
The regular chiller unit has been reliable; I've had it for a long time, it keeps the water cold all day, and it is quiet enough for an apartment, making it easy to live with. Customer support replied quickly when I asked about upgrade options for the new model. I ordered the Pro and will give an update on how it compares.
I purchased the chiller and The sauna last year. The sauna heater didn’t work right away and after Showing a video of how it was malfunctioning too customer service, they replaced it immediately, no charge. Recently, my chiller seem to be malfunctioning. After detailing the issue to the “chat”!service On the website, I was referred to the technical team via email. And in just a couple of days, they sent me a troubleshooting procedure that fixed it !! Overall, Nuvio has high quality products, professional, courteous, and prompt customer service!!
I bought a Nuvio chiller and it stopped working after only a couple of months, and all 3 of my attempts to reach out to Nuvio Customer Service lead to no calls or emails back. Do not buy this product. Spend the extra $100 on a different chiller and save yourself the hassle in the future. Very dissapointed.
Device stopped working after 2 months. It never really achieved the 39 degree promised, but got cold enough to work. When my partner torn his hamstring, it was a great opportunity to use this to help with rehab. Sadly, it just died. The temperature gauge says it is getting colder, but an actual thermometer shows the water has not changed. The pump completed ceased up. Am so disappointed with this thing.
Can anyone help me get a refund? I purchased the chiller and pod for my kids at xmas. We tried 3 times to get it to work and it never got cold. It also made funny noises. I wanted to return it but the company made it so hard to do with me having to video steps. We gave up for a while. But then my kids keep asking for me to try to get it working and that I shouldn't have wasted my money on this brand. I just tried again and now there is water leaking through the chiller. I have sent pictures and videos along the way to the company but they will not assist with a reimbursement. The chiller and pod is junk. May some one help me who has had success in getting a refund? Thank you!
I purchased the Nuvio chiller and when it came a piece was broken on the pump. I contacted their customer service and they responded immediately and took care of the problem. They sent me a new pump and I had it within 2 days. Very fast and very thorough. Most companies make it difficult, this was a great experience.
Ive got both the chiller and the sauna from Nuvio and I have been very impressed so far. I've been using daily for about 30 days now and they perform just as I need them to. There are more professional chillers available on the market but they are easily 2-3x the price
