As all the other reviews I wish I’d read before purchasing a Sharp Tumble dryer - stopped working after 6 months, 2 yr warranty, you would think no problem! But took 2 weeks to send out an engineer from Pacifica, they came with no parts, diagnosed the problem (which was it kept stopping and saying water full), got a new date for another engineer to come with the part (3weeks later) and the part didn’t fix the problem. He said it was something else that was wrong. Another fortnight to wait for another part, who knows if it will work! Weeks without a tumble dryer is just not acceptable, will definitely be reporting to anyone who will listen! Never bought SHARP before and will stick to Hotpoint or Samsung in future. Warranty evidently ok if you don’t need the product for weeks at a time- totally unacceptable
Poor regular unresponsive remote. Yes new batteries. TV guide works for a day or two then 'no information available'Need to reset, disconnect from mains and boot up again.Pic is ok. Sound is ok.Wouldn't buy again. Back to LG probably...
2 weeks trying to get through, and no response from email address either... Similar to below been calling the 0333 577 7230 number, which has no queuing system, and makes you sit through a an IVR message to tell you you are calling the right place, but dont call here for Shark... just let us get through outrageous. not sure if I should blame Currys or Sharp. Currys are also useless despite the fact they sold the goods to me.
Bought a Sharp Fridge Freezer less than a year ago. Suddenly the top of the fridge is cold bottom half warm. Went through customer service they sent an engineer to Newcastle we live in Kent. Finally sent an engineer today who said it’s a faulty thermostat. Will take a week for the part to come in . 3 weeks without a working fridge. Don’t waste your time buying Sharp products. Their customer service is truly awful. Happy to take your money but your product will breakdown and they don’t care about customers. Avoid their products and buy a better brand.
Hi. I would like to say how pleased I am at the brilliant service I received from mark’s lovely team of lads. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Their work was excellent and I can’t not say about josh who had to go under the lounge flooring to find wiring! Happy workers who made me laugh honest workers and a great team. I purchased the Tv for my daughter to use while she is studying at University. She has rang me today as the screen doesn't work properly. There isn no damage to the screen but it has a number of lines running across it and no longer shows any picture. Whilst I am aware it is outside the 12 month warranty I wouldn't have thought it would be faulty so soon. Bought a microwave and it has given up just after 1 year guarantee expired. Emailed the address in hand book who told me they can't help. Gave me another email address and they wouldn't help either. Gave up waiting for helpline to answer. Pen and paper letter to Hq two weeks ago ignored. Terrible customer service and shocking build quality from a firm who used to have such a good reputation. Will not buy Sharp again.
Tried to call Sharp as my washing machine purchased 6 months ago has several issues including a door that won't open with my laundry trapped inside it. In desperation today I spent 6 hours 46 minutes waiting for someone to answer the customer support team number on 03335777230 only to be eventually cut off!Haven't a clue what to do now except try to call again tomorrow...appalling way to treat their customers!
