One of the worst experience ever. Regret placing order with them. Never ever order anything from them. Disgusting service. Once you give token amount, you will not be entertained anymore. Keep waiting forever.Ordered sofa worth 3000€. Waited for 12 weeks. Had to pay transport cost. Got the sofa. Damaged in 1 month. Service department asked to pay 75€ again for pickup and repair and asking to wait for another 6-12 weeks.This is really disgusting from this company. It’s like waiting half a year for the sofa. Horrible business model, which needs to be changed. Repair shouldn’t take 6-12 weeks for an existing sofa. Just refund my money and take back your sofa which couldn’t even sustain for a month. Your 2 years warranty is just costing me my money, time and energy.
The sales representatives were very pleasant and took their time to explain the fine details of each furniture I was interested in and were even kind enough to search for the item that matched my budget.I will recommend anyone who wants a good piece of furniture to check out seats and sofas.
Surprisingly, mostly everything went well during the purchase. It's been a few months already and the sofa is fine. Delivery was on time but the delivery fee was very high. The delivery fee should have been included in the price.I wish we could get the sofa that we wanted from the showroom. It wasn't not in ready stock and wanted to get the showroom model but that wasn't an option.
I ordered a fully mechanised topline sofa from seat and sofa as I moved into my new home.The sofa was delivered 3 months late, delaying plans to move in, with broken pieces. While this may be an issue with a supplier, I was surprised with a downgrade in function when compared to the showroom. When I enquired about this, I was surprised to see the sales team mention that I had signed for this downgraded model without my awareness. This is fraud, given that prices are not listed on the sofa model and the customer has no idea on what he is signing up for just going by the model nameI am contemplating if this calls for legal action based on the response I recieve from the company.Company should profit by increasing the gap between procurement and sale, but do this ethically - the customer feels cheated and hurt with such actions!
We came in before closing and we were still professionally and efficiently helped. The salesman listened to our requirements and gave us good options in our price range. The sofa is very comfortable and high quality.Would definitely recommend this shop
I ordered a sofa from Seats and Sofa Eindhoven on 13 September 2024 and was confidently told by the salesperson that it would arrive within 6 weeks. However, I had to wait a full 13 weeks for delivery.Furthermore, attempts to inquire about the delivery status were met with vague responses and a lack of proactive communication from Seats and Sofa. I was never provided with a tracking number, leaving me constantly in the dark regarding the whereabouts of my order.I would strongly advise potential customers to be wary of the delivery timelines provided by them as they appear to be significantly underestimated. I hope this feedback will encourage Seats and Sofa to improve their communication and delivery processes to better serve future customers.
