Customer service not functional

Customer service as far as I can tell does not function. I have requested an uplift number for a repair, they deliberately put me through to an incorrect number abet and now it is impossible to get through to them. This is disgusting. Crap product crap company! -10 stars if possible!!!

OMG Disgusting Customer Service

OMGI thought that Sharp might come good if I showed up their awful customer service, but seeing all the bad reviews they obviously could not care less.I have just bought a flatbed microwave. Love the look and will probably love the product once I can use it. The specs say it comes with a user manual( obvious I would have thought) but not in the box. After two phone calls and pointing out it is advertised as coming with a manual, they will only send one if I pay £11 for it !!!!!!!!!No way . They now say Amazon advertised it incorrectly but Amazon did not write the “ included in the box” specification.Sharp now want me to email them with a link to Amazon( at 80 I don’t know how to send a link ) so they can “ escalate it.”All I want is a user manual for their product as difficult for me to keep having to download online manual.Come on Sharp, how about a bit of old fashioned customer service ????

Don't buy Sharp, their after sales are mierda

I was well pleased with my Sharp microwave, which I paid around £175 for in March 22. In October 23, after a life of very moderate use, it suddenly began to trip the electric system and became unusable. To condense a very protracted story of my attempt to get some kind of assistance, Sharp just couldn't give a stuff, so don't bother to try. I am now left with a lovely microwave, still in pristine condition just waiting for it's final journey to the tip.

Awful customer service

Bought a Tumble Dryer with two year warranty in Dec 2022. It stopped working end of Sept 2023. Took two weeks to get through to anyone at customer services on phone (go through the options only for the call to be disconnected). Sharp outsource repairs to Pacifica. Sent an email to helpdesk and no one ever replied. Took another 12 days to send out an engineer to then tell me two parts needed to be ordered. Was sent a text to contact them to arrange an appointment 9 days later but again couldn't get through. Four days later was contacted by Pacifica to be told an engineer would arrive on the 21st Nov 2023, which when he arrived asked me what the problem was even though he had the replacement parts in his hand! He proceeded to blow the machine part again and and informed me a new one would need to be re-ordered as he then realised he should have fit the one part before the other. Do these engineers actually read any previous notes given? are they qualified engineers? I told him I needed my tumble dryer working as I am asthmatic and have damp issues now due to the washing I am having to place around my home to dry them. He made a call and arranged a visit for two days later. I received a text message confirming this and then 3 hours later got another one telling me the visit was on hold. I have attempted to contact again this morning and no getting through. They do not seem to have a complaints department I can contact (I wonder why?). I am at the end of my tether and was in tears this morning trying to get some resolution. It's making me ill. I have other things to deal with and don't need what should be a simple repair adding to my stress levels. I shall NEVER buy a product from Sharp again because of the awful customer care and service.

Sharp - Pacifica

Purchased a Sharp washing machine in February 2023. It broke down on 27th October and I telephoned the helpline listed in the manual.An engineer from Pacifica came out to look at it on 31st October. He said he would order parts needed and I received a text to say the repairs would take place on 17th November.Received text on 15th November to say parts were delayed and repair would now take place on 24th November.On 23rd November received another text saying repair would now take place on 29th November. At this point I was so frustrated with all the cancellations and not being able to speak to anyone as lines are always busy or they cut you off. Had also paid out in excess of £150 at the launderette over the time I had been waiting for a repair so I had no choice but to buy another washing machine.After numerous attempts I finally spoke to someone at Pacifica who told me to send proof of purchase of the original and new machines and she would action a refund. I sent this to the email address she provided the same day but have heard nothing back. I also emailed Sharp and Pacifica on 5th December with all the details of my complaint but again, have had no reply.Their customer service seems to be non existent and I am extremely disappointed with their treatment of the whole situation. I would strongly recommend anyone to avoid using either Sharp or Pacifica as, in my experience, they are awful.

Bought a sharp washing machine, 5 months in and the start button stopped working. Under warranty and called their repair service Pacifica. At first it seemed good, booked a repair slot and even went for extended warranty. The engineer couldnt find property and cancelled job, waited 2 weeks for this booking and because he couldn't find us we had to call up and book again waiting another 2 weeks. The day before coming they cancelled again and said ordering part. Lol they haven't see the machine to order part. 20+ calls and they decided to say give us your seller details and invoice and we will authorise a code so they can uplift washing and issue a new one. 24hrs and code will be sent, still waiting a week later. No longer can get through to get this code. Their lines to get ppl to buy warranties are available but to book repair etc are apparently too busy and they just say service unable and hang up on you. Pacifica is one of worst companies I've had to deal with. 5 weeks on still not resolved.

Never ever buy any sharp product I have a tumble dryer been waiting since august for a repair there repair people came out this week changed parts and still doing the same fault so all in all haven’t had a working tumble dryer for 3 months there repair people are terrible pacifica please people listen DO NOT BUY SHARP ABSOLUTE RUBBISH AFTER CARE RUBBISH been on hold for 45 mins today still don’t answer AVOID AT ALL COSTSUPDATE HAD ANOTHER REPAIR MAN OUT AND NOW HAVE BEEN TOLD NOT TO USE TUMBLE DRYER AS IT IS A FIRE RISK AND GREAT COILD HAVE KILLED ALL MY FAMILY AND BURNT MY HOME DOWN THEY STILL WANT TO DO ANOTHER REPAIR THEY MAY PUT THE CORRECT PART IN THIS TIME CANNOT GET HOLD OF SHARP HAVE TO HAVE A FIRE RISK ITEM IN MY HOME AND HAVE TO ACCEPT THEM REPAIRING IT THEY WILL NOT REPLACE OR GIVE ME VOUCHERS SO I COULD BUY ANOTHER BRAND OF TUMBLE DRYER SHARP YOU SHOULD HANG YOUR HEADS IN SHAME DISGUSTING PEOPLE YOU NEVER ANSWER YOUR PHONES I BET YOU WOULD NOT ACCEPT THIS WOULD YOU NO SHARP YOU WOULDNT DO NOT BUY A SHARP PRODUCT EVER ITS LIKELY TO BURN YOUR HOUSE DOWN AND KILL YOUR FAMILY AND I BET SHARP WOULDNT BE LIABLE FOR THAT EITHER DO NOT BUY A SHARP PRODUCT EVER !!!!!!!!

Terrible product and even worse…

Terrible product and even worse customer service.I am on my second dryer from them in under a year and I'm now over 8 weeks since I told them it broke again and still have no working dryer. They don't care, cut you off when you tell them your issues and NEVER follow up. I could write an essay here but they are not worth that effort as they won't read it. DO NOT USE SHARP PRODUCTS EVER

Horrible product and no help. AVOID

Bought a SHARP washer and dryer. Broke down within 5 months. Contacted SHARP as I was still within warranty, was extremely hard to get hold of customer service and when I did, they were very disrespectful and didn’t seem willing to help. After contacting multiple time, finally an engineer came to look at it and change parts. It stopped working again within days. Had to go through the same thing, try to get hold of customer service and re do things. Again, appalling customer service - just plain rude and unwilling to help. Got the parts changed again but we stopped using it. Couldn’t return it either to Curry’s as they don’t handle this and had to contact SHARP for this. But guess what? Sharp customer service barely picks up. So it’s just sitting at the garage - wasting space. Our product wasn’t cheap either so this was a very expensive mistake. I would recommend everyone to just avoid this company.
