Disgraceful

Posting this for someone who can not post it themself>Sharp have false listings for their products, they recommend products giving false information to do so, they sell faulty products, then neglect to do anything about any of this and completely ignore you even though you've no other means to contact them. Fraud and discrimination and disgraceful misconduct.

What a piece of crap

What a piece of crap! 1st tumble dryer was written off within 3 days of it arriving because the heat pump failed. 2nd one came and lasted a few months… heat pump went AGAIN!!! Engineer out 3 times a third heat pump fitted…water still pissing out of it … no further forward…might aswell have set the £500 on fire and not bothered…. DO NOT BUY!!!⚠️⚠️⚠️🚮

Had a tumbler dryer 2 months and it doesn’t even work, they don’t call you back and DONT answer the phone, under warranty but can’t even speak to anyone, broke after 2 months what a joke, do not buy sharp products

I hired private investigators through…

I hired private investigators through Team bark,, i payed R1500 on the 13th of July till today i have not received any reponse, my communication and calls are not going through anymore as if i am being blocked...the person claimed to work for Sharp investigator.It is so sad to pay for a service thet you will never receive...i used to call investigator for feedback and he decided to just avoid me...please advise a way forward

Sharp are an absolute disgrace

What a absolute disgrace, don’t buy anything from sharp, especially the aquo 65inch tv, had this tv just over a year and was just told we can’t do anything we don’t carry the parts. So you will have to get a local repair service in at your own expense.Surely a tv should last more then 16 months. NOT IF YOU BUY A SHARP TV IT WON’T !

Faulty fridge freezer

I give a low star rating for this company.We bought a fridge freezer American style it was expensive , however it was faulty before the warranty ends since the cooling function was not as good even long time before the warranty ends.They refer me back to the retailer. Avoid buying anything from sharp as they will not take responsibility for any fault even within warranty period.

They don’t respond about faulty products!!

The tumble dryer I bought has been smelling of burnt rubber so I’ve tried to find an email address to customer service since AO doesn’t take responsiblity for the products they sell. Sharp does not respond to the email they have listed online. Almost a year later, I’ve found a really concerning and bizarre mark on the side of the dryer. It’s a huge bulge that looks like melted plastic and bits coming off. It has not been moved from its space so I certainly have not caused it to get this way. How am I ever going to get any help?? I have a disability so I don’t use the telephone.Update: I never got a response from Sharp. In the end I had to deal with this through AO, who are absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It took many reminders and two months before they finally came and picked up the damaged appliance. Apparently it had been damaged in transit before it came to me. I have detailed my experience with AO in another review. They are really the worst.

Worst TV I ever had

Worst TV I ever had, even the cheap Polaroid or the chinese Hisense I have in other rooms of the house are 1000 times better than this Sharp TV. I have it for less than a year and the apps doesn’t work, the tv keeps freezing and doing updated by itself, the wifi keeps disconnecting and the remote control barely works needs to press 100 times for it to communicate with the TV. I had enough tonight after trying to watch netflix for over an hour and still couldn’t watch, while in the other rooms of the house all TVs are working perfectly fine. Im buying another tv tomorrow and this crap goes straight to the bin as I dont wish this TV to my worst enemy.

Absolute crappiest tv ever brought

Absolute crappiest tv ever brought. The remote doesn't work properly to change the Chanel only when it suits. The apps never load properly have to reboot the tv at the mains atleast once a day. If you come out of an app and load tv guide the loading sign will just spin because it can't handle what you've asked it to do. Had the tv 2 years and lost my receipt or I would of returned it. Absolute crap frustrates me so much in a daily basis for something so simple.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, never buy from them, they have 0 customer service, never respond to calls or messages, I was trying to reach them already for 2 years for diffrent items I bought from them, not a sinlde response, no repairs, no warranty , nothing. Stay away from them
