Avoid buying a car from them once they have your money there not interested even if the car has warranty 4 issues in less than 4 months of owing the car now ive had a few diffrent excuses why one issue is not being corrected engine light comes on when the car does long journeys I wont recommend or use mercedes benz again.

Terrible company and My mercedes breaks down all the time, they don't care less and all mercedes garages are the same, 2 months wait for diagnosis appointment then when you find out what's wrong (ENR Control) they don't have any parts in the uk, estern europe selling these parts on ebay second hand for new part price as they have worked out that merceded are pathetic in supply and customer services? what a huge mistake buying a luxury mercedes? my astra gets diagnosis the same day and parts next day? Never buy Mercedes they're designed to break!!

Im happy with my car but I took out a service plan and I was advised I can change my direct debit date to when the payment is taken out so I called up to change the direct debit date spoke to the most unenthusiastic person who didn't seem bothered sounded like she hated being there and just said no we can't very rude I will go somewhere else where I get a better service, maybe they need to employ people who are passionate about their jobs absolutely disgusting I always buy new mercedes cars every 2 to 3 years won't be again based on that experience

Shocking standards by Merc

Recieved letter for safety recall 2 weeks ago... Booked in for a safety recall with Sytner at Stratford. They then cancelled on the day due to no loan car available... next date provided another 3 weeks away!!! AND SAID ITS 50/50 IF YOU GET A LOAN CAR! Sytner wouldnt even bother contacting Loughton/Lakeside for me to see if they can accommodate.Shabby service and unprofessional attitude displayed by staff...

5/12 had car in for service and was taken care of by Kristy Josey. All paperwork handled efficiently including a loaner car in a professional and efficient manner. MB is fortunate to have such a pleasant person representing them.

patronising advisor and long wait times. no choice but to call them. i won't buy a mercedes

had a 220 estate from enterprise, that all the seatbelts locked. Enterprise AA put me through to Mercedes very quickly, but on hold for over an hour for a very patrionising man who showed no urgency - i was 2 hours away from where i was meant to be in a very unpleasant area with my phone about to die and no way to charge it (over an hour on hold will do this) being told expect a call back in 20 minutes and then potentially would take an hour to get to me. so 2 1/2 hour wait time for Mercedes to come and make the car road legal. Luckily Enterprise understood how bad this customer service was and sent someone to get me with a different car. luckily i have no plan to ever buy a mercedes and this made me understand that would always be the right decision. also to complain you have to phone again. which proves complaints wouldn't even be taken seriously because of the wait time.

Best salesman at Mercedes, James Armstrong

Hi guys, I want to share my magic experience at Mercedes Benz in Chiswick. I went with my daughter just to look at cars and finish up buying my beautiful luxury car. I have had a pleasant and professional experience time with the best in my opinion at Mercedec with James Armstrong. What a lovely and experienced and unforgettable service. I saw almost all the staff there but James look like the best there. If the Management of the shop sees this comment I would like to thank you and James for this unforgettable experience. I had a Mercedes gle350d 4matic coupe…

I had a Mercedes gle350d 4matic coupe CV67 Service carried out by Ford garage due to covid. Told them to use ony geniune parts. Day after service oil leak which they tried to repair with glue. Car returned to garage, they replied again. Approx 3000miles later terrible knocking noise. Returned to local mercedes garage. Had independent engineer to strip engine where is conclusion was.Slipped bearing shell on no 2 piston. Mechanic indicated there where 2 other engines on garage floor with same problems and it was not due to oil. Also non approved oil filter again not fitted correctly.Why have there been no recall on these engines. My car had only done 27,000 mils.I have been treated disgracefully buy Mercedes and will publish. I was told by castrol oil used can cause catastrophic engine problems and letter from mercedes the same outcome.
