We will take your money and then, on the day of fitting, offer a worse tyre on a different date.

Ordered 4 new Bridgestone Turanza 6 tyres on Monday (their promoted premium tyre) and booked a mobile fitting slot for Thursday. The morning of the fitting, which I had arranged to be at home for, I was emailed at 10am to say 'the suppliers did not have the tyres in stock' but told I was automatically being booked to offer an unwanted worse tyre (Pirelli Powergy) to be fitted the next day at the same price. The only way to change this was for me to phone a central number and be put in a queue. It took 20 minutes to then phone and cancel my order. It will take 5 working days to get my money back.I have used this company in the past, but from other recent reviews my experience is far from unique and I will not be using them again:They didn't know or communicate that the tyre ordered was apparently not available until mid way through the morning of the day of fitting (but did seem to know that the alternative tyre would be available for next day fitting).When they did finally know they had a problem, they didn't call to discuss an alternative tyre/date - they just auto booked me for a worse tyre at the same price on a date and time that wasn't convenient.The ONLY way to discuss or cancel was through a central line which by their own admission was 'busy' listening to a ridiculous jingle for 20 minutes.

Disappointing service

I’ve used Tyre Shopper in the past and have been fairly happy with the service but not this time! Ordered and paid for four tyres to be fitted at my home. The order and date were confirmed via email. The day before the fitting, I was informed via email that there were no mobile fitters available so the fitting was cancelled, with an invitation to call and reschedule. Made a new appointment over the phone but the mobile fitting service was no longer an option, so I arranged an appointment to take the car to their fitters. An hour later, another email cancelling that appointment AND the order with a refund taking up to 10 days.Fairly poor service.

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered tyres for my BMWI3. Paid for them and then got a text saying they haven’t got them in stock later that afternoon when I needed them fitted urgently. Now the refund is going to take six days so I can’t drive my car till I have the money back. Terrible service, I said on the phone that I will be leading a bad review and the girl said well I don’t care because it really ain’t gonna bother me! Avoid avoid avoid.

Received confirmation of order from you at 11.40 17 Jan to have tyre replaced at Halfords London Road Derby today 18 Jan at 15,30 paying £6.00 premium for Saturday. Garage called this morning at 07.42 and cancelled as his diary was was already full also, he did not have tyre in stock. Stated national site could not see his availability when booking???? If we had known yesterday could have chosen another garage for today bit too late now. Result unable to make hosptial appointment. Contacted customer service. Advised not Tyre Shopper issue need to contact Supplier. So much for high quality service 0 for that!!!

Rubbish service!!

I ordered tyres to be fitted today and that was confirmed and also received a text today to say they should be around between 8-12, and that i will receive a call prior to their arrival, no one arrived, no one call/send a message to say that they will be late of if they are still coming. Called their customer service, first call , the line was dropped afyter wating for several minutes, called again and finally someone answered. He was very appologitic but that does not mean anything to me, Ive already waisted the whole of my morning and by the looks of it the whoel of the afternoon.He rang the Hub to find out what is happening and he was told by the hub person that they have nothing to do with iot and that national tyres should be in touch to conform the order and the instalation. I reitterated to the operator that i received several mesages and email to confirm the order and the instalation, he said they can do anything about it because there system is diffirent eventhough they are one company.I am still waiting for the call from National tyres!!!

Good price but horrendous service

Tyres ordered online and selected an available time slot for fitting at home, the next day I receive an email saying they can't fit them at this time and automatically reassigned a slot at another day without asking if this was suitable. Phoned and after 30 minutes finally got through to someone who was rude, couldn't be bothered with trying to rearrange for a more suitable slot so I was given no choice but to cancel the order. As the price was good I thought I would give it another try thinking this was a one off and again selected an available slot for home fitting and the next day the same again, the date and time was rearranged without prior consultation to one which isn't suitable. I have contacted them through email this time and am still waiting for a response. The tyres are cheaper but is it worth it for this horrendous customer service. Avoid if you need tyres fitted without the hassle.

I cannot fault Feltham tyres

I cannot fault Feltham tyres. They are so helpful and amazing and nothing is too much. They always help when I am in need or have a vehicle broken down with a tyre. They are fast arranging someone to attend and fix with no issues. Highly recommend

Absolutely awful company.

Absolutely awful company.I spent time researching the tyres I wanted. I then ordered through them because they claimed to have the tyres I wanted and they offered a mobile service. They took my money and then informed me that the mobile team didn't have the tyres I wanted and that I'd have to drive into a Halfords auto centre instead. I reluctantly agreed and told my son he'd have to miss his football training. Then they emailed and said the auto centre can't get the tyres and offered me worse ones again at this point I just needed them done so reluctantly agreed again. Then icing on the cake was when they rang to say the tyres hadn't turned up and they had to put me back another day.I feel that by taking my money when they have surely had the means to know that they could not provide me with the product or service I purchased, that they have decieved me and furthermore that by taking my money knowing that they could provide neither the product or service, they then had me somewhat over a barrel, as any action contrary to agreeing to their reduced offers would have ended up costing me more time and money.Overall an extremely distasteful experience and I will never be ordering through them again.Order number is: S8434352Just adding that despite adding my order number as per the reply to my review, they have not got in touch with me to offer any resolution.

Tyres not delivered to the garage

Tyres not delivered to the garage, apparently they are on back order for another week. I was told this by the garage 3 hours after dropping the vehicle off. No communication about the delay from tyre shopper, who weren’t interested when I rang them.5-10 days for a refund!

Be warned its Halfords!

Had two tyres near side with nails in, ordered two tyres they came out to fit and I asked if the two new ones could go on front and put older ones on the back. Not too hard for a tyre fitter? "oh no can't do that opposite sides" but won't the car pull now? "No can't do that" I said I'll change them around after then! So he replies "can't do that the tyres monitors will out of sync".After he fitted them then says wheels are corroded and points at some cracked laquer, I said that's visual and he says well if youre okay with them like that it's okay? Then says at the end i shouldn't of changed them the nuts are swollen, as if he's done me a favour and then hanging around as if he wants a tip?I have now taken to another tyre fitter to switch, he says nuts aren't swollen they just use the wrong sockets as they need to be 0.5 smaller and he reprogramed monitors which took 10 minutes in total?If I knew this company was Halfords I would of stayed away with a barge pole because I only ever have bad experiences with them! Worth paying more and staying away.
