Bought a 50 inch Sharp 4k tv from Asda £300 crap, the screen is forever freezing when I'm watching Netflix, Nowtv, Disney or Amazon prime dies it 3 or 4 times a day, it has nothing to do with wifi quality as it has full reception which I'd have saved a bit longer and bought elsewhere
Bought aSharp ES-NFB814AAB 8kg Washing Machine with 1400 rpm - Graphite - B Rated .in January had it repaired twice. Keeps sticking constantly on drain /spin it's a nightmare! the repair man said I didn't have enough washing in ! Then the next time it was too heavy ! Will never buy a sharp washing machine again costs more in electric trying to spin 20xs ! I live by myself luckily don't have much washing god help if you have a family . Do not get one of these ! Had to put date of experience as jan because since I bought it it's been a nightmare
Horrendous customer Service. Dryer went down at Xmas and on the 9th of Jan still no attendance under warranty. Received a call to confirm a 3rd party would contact me, still nothing a week later.Best stay away from this brand and buy another.
I give zero star !!!!I bought a Sharp dryer on November 27, 2022. It stop heating and yesterday the engineer from pacifica try repair IT. Id. 12210282/0 .after he lef my house , the dryer stopped working and displayed the code E05. there was an incredible smell in the house. trying to call your line is impossible.you switch me from person to person and disconnect me after a few minutes. very poor customer service.I am very angry and I will make a complaint against you.
I bought a Sharp tumble dryer in January 2023. It developed a noise similar to a plane taking off. Very difficult to get an appointment and had to go through the original supplier to get one. Engineer came on 14/12/23 and said a new motor was needed. I am still in dispute with Sharp as the engineer actually reported nothing wrong. Was promised an uplift for 2/2/23 but they have changed their minds and want to send another engineer. Watch this space
Currently dealing with repair issues on a 10 month old washing machine, inconsistent and unsatisfactory communication from seller and manufacturers repair team. Advised that a further (4th) visit will be required, after two failed repair attempts. Would not purchase or use again
Tumble dryer with 2 year warranty not working correctly after 1 year. Trying to contact Sharp impossible. Phone number never lets you get to speak to someone. Emails not answered. Waste of money. Never using a Sharp product again (luckily my only purchase of a sharp product).
Shocking customer service the washer dryer has broken down due to the start button 3 times they know it’s a fault but won’t recall this was said to me by the engineer, on the 4th time I reported on the 4/12/23 they booked my repair then cancelled the repair due to no contact even though they emailed me and I responded on the day which was the 18/12/23 it’s now the 29/12/23 no repair can’t get though and my job has again been cancelled I, I will never buy a product from Sharp again complete cowboys disgusting customer service.
I bought my 43" Sharp tv 30months ago. Which in the eyes of some might be old, to me it is not. I have just been informed the back light has gone. This will be a £150- £200 repair,and might not work, a new tv is just over £300. So in the bin goes a mass of plastic, and a new tv has to be bought. There are so many things wrong with this scenario, not least the well known electrical appliance built in expiration date. My last tv lasted 2hrs, because I dropped it 🙈. However,the one before that I had TEN years and it was still going strong, when I gifted it down the family, as a 'starter' tv. For this to fail in 30months is nothing but shoddy workmanship, and poor quality parts. I'd say stay away for that alone, however there is also the lack of clarity on the Sharp website. Although they are not the only company guilty of that. I searched high and low for prices on their site, I still haven't found one. I am assuming I have,to go on a hunt down the rabbit hole, that is the internet to find sellers. Then I will have to jump from seller to seller to compare prices. Then back and forwards to find delivery dates. Not forgetting the search for ' do they deliver to Scottish Islands', or are we classed as 'international' or 'overseas'. In summary poor quality merchandise, not user friendly website, and no sign of customer service.You can tell a rubbish company on Trustpilot very simply, they never respond to feedback.
