Awful, from start to finish. First placed my order of some eagle f1s for my bmw, all was fine until 2 days after rider being placed and due to being fitted I get a email stating they do not have those tyres and they offered me some tyres which I didn’t really want but I had to take as it was to late to place another order for when I needed them. Fast forward to delivery and fitting day and the technician arrives and within 5 mins in knocking on my door saying the wheels are stuck on and he cannot remove them, I then take a look and ask him what equipment he has and he reveals that all he has is a small METAL hammer and no rubber mallets or anything such as even a block of wood to absorb the impact, so they advertise fully fitted and equipped vans and they do not even have rubber mallets or blocks of wood to not harm your rims, these cowboys are seriously cutting corners and when confronted they try to call you a liar and that they have done nothing wrong, they offered me a measly 5% discount. The management also did not make any real effort to rectify the issue and clearly do not have much knowledge about tyres despite working for a company that sells and fits them. Not to mention the countless hours I’ve spent waiting on the phone and explaining myself multiple times over and over to staff taking away from my working time and just being a very inconvenient experience. Clearly very incompetent staff and nobody seems to know what’s going on, will not waste my time next time and I will also be telling everyone every time the subject comes up not to buy from these cowboys and to stay far away. Also just to add, I am currently getting the tyres fitted by a garage that actually knows what they are doing and has the correct equipment for the job as I write this, 20 mins after a supposed technician came and said they were ‘stuck’. Embarrassing company🤡
I booked a tyre fitting through Tyre Shopper and had a disappointing experience. The fitter arrived just 15 minutes before the end of the stated time window and it took an hour to do the 3 tyres, so be aware that you may need to be available well beyond the slot you are given.One of the tyres has a slow puncture. I have repeatedly tried to contact Tyre Shopper by email and phone, but have received no response to my emails and have spent long periods on hold without getting through. I've written to the complaints address and received no response.As a result, I now have to top up the tyre with air every 3-4 weeks and track down a working air station, which is inconvenient and frustrating, especially as I cannot currently afford to replace the tyre. Overall, the lack of aftercare and customer support has been very poor.
Absolutely shocking mobile tyre service - avoid at all cost.My partner had four tyres fitted on her car outside our house – the tyre fitter managed to damage all four wheels in the process – one of which is just chewed to bits.To top it all off I’ve just been and checked and one of the tyres has been put on the wrong way round.
16/09/2025 I purchased 4 new tyres from TyreShopper.Co.uk I couldn’t arrange for them to be fitted online at my local Halfords garage as the website was not working correctly. So phoned Customer Services to purchase them over the phone and arrange fitting at the Halfords garage. Told by Customer Service that they knew about this online ordering issue but could not take my order as I would have to pay the garage. Made no sense at all. So I decided to use the mobile fitting service which did work. Fitter arrived as booked and fitted the 4 new tyres. Unfortunately, whilst fitting the new tyres he managed to damage all four of the alloy wheels to varying degrees. The offside rear alloy sustaining the most damage. It was as if the fitter had never fitted tyres before. It looked like they had been chewed by Jaws! Fitter must of known he had damaged the alloys but failed to tell me. Rang Tyre Shopper Customer Service immediately to complain and was passed around in circles for at least an hour to eventually get an email address to whom I could send my complaint. Complaint sent including photos no response or acknowledgment received to date.
I booked Tyre Shopper to change two front tyres and they subsequently booked my order and took my money to do the work two days later.However the next day I got a text telling me that they no longer provided a service in my area and to phone customer service to take it to a garage or get a refund.When I did I was told that the problem was that the vehicle coming to do my tyre change had problem with its compressor. When I explained that I could no take it to a garage because it needed new tyres. Finally they said it would take five working days to process my refund.Safe to say I will never use them again
Purchased 4 new tyres. Prior to fitting I emailed the customer service as I had found them at a cheaper price. The T&C’s on the website allow for 48hours to claim as part of their price guarantee. I have been ignored and after numerous emails I have continued to be ignored. Poor customer service all round. I wouldn’t recommend tyre-shopper.
Bought 4 x avon tyres at a cost of £415.96 in June 2024 just had car mot'd advisory all four tyres cracking in tread contacted tyres shopper' we don't give a guarantee on tyres so less than 15 months on the car 9100 miles travelled and tyre date stamp tyres were a year old when fitted so be warned unless you are prepared to pay over 400 pounds a year for tyres don't deal with these people
Four tyres ordered for fitting in two days time. Confirmation email & text reminding me to be on time etc. On fitting day wait around for an hour then told tyres haven't been delivered. The Halfords customer service chap was helpful & arranged a refund.
Order 4 x Dunlop tyres to be fitted. On the day of fitting received a call saying the tyres hadn't arrived in time and therefore I had to rebook for a week later (decided to give them the benefit of the doubt in this instance). A week later I go to get the tyres fitted at a Halfords autocare centre. After getting home I realise that I have been provided with 4 x RXMotion tyres, something I have never heard of. I immediately call the halfords centre who tell me that when the original appointment was cancelled, it was due to tyreshopper not having the tyres I ordered in stock. Furthermore, without consulting me, they had decided to send these replacements instead and refund me the difference - something I was never consulted on nor would I have agreed to if i had. After attempting to call tyreshopper I was stuck ona long call with customer support who, by the end told me that since i had driven away I had used the tyres and that the refund of the difference was already in place. I have since been sent in circles between tyreshopper's customer support email (which is no longer in use as an automated halfords response email told me), and halfords online support who say that tyreshopper is a separate entity (even though I received an automated response from halfords for an email sent to a tyreshopper address!). I will be raising my complaint with trading standards and disputing the payment through my bank. Avoid these scam artists at all costs
Had 4 new tires fitted today while I was at work on further inspection noticed they are already over a year old ( also they fitted different tires to what was ordered ) as they say they have got any stock even though there website said available for next day fitting
